Hello

Sorry for the inconvenience. I'm Vineeth and I Support of Norton team.

Can you please try the following steps:

  1. Open the Diagnostic report.
  2. Make a note of the name of the file that is displayed as a useless device.
  3. Open the Device Manager.
  4. Go to the view menu, and then click Show hidden devices.
  5. Under the list of hidden devices, check if the name of the file that you wrote in the diagnostic report is a symbol of yellow exclamation point or a red X mark.
  6. If all these entries are found, right click and then uninstall it.
  7. Restart the computer.

Thank you!

Vineeth
