  Apple are not here, these are user forums.

  If it is disabled for security reasons: If your identifier Apple is locked - Apple supports (disconnect you, then back in anywhere after reset)

  If that is not set then contact technical support for your country and see if they can / will reactivate

This engineer had me remove and reinstall iTunes with all the other components that go with it, I run it as administrator, pretty much did all the troubleshooting I had done on my own. I have now to sit and wait, hoping that this senior engineer at Apple called me back. It's poor and poor support for iTunes. If anyone has any advice, please share.

  More information area has direct links with the current and recent buildings if you have problems to download, must revert to an older version or want to try the version of iTunes for Windows (64-bit-for old video cards) as a workaround for problems with installation or operation, or compatibility with QuickTime software or a third party.

  Backups of your library and device should be affected by these measures but there are links to backup and recovery advice there.

  I received a message after trying to add my card to pay Apple and once I pushed next to add a message came and said

  'your transmitter does not offer support for this card' has anyone else had this problem? Or went to their bank?   The terms of the terms of USE on this forum we cannot speculate on what Apple may or may not do. That being said, there is no priority for what you ask. There is no way of knowing how long your device will be able to continue to upgrade to new versions of iOS. As long as he is able to run the new versions of iOS, it is fully supported.
