  I agree with Liam.
  The indicator flashes as a serious hardware problem was detected.
  What you could do is remove the RAM modules and test the device with the new test modules but I guess that is not RAM problem but something wrong with the motherboard.

  Disable the webcam software in msconfig. The webcam software should not start automatically when you start the laptop.
  Also, the MSN shouldn't t load. Also disable in msconfig.

  Thank you.  I had to go to the sounds and have speakers/headphones to HDMI it didn't work at first but founmd you need to have the TV and the computer.

When I set the bios to boot from removable devices with my inserted bootable usb key does not start it and comes back to my installation disk hard windows.   You will be able to use the 22 "WIDESCREEN TFT monitor, but the question is whether you will be able to choose your favorite screen resolution?  :|
  If the doesn t graphics card driver supports the resolution you want to use, then you will not be able to choose and use it on the external monitor.

  Sometimes an update of the graphics driver (from Intel page) can help get these certain screen resolutions but does that mean doesn t a graphic driver update always helps.

  With regard to the recovery DVDs: it s not available for download because Toshiba does not provide these images on some servers or elsewhere.
  If you want to recovery media, please contact an authorized service partner and ask them recovery CD/DVD.
