Hi, I recently bought an iPhone 5s. Now, according to the sources, the new "5se" would probably replace the ' 5s ' in the near future. I'm afraid that I won't get it more updated and after sales support for my 5 seconds (if any problem is found). Is this possible? Apple will provide an upgrade for free or minimum package 5se 5 seconds it's users?

The terms of the terms of USE on this forum we cannot speculate on what Apple may or may not do. That being said, there is no priority for what you ask. There is no way of knowing how long your device will be able to continue to upgrade to new versions of iOS. As long as he is able to run the new versions of iOS, it is fully supported. This is the level of iOS, not the hardware that is important here.

See you soon,.

What do you mean by 'repetition '?

You use two phones? Or did you give the old phone to someone else? If you use two phones, one ID on both Apple is probably than most people. Before you give or sell an iOS device, you must sign in iCloud in settings > iCloud and restore the device as good as new.

  • I recently bought an iphone 6s and I'm having a hard time activating my number imessage FaceTime.

I recently bought an iphone 6s and I'm having a hard time activating my number imessage FaceTime. I migrated to an iphone 6 and where everything worked like a charm to a nightmare without end I tried all support apple suggests more change my sim card, twice, even try different phone numbers did not work. I spoke with my carrier to check any international obstacle on my serve - no luck there. Contacted by phone - apple support chance either. I EVEN DEMANDED TO REPLACE MY UNIT WITH a DIFFERENT ILS DID and guess what - STILL NOTHING! I'm running out of ideas and patience. I even tried my number deauthorised for imessage/facetime and the Lady at apple support had no idea they could that, even if Apple has a webpage set up for that matter! Last but not least, I charged a sum of rediculus of money for "Invincible" sms for activation of apple through my device for activation - ALL for NOTHING! Can someone in the Apple support give me a solution to this?

What country are you in and who is your provider? iMessage and FaceTime activation use SMS to the Apple activation servers to the United Kingdom. If you use a carrier not supported, it may not work. If you use a supported media, make sure you have your account set up properly for an iPhone.

  • Owner of portable dissatisfied with after-sales support

Toshiba's customers victims of its success? Generally reliable products with the result a poor after-sales support?

I've been using laptops for business and pleasure for several years without fail and as the owner happy with Toshiba televisions and other electronics, has decided to buy one of their laptops.

I paid in full for a new L series and after 6 months of normal use, it stopped charging. Felt as if the PIN in the machine that plugs into the charger was loose.

I contacted the supplier and they agreed he would need repair and after apologize for my inconvenience, were happy to make it happen but is outside, she would probably be repaired faster if I contacted Toshiba and has asked to make repairs.

So I did. And he's just down the hill from there. First mistake was mine, not record does not guarantee. So I tried to do. But I bought it online and as my machine six months old was apparently made 11 months and 28 days ago, I had to provide proof of purchase. Offering to send a copy of my bank statement indicating the date of purchase, price and provider was not satisfactory.

This meant contacts the supplier in London during office hours, the same that I work and so not easy to do. They sent me a copy of this and I then spent two nights in train to pass it to Toshiba for verification.

What I finally did and the next day for another hour of dinner, rang to arrange collection. I was put to a repair tech who said yes, we can fix this but his manager he said, that he would not be a warranty repair, regardless of the fact that it was only six months. I rang the Bell, not happy.

The next day I rang back, talked to someone else and was able to arrange for the collection, having been said that according to them, it was my fault it didn't work I have to pay for repairs and the cost of return of close to £80. These threats and that is how to display the, have had no matter my statement that it has been used normally as all the other ones I had used for years and was less than 6 months old.

The following Monday, it was collected not as agreed. He was captured Tuesday and not packed by the company as I said, I did the pilot did not know how to work the box. No more than I have, but I did. And, following the instructions, I do not understand the charger.

It was returned, without notice, at the beginning of the third week, on four because it has stopped working. By way of explanation, a note of two lines was behind the address says label DC lead to changed, battery tested.

Happy just to take back, I took it home, plugged in and it does not work. Looks like the charger is defective and the pin code. I am so not looking forward to tring to get this sorted bit.

Sorry it's so long, but this is my experience of Toshiba service after sale. I can't help but wonder if I'm the only one disappointed, disallusioned and angry customer out there and I'm curious to hear of treatment, others lived.

    Hello

In a first time sorry to hear you have this negative experience, but in such a situation, you have to be a little more realistic. It is well known that cell phones or any other manufacturer of different products manufacturers recommend product registration and this should be done quickly enough and not 6 months later. Last month, I bought expensive vacuum cleaner with 5-year warranty and I registered immediately. Now if something goes wrong, I can be sure it will be repaired free of charge.
Anyway, it's nice to hear that you have made a big mistake.

I use two laptops Toshiba and I recorded two of them after the first start immediately when this option is available before operating system began for the first time.
Unfortunately, I can't help you with your case but I just want to write about my experiences.
After a month of use of motherboard on my Satellite A300 is dead. I wanted to just connect the external HARD disk but some electric shock destroys any electronic power and my external HARD drive was dead, too.

I contacted Toshiba service in my country and the next day I was in the store. I didn't want to be arrogant or make a sort of pressure and comes nicely asked if this can be fixed as soon as possible.
You don't know me 7 days later I got my laptop back with the new motherboard.

I was so happy, so I paid the coffee for two technicians who have achieved all this.

Once more I'm sorry to hear you had bad luck with this, but I think it's only not to give general statements on the service worldwide. Maybe the guys in my country are more motivated to do a good job. ;)

As of Windows XP support ends in 2014, will I still be able to get anti virus updates and all the months of security beyond 2014 for Windows XP patches?

From April 2014, no security/more operating system patches released at Microsoft (for the most part) for Windows XP.  It's a BONE death in the eyes of its creator.

Your anti-virus software may or may not be supported - which depends on its own end of life such as decided by its supplier, and even if it is a Microsoft product, is not directly related to the lifecycle of Windows XP (you can say that as Windows XP came with no native antivirus/antimalware features.)

Hard to say for sure without seeing it, but I'm going to the danger that it might be a custom device that belonged to someone with the initials. Unless it is an institutional logo.

Stop using XP in April 2014.

Although I know that some companies still using Windows 2000, so...

You're not real specific-, but the basic answer to your question is to find a list of the updates through the catalogue and download/save to some media.  Integrate as much as possible in support of installation that you plan to use after the date of 'dead' of the then 13 year operating system and several.

Drivers are not the responsibility of Microsoft unless it happens to be Microsoft hardware.  Go through the manufacturer (and it is possble the manufacturer will be * no * drivers for older operating systems supply - like XP.)

Unfortunately, Halo 2 does support Windows Vista and more.  Windows XP is not supported.  There may be 3 party hacks that can make it work, but they are not taken in charge and potentially dangerous.

    Greetings @Tia10,

I see that you are looking for a printer, you can use with your Mac 10.8, and I found a document that can help you.  Print HP Printing Products - products HP with drivers supported in OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion, OS X 10.7 Lion and Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard.

    Hope this helps,

No. I have not experienced this before, after having turned off. It seems that your Mac was not completely extinguished before you he packed. Make sure that it is actually stopped before closing the lid.

This is a subscription, not a hire-purchase. You never own anything. You will have to pay to continue using the product.

  • I heard a nasty rumor that Microsoft will stop XP support in the near future. s it true?

I heard a nasty rumor that Microsoft will discontue support of XP in the near future is that true?

No more patches after April 2014.  At this point, it's almost 13 years.  It will not only Microsoft that does not support Windows XP - the half of the material (or more) even will not recognize XP at the time there.  It will be like Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT, Windows 2000 is now...  Your printer, your camera, your scanner, and most of your software will take a given operating system or beyond... It will probably be Windows 7 with some Windows Vista laggers for most by then.

  • Flash is no longer supported by adobe in the near future?

    LS,

I use the trial to air and flash cs5.5.

    2 questions:

    1. I just read that flash player is not supported on ipads and that adobe will maybe html 5.5 instead of flash.

Does this mean that I will not be able to deploy my applications on the apple platform? Or is it just for the part of flash player.

2 - I want to buy flash cs5.5, preferably using the monthly subscription.

Y at - it a payment option that makes me actually owning the product after X payments? Or is it all on a rental basis.

Buy both for 3200 euros if it isn't being pursued by adobe in the near future seems steep.

But paying only monthly forever seems all too steep if there is no end to it.

I couldn't find a clear answer on their website.

    Which is higher

    Mac

As far as I have heard/read, there was nothing indiicated by Adobe that Flash will be is no longer supported by them in the near future.  So far only seem to many people who are badly interpret the articles that came out.

1 flash player has never been supported on the iStuff.  Apparently, this will not change.  Recent articles by writers not Adobe say that Adobe is no longer will continue to develop for the Flash Player on all mobile devices.  It's supposed to be just for the Flash Player and only for mobile devices.

    2. you should contact the customer.  I don't think that they have an option of rental-purchase... as far as I understand, when you rent you are kept up to date on the latest output versions, so if CS6 is released tomorrow, you are already in the range get this updated.  The best people to ask are those who sell it.

  • After 4 years of use my computer without any problems at all, I get a message saying that my copy of Windows Vista is NOT activated.

    Original title: Vista Activation issue

After 4 years of use my computer without any problems at all, I get a message saying that my copy of Windows Vista is NOT activated.

Of course, he was and has been deleted now tile view! I made no changes to anything on the computer, so I did a little research

and found that it could be a virus trying to get 'paid' for a new activation code. I did a complete reinstall of Vista to remove

such viruses or errors and it still say my copy of Vista is not activated. When I try to follow the steps to activate Vista,

I got nowhere! Everything I've read say s do the activation of the phone, but my computer doesn't give me the option of phone!

It gives me only 3 options - "Buy a new online product key", "Enter a different product key", "Contact Hewllet Packard to help solve this problem."

I called HP and of course my warranty has expired and they even want to talk to me about $100! I'm going crazy trying to figure this out! Help someone?

Thanks for the reply, but I tried ALL the links you've posted over and over again until I've already posted my question here! The links you suggested sent me round in circles! They say all "choose the Activate by phone option" but I was not getting the phone option on my computer for some reason any.

I have corrected the problem and HERE IS HOW - 1-800-Microsoft

It was as simple as that! Now, if only they post this number somewhere here on the site it might save people hours or days of research! After calling the number, work your way through the automated system until you get a man! The guys at Microsoft that answered the phone was great and had activated me and up and running in minutes!
