• Help, please! Lightroom 1.1 works is not on my new laptop with windows 7

  The latest version for LR version is available on the link above. Download this file and see if works. Licsense key you have should work.

• Envy of HP dv7 - 7323CL: HP driver not available for my laptop after the WIN10, now said to use Windows updates

  I think I got this, just need confirmation, before I was going to HP.com to find udpated pilots, then site Web HP said if computers purchased after August 2013 have been tested, I think you could get the updates via the HP with WIN10 site.  My pc model was purchased in February 2013, it seems now that I have WIN10 there is no drivers for me page to go it says that I need to go to the updates of Windows.  Before I upgraded to 10, I was 8, and I had full access to the drivers download through HP.com page.  However, I think I understand now, I had a problem with the Norton Removal Tool, after using it, it makes my pilot biometric and disabled the Windows Hello to WIN10 - the reader of fingerprints for a connection.  The pilot appeared to be corrupted and I needed to just reinstall.  I finally found an old forum via HP where someone has had the same problem that I did and they are found to include a link for the driver, and it worked for my model of laptop and solved the problem.  After some tests, I uninstalled the driver and learned at that time, after the driver is uninstalled, I can go to Windows Update and it will search and find the driver that I uninstalled and offer me the download to reinstall.  That's cool.  So, I understand now that even now if the drivers are not available for my model via HP.com, I can now just do a search through Windows Update and it will fix the problem, only after that I uninstalled it through Control Panel, Device Manager, once I uninstalled, restarted the computer, then did the updates of Windows It downloaded the driver, like when I went to the Control Panel, Device Manager, I saw the biometric driver in good working condition.  This is the case now with who need driver updates / reinstall?  (Note: to update the drivers, I know too much, you can go to control panel, Manager of devices, and then click the driver and select Update driver software.)

  I got the CD which worked well on my XP laptop I know not updated to a new laptop with Windows 8, and the cd is not compatible. I would like to be able to use all the features of my printer, but I need the drivers.

• Can not get the new laptop to connect to my wireless network but connects to others

  I have just bought a new laptop Dell Inspiron 1545 to Dell.com and have tried to set up the wireless internet for the past hours. The laptop running Windows Vista Home Basic Edition, & my wireless router is an Apple Airport Extreme Base Station (about 4-5 years). Below is a list of problems / advice I've come across so far:

  (1) when trying to connect to a network, my network don't appears in the list of local networks sporadically even if she lost the signal strength of any nearby wireless signal (I must refresh the list to make it appear sometimes)
  (2) when my network is displayed in the list, it is described as a network that is not secure; There are 2 others that come and go in the list that are also not guaranteed, but I was able to connect through one of them.
  (3) when I try to connect via my network it either says unable to connect immediately or poster progress bar, then after a minute or two, says that it cannot connect.
  -to diagnose the problem, I can exclude is not not in the range of my camera as I tried to connect when I'm 2 feet more far
  -It also says view wireless connections again and try again, but this brings me to the same screen
  -L' diagnostics screen mentions that "the network is"hidden"and is either not in range of this computer or wireless settings on this computer do not match the settings of the network." (is there a setting I'm familiar with that?)
  (4) I checked device drivers and all said that they are working correctly
  (5) I can connect to the internet via a direct connection to the router via a cable ethernet not wireless

  In my view, that it is all the information I can provide about this problem. If you need more information, such as the specifications of the system, let me know where to find them and I will re-post. Thanks in advance for any help provided.

  Well, it looks like the old router was the problem. You have a new N Wireless for about $80 as suggested and it works like a charm. At took 5 seconds for your laptop to recognize and connect to it and were without problems since then. Thanks again for the help guys... I hope that I won't bother you again =)

  I have a new laptop. HP Pavilion g6. I have HP deskjet 3745. USB cable the printer plugged into the laptop. Outside the printer power button flashes.

  Try a hard reset. Unplug the power cord at the back of the printer and the wall, wait 30 seconds then plugg back.

  Make sure that the printer is connected to the wall also.

  If it does not work. Turn the printer off, unplug the printer power cord to the back of the printer, and then remove the cartridges. Reconnect the power cord wait 30 sec then insert the cartridges.

  (Note that the misspellings and bad grammar come from the error, is not my typing :)) The SA unit shows an alias associated with the appropriate Exchange 2003 server. AD users and computers indicates that there is an e-mail account and the e-mail address is listed as SMTP tab e-mail addresses. I am not able to make changes now, but when I can I'll delete the tab list email address and add it again. If that does not do it, I'll remove the user from the unit and then AD and Exchange and re - add.

  I hope it will work, but I was wondering if anyone could help with why its giving this error or if you have other troubleshooting steps I should sue. Any help is greatly appreciated.

• Ethernet doesn't work is not on the new laptop of Win8.

  Just bought a new laptop to run a FullSpectrum LAser cutting machine. I was running the laser with my 4gig RAM Dell Latitude E5400. It worked perfectly. Connected to the internet with my rounter wireless home and connected to the laser with short Ethernet cable. I needed one more big computer RAM won the Dell Inspiron 15 of WIn8. Redownloaded the pilot controller/Laser but the computer cannot connect to the laser. When I ping IP laser, the laptop can not see. In the section networking and sharing/change the adapter settings, ther is a big red X next to the Ethernet icon. Help, please!

  Hi Ruth. Thanks for the help. I had the problem solved. In this case, if I disable the Wifi connection to the Internet, my computer connects to my laser properly cutting machine via the Ethernet port perfectly. I can then turn on wifi and the laser and the internet connection are functioning properly. Thanks again for the help online

  I have a Cisco's Linksys wireless router. I got it for about 2 or 3 years. We bought after we bought our old laptop with Windows 7, but we have a new laptop with Windows 8. Now after about a month or two after that, we had this new laptop, the router started to turn on / turn off. What this has to do with Windows 8? I have to update the drivers of my router?

  1. what exactly happens when you try to use the Webcam, you get an error?

  2. have you checked if the drivers and the software is installed for your webcam?

  Ideally, you should be able to launch the webcam using the program that is installed on the computer of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

  Creation of new partitions usually breaks the F11 function. You burn your OS Recovery DVD game? If so start from to recover your original software.

  No guarantee that it will work, but some people have gotten their printer to work.

  First run, delete print jobs to eliminate any print job stuck in the queue.

  Unplug the printer.

  Download and run the patch (cleaning printer utility) until it prompts you to restart your computer.

  Restart your computer. Make sure that the printer is deleted. Driver Manual printer removal

  Download the 32-bit drivers Vista for Windows 32-bit 8.1 or the 64-bit of Windows Vista 64-bit drivers to 8.1. Install the Vista drivers in Vista compatibility mode, you will get a message, the printer is not connected. Connect the printer at the moment (power on).

• Can not register my new laptop 360 T-c28S R3 - 131

• Not available for the laptop network printer

  Laptop of my wife had to be repaired and the operating system has been restored. She lost access to the printer on the LAN. She still has access to a drive external hard connected network. Two computers on the LAN are Dell, laptop computer Studio and Inspiron 530 desktop computer s. They have all both Vista Ultimate SP2.

  Network discovery screen shows these settings for your laptop; File sharing, Public folder sharing (read-only), password protected sharing off, media sharing, printer sharing (printer offline installed). When this parameter is expanded, it shows "there is no printer attached to the computer. The printer is HP Photosmart D7260

  I have exhausted my ability to fix this problem and I am looking for help!
