  First of all, I recommend you restart. This can solve many unexpected behaviours. Follow the steps below to restart.

  1. Press and hold the sleep/wake button until the Red slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider to turn off your device completely off.
  3. Once the device turns off, press and hold the sleep/wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

  Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  As you use the headphones on most of your calls, I recommend checking and removal of dust or debris from the helmet. If the problem persists, please refer to the additional steps in the link below.

  I just bought a new iPhone SE and I'm getting no sound from the speaker. Does anyone have any ideas on a possible resolution?

  I restored from an iPhone 5 to the top, both phones are on the latest version of iOS.

  Once the synchronization is complete, I ejected the phone correctly. But there is no sound coming from the speaker:

  • Key "secret" in both positions, no sound from the speaker
  • The top volume, using the volume buttons and the sound, no sound from the speaker settings
  • Headset plugged in, sound comes from the helmet, remove them, the iPhone recognizes, but still no sound
  • I tried the music app, ringtone from another phone, videos, podcast app, no sound from the speaker
  • Past the phone power off & on again, no sound speaker
  • Reset iPhone (hold both buttons down for 10 seconds), no speaker sound
  • Reset iPhone settings, no speaker sound

  I begin to suspect it is a hardware problem, but as I am not near the Apple Store, I would try as much as I can before you go this route.

  I bought a new Toshiba Satellite L655-1FO before 5 days, I have install all the driver on XP one my sound work ok, but today I connect my headset and I didn t hear sounds like the music, just a few scratches sound and when I disconnect my helmet, there is no more sound from my PC.

  I restarted but the problem remains. What's happen with my pc, is it broken?

  You must understand that no one here can say with certainty whether or not something is broken. We just speculate what may be the problem.

  I recommend you to install Windows XP Home edition once more to see if this problem will be solved. Otherwise, contact your local dealer and ask for replacement.

  In the headphone port, there is little switch that turn off internal speakers when external speakers are connected. Maybe this switch stuck somehow. Who knows?

  I have Dell inspiron N4010 what me about his problem. No sound from internal speakers of my laptop, but during the test (by pressing F12 during startup Dell diagnostics enable) sounds from the speakers correctly in hardware test.   I solved my problem with a laptop Inspiron running 8.1 update on 8.0. That's how I got my HMDX Jam Party work via Bluetooth:

  It is not difficult to match the units;  Simply click on the Bluetooth icon and add a Bluetooth device. You should get combined.

  Now comes the weird part.

  Go to control panel - devices and printers.

  Right-click on 'Jam Party', select control.

  The dialog box opens.

  And the dialog box closes after a second or two...

  And that's what you saw almost:

  

  NOW you see the "Connect" button, right? Remember where it is, cause you have 1-2 seconds to click on it, until the dialog box closes.

  I have no idea why the dialog box won't stay open, but IF you can click on the button to connect, you can get your Jam Party at work.

  Can one of you kind folk help please? I have a Satellite Pro laptop computer 8 months, up to now, I have never needed to use the speakers or reading.
  However, I now need to use iTunes and windows drive but for some reason that I can't not all the sounds of the L/T the mute function is disabled, all the graphics seem to show that everything works.

  I guess I missed something but don't know what. I'm not a wizz with computers so that all aid should be aimed at the simple end of the scale.

  In my opinion you should check the device first Manager if the sound card is recognized correctly and if the audio driver is working.
  Also you can remove the soundcard from the Device Manager and may reinstall the audio driver that you can download from the page of European driver of Toshiba.

  Last but not least after installing the audio driver, check the sound settings in the control panel-> sound

  When I do a multi-channel mono sequence, it will do the same as you describe, just out of the left speaker. in this configuration sound only playing the first configuration of 5.1 channel speakers which is left front. If you need a sequence of mono, you can make a new sequence and choose mono, not multichannel. then copy and paste on all the clips of the old order to the new mono.

  Can you please tell us how old is your laptop and since when you noticed this noise problem? Your laptop preinstalled with delivery image recovery or you have installed own OS?

  Can you please give us more information on this subject? Have you tested using different applications (watching DVDs, listening to CD, mp3, using Skype or another messenger)?

  In the end, you can also contact the Service partner in your country and explain what the problem is with your laptop.

  So I just restart this player or the game and then sound is switched to the headphones.

  So in sum up: when I want to listen to the sound of some player I have to plug in headphones first and then start the player in order reverse, the sound is not switched to the helmet line.

  I have the Satellite A200 too preinstalled with recovery DVDs. I was very curious and I tested it on my laptop. In my case everything was OK. Through the use of headphones, Laptop speakers are automatically TURNED off. Remove helmet speakers work again.

  I am really confused, and it is really not easy to say what the problem is here. AFAIK in headphone plug it is small, and through the use of headphones this past should disable Laptop speakers. All you can do is check if it happens after clean OS installation, maybe update the BIOS or install the latest driver sound.

  Sorry, but I don't see any other possibilities. If anything maybe you must contact the service in your country. I really can't imagine that this little mixer may be defective but service may only do a check.

  To check the headphone jack you will need to disassemble the laptop. To help you in this task, go to the Inspiron 15 3520 manuals page and download the PDF titled "manual." It's actually the repair with instructions step by step for the replacement of parts. See the manual correctly, you must open it in Adobe Reader, not display in your browser.

  I try to maintain a list of laptops Dell with replaceable headphone Sockets. To the best of my knowledge the plug in the 3520 is not a replaceable part. If you look at the picture on page 69 of the instructions, you can clearly see the audio jacks. They seem to be attached to the motherboard and not on a separate circuit. There are also other research I've done which makes me think that the shots are not on a separate Panel. So if you want to replace the Jack I think you'll have to work on the motherboard. To get a replacement jack may require a recovery one to another motherboard. If you disassemble the laptop, you should be able to make a better decision.   If audio is fine through the headphone jack, but the speakers are crackling, I think that the speakers should be replaced. I do not understand the logic you want to replace the motherboard or audio jacks. That will fix problems audio software so if all the symptoms remain, the cause is faulty material. However, I don't think it's necessary in your case. (BTW, restoration of the laptop would not cancel the update of the BIOS, you did, because the BIOS is in rom and changes made to the hard drive.)
