  Like its a subscription service so not necessary to any number or redemption code. I would ask you try sign and connect to office creative cloud. If its still ask the serial number then please check the links below that the same question has been discussed.

  However, any of these are displayed on the outside of my machine anywhere.

  I happen to know the product name and serial number. I was able to find other ways - that is not the issue. As far as I know, these physical labels should have with the machine.

  Was it simply a mistake during Assembly, or Lenovo just stopped putting on these labels? If the first case, is there a way to ask Lenovo send me these labels? If the latter, Lenovo might consider updating the page linked above.

  Any inisight would be duly appreciated.

  My T460p shows the T460p at the bottom right of the screen and the serial number and the code of the product under the battery. But the T460 is very dark on the corner of the screen, and Seraglio/product numbers appear on the very dark black label under the battery.

  I purchased CS4 a retailer recorded some time ago, but now when I try to save the download, it says the serial number is not valid. Now, I am unable to reach the dealer. I recently moved from pc to mac and want to purchse CS5. It is better to try to save the CS4, so I can benefit from the reduced rate to upgrade to CS5? Or change from pc to mac means I have to buy new software completely and pay full price?

  You should be bothered to your CS4 serial number because if you buy the CS5 upgrade, when you install the product it will ask for the serial number cs4... .Hence get serial number verified otherwise, you will need to buy the new software completely.

  Depends on the number of series CS4, CS5 purchase is not the problem... you should have the correct serial number of cs4, get it checked.

But, when I try to open the Photoshop application, I get a screen that says I have to put in the serial number for CS3 CS4 has been upgraded since then.  When I entered my serial number for CS3, Adobe indicates that the number is not valid and won't let me use the app HELP!

  Thank you for your help.  I solved the problem.  When I went back to look at the awkward screen, I found that I had chosen the right product. I then chose the right product and of course the problem has been resolved.

  Have Photoshop CS on my Windows 7 computer, trying to pass to my CS 4 purchased (by me) upgrade.  Installing accepts the serial number of the 4 CS but said that the serial number CS is "invalid" Although during the installation of CS serial number was ok.  CS software has also been purchased by me in 2004.
