  Snapshots are stored on the VMFS or NFS volume and do not depend on virtual disk (VMDK) files.  You have to worry is in the data store.  This can happen, and it would not be a good thing.  If you use vCenter you can set an alert when data warehouses comes to some capacity.

  Size depends entirely on the amount of entries past in the virtual machine.  The snapshot is basically a differencing disk, so all new entries is written in it.  Snapshots can reach the same size as the VMDK file.

  With a table control, you cannot set the display size to be anything other than a multiple of a complete cell.

  It seems that your windows scale parameter is > = 125% and is put across the user interface to adapt to the parameter, as in 17.1 he used scale of OS to trigger at > = 126% and many complaints from users that have is not to scale to 125% scale which has been the case for most users.   Looks like you've changed your screen resolution.

  Assuming that you have installed the drivers that came with your new video card, right-click on an empty space on the desktop and select Properties.  Then click on the settings tab.

  At the bottom left of the window, you will see a slider under "screen resolution."  Move it to the left decreases the resolution and increases the size of icons and text.  Move the slider to the right does the opposite.

  Note that if you have a flat screen LCD, the display driver would have chosen the resolution "native" of the monitor, which is usually the best choice - even though the icons may be too small for you.  LCD monitors can technically support the resolutions lower than their native resolution, but the image can be small, centered on the screen and fringed in black; or the image will be stretched.
