  Hi everyone, hoping someone can help me. I have this version of lightroom 4 is installed on my iMac and had no problem putting it on. I just tried to install it on my macbook, and it doesn't seem to do it. Whenever I want to install it, it says installation complete, so I'm going to open it and the process is repeated. I never actually do the program on my device and therefore cannot put my serial number in access.

  I really think you are by clicking on the icon of evil. The icon to start the program is different from the one that you used to install Lightroom. Go to your applications folder and find the program Lightroom and double click on it from there and see if it will start.

  It is almost impossible for me, someone who is new to MAC in general, to understand what is happening with my system. But I learned a little through online searches and the suppory community.
