  Hello, I love to give the music to my videos with Smart Sound Sonicfire. It works perfect in first 11 elements. So before buying 14 items first, I would like to know, if this still works with Smart Sound.

  First 14 elements has no interface directly with SmartSound, like older versions of the program. The program now includes Scores, that is Adobe tool for the creation of custom music titles.

  What operating system is running your first items 12/12.1? Can we assume that this audio reads OK

  on the same computer when you use a computer independent of Premiere Elements drive?

  For now, I will assume that you are working on Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64bits.

  Have you checked the settings change preferences/Menu/Audio ASIO hardware? You have all 3rd party audio devices integrated in your IT environment?

  Please delete the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file and, if it does not, then all 12.0 folder in which the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file exists. Is the path to 64-bit Windows 7, 8 or 8.1

  and in the 12.0 folder, is the file Adobe Premiere elements Prefs that you delete. If this does not work, then delete all 12.0 the folder in which the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file exists. Make sure that you work with the Option "Show hidden files, folders and drives" of the current folder so that you can see the full quoted path.

• Sound is not in stereo after rendering

  My big problem is in the title. I made a nice video of my study in Hawaii, but unfortunately the sound is not in stereo after rendering. Any settings that I use, the sound just the left speaker on my 5.1. System. Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this problem? Thank you very much! Sam

  Unfortunately, you cannot change your settings in mid-project. You can only configure them when you begin your project.

• How much ram can take advantage of first 14 elements?

  So I'm looking to upgrade my computer, for most working with 4 k video in first 14 elements (and also for 3d rendering).  I have a new dual processor MB and will get used two Xeon e5-2670 and used ddr3 ecc.  I can get 32 GB for $50, or "Follies" and download 64 GB to $100.  I don't mind spending the extra money on RAM if it will make things run a little more fluid or faster.

  The last big project that I worked on had about 250 gigabytes of media for a 2 hour video - she included several tracks of 4 k and 2 k video.  I think that Premiere Pro would benefit all RAM than available memory, but I do not know if the Premiere Elements has a cap of some sort and would benefit all that RAM.  Anyone know?

  I can't imagine that you will see any advantage a jump from 32 GB to 64 GB of RAM. Not with Premiere Elements in any case.

  No card Geforce please. I bought a Geforce 750 it and it does not work with the evaluation version of 14 items first, so therefore I will exchange it for another model. I use Win 7 32 bit.   Do not rely on such update. 2.7 K is not an ordinary resolution.

  You can import 2.7 K in ss14, you can't stabilize.

  First Pro CC 2015 to do this.

  But if 2.7 K files are introduced into a sequence of 1920 x 1080 you have the same problem, but this problem is corrected by nesting the images first.
