  I'm controlling the numbering of ESD.  My problem is that step d default 'c' instead of d and I have to manually change of < a + >. \t for < a = 4 >. \t.   Steps 1 and 2 are on < n = 1 >. \t and < n + >. \t.  So why not the next alpha list to revert to the last alpha instead of the latest digital list list?  Is it possible to fix this?  Thank you!  JW

  

  JW,

  Try preceding each numbering format with an identifier of the series, a different identifier for each type of list. A series identifier is a capital letter followed by a colon. Thus, a single list could be

  A:. \t (etc.)

  and the other list could be

  B:. \t (etc.)

  I do it for all my lists, as well as the numbers and table numbers. It makes it easier for FrameMaker keep a record of the numbering.

• Ambient light sensor makes me crazy - x 230

  Hey. I have a x 230 with the 4000 series Intel gpu and I still get random brightness changes according to what is on the screen at the time and in what proportion of the screen it occupies. It's actually makes me crazy.

  The service of the ALS is disabled, all power plans are set to max performance and I turned off any sort of brightness/contrast setting in the Lenovo Power Manager and Intel settings. Everything is updated and the problem also manifests itself in the virtual machines running various flavors of Linux. I don't know if the solution of the problem in Windows 7 will fix the problem as it is the host, or I'll have to find a way to stop it on the clients as well.

  Anyway, please someone tell me how to kill. Makes me want to throw my laptop out the window when it's not just what I ask of it. This stupid ALS is set in so many different places and I clearly Miss whoever monte too the rest. Just messy. Help!

  Now change the attributes key from 1 to 0

  Close Registry Editor.

  Now, go back to settings of the power plan. When you change power plans/patterns. Now, there is a visible extra setting to turn off the Adaptive retro-lighting/brightness.

  Make sure this setting is disabled.

  Normally you can't touch this. But it is a way to unlock the setting.

  Is it possible (in InDesign 5.5) to create a numbered list in a paragraph style that makes the numbers right aligned, in order to align a two-digit number to the right, the space between the number and the text being equal whether a number of one or two digits? I can do it manually with two tabs, but the bullets & dialogue of numbering in paragraph Options of Style only allows for the position of a tab. It would be useful to be able to automate this type of numbering.

  OK I found something that RIM should certainly add to their tutorials as a help to people who don't really know how to navigate the terminal or a command prompt. Really, you should assume no people know how to use. Took me way to much time trying to figure out and still not. Apple has newbie developers facing up and running without delay. That's how they get on board experienced developers and beginners it easy to get started. How will I know that I AM ONE OF THESE PEOPLE! a noob! in any case now that I have that out of my system. Here's a tool that I think most people will use all the time it's easier to use the terminal. Pretty much a program that manages everything for you.

  Save your files of csj with them, make debugging tokens pretty well everything that he from the looks of it.

  The system just displays the login screen where you select a user + enter the password?

  Right click on the desktop and select personalize. At the bottom of the window, click on the screensaver icon.

  Check to make sure that you do not have a configured screen saver that is configured to display with the time set to 1 Minute and resume display the logon screen.

  In Folio--> Total time spent / unique readers / time spent per player / Sessions by Avg reader reports you will find 'Unspecified' in the Folio name because it indicates the Total time spent / unique readers / time spent per player / Avg Sessions per player out of the folio (but in the application of publication) and within the library or the store.  Same reasoning to see the 'no' in items--> Total time / visits / reports of unique visitors.
