  If you buy the product, while you still can (current version, recent purchase), you might want to involve Support Adobe through its Adobe Chat online (download, installation and commissioning).

  Just to confirm... are you saying that elements 13/13.1 first works OK on the same computer, timeline content as first elements 14? You run the 14.1 update, or if you're still at 14? If you have updated to 14 to 14.1, the content of the timeline plays OK in version 14?

  What operating system is involved? Assuming that Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit for now.

  There is a known No Disc error associated with the elements first 13/13.1. The Adobe fix is the removal or disabling of the OldFilm.AEX file. Let us determine if this applies to your situation.

  The file OldFilm.AEX that you remove or disable renaming in OldFIlm.AEXOLD is located in the path of 64-bit Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 of

  and in NewBlue folder is the file OldFilm.AEX that you remove or disable renaming in OldFilm.AEXOLD.

  Do not rely on such update. 2.7 K is not an ordinary resolution.

  You can import 2.7 K in ss14, you can't stabilize.

  First Pro CC 2015 to do this.

  But if 2.7 K files are introduced into a sequence of 1920 x 1080 you have the same problem, but this problem is corrected by nesting the images first.

  I've just updated for first CC 2015.3 on my system running on Windows 7, 32 GB of RAM, quad-xeons double...

  Seemed like a good idea...  Now, the sound stutters and drop frames.

  I have a multi-boot system, so I just loaded Adobe CC on my boot Windows 10.
  Always first 2015.3 does not play correctly and stutters.
  Has created a new project-sequence and placed an MP3 on the timeline without any video. Looks a sort of boat engine during playback and the visuals on the counters still indicate stuttering as well.

  Anyone else having this problem after the update?

  After some troubleshooting I've narrowed the issue until this CC first 2015.3 don't like my graphics card, a SoundBlaster Z and its parameters.  2015.2 worked fine, but now the sound stutters and playback is extremely agitated turn upgrade.

  For this project, I am just finishing, I'll use, of all things, the HDMI sound goes to my computer screen.  The Nvidia graphics card I do not mind reading.  I'll tinker later and see if I can find a permanent solution...

  You don't need a serial nr for updating a program

  You need the original CS4.0. install and add the series nr. to get the program to work.

  I had exactly the same problem and it was solved by cleaning our cache of media.

  You need to completely close the first first, then go to the folder media cache and delete all the files. It will not work if the first is always open.

  First 14 elements doesn't seem to be coping very well being located behind a firewall and have access to the internet (for online content) through a proxy (configured by proxy.pac... can't change that). Anyone would be able to provide the URLs/DNS names/IP addresses of the IP ports and Protocol (TCP/UDP) that I have to allow through the firewall for first Elements have access to online content?

  Hi ATR & one who reads this.

  I come to the solution by using Wireshark to analyze what happens when Premiere Elements wants to download content such as 'titles and text. As mentioned previously, seems many internet traffic resumes with success the proxy settings correct and is therefore through the proxy server.

  Managed to get the Premiere Elements to download content online by allowing the following FQDN on the Cisco corporate firewall (not for the first relevant destinations are blocked on our proxy):

  HTTP static.photoshop.com

  Hope this helps someone out there.

  Essentially, the rest of the content of the program is obtained as a download from the Adobe project.

  Note the blue ban at the top of the thumbnail for the models of themes of movies, movie Menus, titles. You right click that and then decide if you want to download just a theme represented by the thumbnail or all themes for the section that you are, namely the title of movie themes templates, movie Menus.

  After update for Premiere Pro 2015.3 of CC, I can't change the value of the property in the effect controls panel by dragging left or right when you move the pointer over the underlined value. The two small arrows appear, but nothing happens when I drag them and it is so annoying. I tried now pressed the SHIFT key and several others trying to drag, but it makes no difference. I restarted the program and my computer but still no difference. All the patches?

  I have 11 items and just switch to the Canon 7 d Markii and shooting in RAW for the first time last night and the editor and organizer elements does not files because it does not acknowledge the BRUTE of the 'new '... device information I tried the update and he offered only a 7.4 update, where the 7 5 d Markii must at least a 8.7 update...   Camera Raw 8.7 was introduced in PSE13. If your software is too old to be compatible. Yu have two choices:

  1. Upgrade to the latest version PSE14
  2. Converting your CR2 for Adobe (DNG) Raw and DNG files will work with PSE11
