The reason to provide a SPARQL web service end point is to give the flexibility and additional interoperability. • Update my OS Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 restore my missing file of the Windows Installer Service (and perhaps my RPC end point mapper file)?

  Iolo System Mechanic deep cleaning has totally deleted my Windows Installer Service folder (and perhaps my RPC end point mapper file) on my Vista Home Premium PC. I looked into MSCONFIG and they are gone!  It has been too long to do a system restore or other functions of the round trip.   Here are some problems in no particular order.
  1.) apps to not install it, and/or Windows saying they are when they are in fact not. The fix to install / uninstall, or get on the site of windows directly in general does not, and or does not at all.
  The change permissions 2.) does not work on files that you should be able to access in changing oxnership, permissions, etc.
  3.) Google chrome won't let me access my account of microsoft (or fact rarely) trying to access assistance. But internet Explorer doesn't?
  Randomly will increase from Internet 4.) a previous connection wired to wireless to a reboot.
  5.) my 8 'key' windows was only shown to me after that I have let Windows scan my machine online? Why? I paid for this... I restarted it and it says: service not available (it worked the third attempt which was 1-3 minutes after the initial analysis). Windows only showed my product ID not the key. I know that my victory. 8 was OEM when preinstalled I bought it new, but why didn't we files on it that had nothing to do with activation, appearing on dates for three weeks, or so before I bought it.   The computer manufacturer is responsible to see that it works properly with Windows 8. It says that it is a new computer I contact HP and make these problems their.   Safe mode is an option of troubleshooting for Windows that starts your computer in a limited State. Only basic files and drivers needed to run Windows are started. I suggest putting the computer in a State of clean boot to safe mode and check what third party application/program is causing the problem.

  I haave had this since 2008 HP Pavilion desktop computer.  It came with Win 7 Home installed, and Office Depot had upgraded to Win 7 Pro.  I ran it without any problem of validation for more than three years now.  Tuesday I'll be back for an appointment and the computer went to sleep.  When he woke up normally, I found a 'Windows Activation Technologies' popup saying "this computer is not running genuine Windows".  I tried the link "pay online now", but he ordered me to have to pay for a new facility.  I do not want to do because my Windows has already been purchased and is valid for more than three years.

  I ran full virus and malware scan with Avast Pro and Malwarebytes Pro and a complete diagnosis with Advanced System Care Pro tools that have always kept this system clean and stable.  As expected, no malware, regular maintenance tasks only were delivered.  It's been several days since the last time that I made no change to the system (I upgraded a utility) and the system has been rebooted at least four times after that without problem.  The only other change was an update of Windows.  Interestingly, after that same Windows Update on my machine Vista, it refused to start (BSOD) and I had to go back to a two days old restore point - that fixed it.  I always had a mysterious problem with Win 7 Pro machine that it creates restore points, but I can never find, so I can't have this option on this computer.

  I'm trying to start a new business and cannot afford to be without my computer, or do strange things, or buy a new copy of Windows and take the time to restore a careful configuration of three years.  I when I recently bought a new laptop from Office Depot, I also bought a Windows 7 Pro upgrade kit and installed myself.  When I did, I realized that the update CHANGES THE PRODUCT KEY and I knew not when they improved the office... they give me new product key for the Pro upgrade, so all I have is the original OEM key and apparently going to lose my Pro upgrade if I need to reimage from the disks in the system or the OEM partition.  This is not acceptable, either, and I have no idea how to go about face.  The transaction took place three years ago!

  Please help; I'm already running on the razor's edge with the launch of this company.  This error is likely to destroy me financially.  I can't do what I need to do on the laptop - it is a low-cost, minimal machine and specifically, has no office and the ability to perform graphics... things cutting-edge software that I need to be able to do.

  I am running Windows 7, 64-Bit SP1 on a Lenovo T500 with switchable graphics.

  I downloaded and installed the Service Pack 1 manually (working on the Intel card) since it does not appear on Windows Update (now I now that it was because of outdated drivers Intel) - the installation went well. Later I tried to go to my Ati card but nothing happened and I realized that the Intel driver was apparently updatesd by SP1 (had a new design of the Intel tool). After playing around I got my Ati card active now but I can't switch back to the Intel card.

  I uninstalled all the drivers graphics and deleted all graphics devices from the Device Manager and then installed the latest driver from Lenovo and also tried with the latest driver from Ati/AMD directly (11.2), but nothing has fixed my problem.

  I can right click on my PowerManager battery and select the other card on "Switchable graphics", but nothing happens - no message error but also without change.

  Every help is very appreciated.

  I checked the pdf document, and it does not say much about the migration utility. It's here: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E10530_01/doc/epm.931/hsys9_install_start_here.pdf

  I'm really surprised that all other components work, given that windows server 2008 (probably because it comes from a previous version) is not in the list of supported OS.
