• Need refund - no download not provided with blackBerry smartphones

  Bought an App 3 days ago (QuickLaunch). Never received a download. My world error "to purchase. Despite this, I have a billing invoice indicating that I paid through PayPal successfully.   Has nothing to do with not to follow the process. Everyone involved in the transaction except BB App World confirms that I bought with success. (BTW: the purchase transaction was not performed on the BB, he did to my desktop.) Problem is that BB App World blocks re - the about of course DL, the DL and my BB does not, and uses the VZW network. Problem is that App World doesn't let me re - DL (not a carrier issue). Don't know why, but I believe that they don't think I paid. (PayPal both the developer think otherwise.) Sent same developer activation code post purchase.) A claim has been filed with PayPal and he's working his way through the process. In the meantime, the developer made good on that and provided a way for me to get the app in Mobihand gratis. Worked perfectly first time. I have more than 30 purchases from Mobihand across several devices. Never a glitch and never had a problem re - DL'ing on their part I'm done with BB App World. Digital River has been remarkably quiet throughout (even if PayPal claim is against them). Fortunately, the developer has a culture focused on the client.

  With a strong carrier network (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

  1) register HRT

  • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
  • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

  3) restart

  • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
  • See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your configurations for the relevant accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.

  Unfortunately, your situation requires access to the e-mail account associated with the BB ID so that you can make the necessary properly... all automated methods requires it.

  Your choice - contact e-mail former administrator and ask them if they could temporarily restore e-mail account so that you could receive the necessary email.

  Create a new BB ID and lose all the previous records of AppWorld.

  Create a new BB ID and contact your mobile service provider for formal support and escalation in the RIM, to convince them to manually migrate your previous AW files for the new BB ID.

  I don't see any other options... but I don't know why you think that this situation will result in your losing your BBM contact list...

  Hi, I have just purshaced new Blackberry Mobile (Open) Dubai - UNITED Arab Emirates and its writes about this at & t, they've said that its opening and I can use it in any country a BB services.

  I would use the phone without a subscription to Blackberry serive, however, it seems that there is a serious problem in my cell phone.

  Usually you can use the internet service in any mobile here via GPRS, but my mobile problem is as follows:

  -Browser icon is not available and when I click on the switch application and then, browser, I get the following error message:

  I contacted my service provider in the country, and they told me that you don't need any subscription if you need the internet fair eyebrows and they suggested to go to the blackberry support center to solve my problem.

  I went to the support center and they told me that there are so many missing configuration in my blackberry and they didn't know what to do with my cell phone.

  I did a reset to my mobile, but this does not solve the problem.

  Is there anyway that I can solve my problem?

  This problem has been resolved.

  According to my provider, BB has acknowledged a problem Sat, and a patch was in place this morning.

  To restore the association with ID Blackberry BBM, I followed these steps.

  Step 1: Turn off WiFi

  Step 2:

  (a) go to settings

  (b) select "about"

  (c) form of network select category

  (d) select Menu (three points lower-right)

  (e) select "apply for blackberry services.

  (f) BBM re-launch

  While I initially could not 'restore using the email', I WAS able to 'continue' (while in the BBM configuration screens). The guest said that I would not be able to access my existing contacts. I "continued" at the instigation of the tech support and everything is OK now.

  Step 3: Turn WiFi turn it back on

  Back in business!

• Disaster of synchronization unwanted Contact with blackBerry Smartphones

  I just got the 7.1 upgrade. Unbeknownst to the BB chose one of my email addresses and sync all my contacts on the net... it's really bad because I do not want my contacts synchronized to one of my email accounts, never. I just want what they on my BB and only my BB. If I delete them on the net, they disappear from my BB. I can't create a new one without being on an e-mail account. Do I need to downgrade to 7.0 to stop this?

  If you have more than one e-mail account on the BlackBerry, the address book to associate with one or the other. But if you turn off synchronization according to the guidelines, it will not.

  This isn't an OS7.1 upgrade function, it is here since OS5 and depends on the integration of BIS of your accounts.
