  Hi all.  For several weeks now, the indicator of unread message (the envelope icon) on my Blackberry Curve says I have a new message.  I have no unread e-mail messages and no new message or saved voice, so it is incorrect.  I tried to remove the battery to do a hard reset with no luck - won't clear the flag.  I use a Mac and I can't find anything in the PocketMac software which can solve this problem.  It's confusing.  Recommendations or legal remedies I could try?  Thank you very much!

  Try to restart the Dock using the following command in Terminal:

  Killall Dock

  Log outgoing/incoming and test. If this does not work, you need to look in your user Library/Application Support/docking station for the .db. Use the Finder "Go to folder" command. Enter ~/Library/Applications Support/Dock.  Move the .db on your desktop.

  Then try a reset of the docking station.

  Applications/Utilities/Terminal enter the command

  Killall Dock

  Log out/in test. If it works fine, delete the .db from the desktop.

  If the dock is the same, back up the .db you, crushing the latest.

  If you prefer to make your library user visible permanently, go to Finder and select your user folder. With this Finder window as the windshield, select Finder/display/display options for presenting or order - J.  When the display options opens, check "show the library folder.   If you have a new icon rogue Message on your home screen, or a negative number (-1), one of these solutions could erase or reset:

  Try these options:

  I, to the earlier today, was able to collect Gmail messages and put them in the Tbird.

  I think you mean the text stating "x of there matches", to the right of the box where you entered the search term.

  The first number ("x" in my example above) indicates the current entry highlighted on the page that matches the search phrase. If you use the upper and down arrows to navigate through the instances of this term on the page, you will see this number go up and down.

• Can I create a folder in the tree diagram that shows only unread messages?

  Currently, I put rules in place to filter messages in several different folders. But I want to be able to read all new messages in the order they are received, regardless of who they are or this folder they have been filtered in. That's why I want a folder to show only unread messages. After that I read them, I don't want to appear in the file not read more.

  I already used this "Unread mail" feature in Microsoft Outlook (to the old job), my new job is using Thunderbird and I would still like to access functionality, if possible in Thunderbird.

  Where is the button to mark all as read? If this happened through an add-on? I don't think that it is a standard feature of Thunderbird.

Looking at the account in Thunderbird foders, I see the number of unread messages in each folder. "Bulk Mail" always seems to be empty. If I click on the "Bulk Mail" folder, then magically messages appear in the message list and the number of unread messages is displayed next to the name of the folder, as in all other folders for this account.

  Yahoo deletes the messages in this folder during certain periods. I'm in danger of losing messages unless I remember to touch all of the mail files in bulk from my account Yahoo in Thunderbird.

  I do not use IMAP in Thunderbird, so I can't provide instructions step by step, however, other e-mail programs have settings synchronize each individual file on a calendar or using push IMAP (vs when you click it) or not. If Thunderbird has these parameters, I would expect that they appear in the properties of the folder or the account settings. This might be useful, but I don't know if you already have a few dig like that or not.

  It might be a good starting point because it does not mention connections to IMAP folder, but the folder properties could still be somewhere easier to read first, just in case. To do this, the site lists this:

  However, I think that you could right-click on the "Bulk Mail" folder and click Properties on the shortcut menu.

  right click on the folder, select Properties, and then on the button repair. Repeat the quick filter and see if anything changes.
