  I understand that your w15e HP LCD monitor continues to blink off and off and you seek help to fix. I provided you with a few steps, you can try below:
  
  Step 1. Unplug the power cord at the back of the screen and the wall
  Step 2. Press and hold the power button for at least a minute
  Step 3. Plug the power cable in the monitor, and then to the wall outlet (not a power bar or surge protector)
  Step 4. Press the Menu button on the monitor
  Step 5. Navigate to the factory reset option and select
  
  If the steps above did not resolve your issue, you can try the monitor on a computer or other device to see if the problem persists. If not I think it would be preferable that you contact HP Support for service options.

  Dear people of Sony, is possible to add a feature to export / trasncoding files between In and Out marks only as in catalyst go? Was surprised not to find, very handy when there is a large file that has two or more WB settings required, to export part of the file with the parameters a, marking the section with inside and outside and then adjusting those yet to export the or other parts of the shooting with an another WB settings?

  I know there is a feature to copy sections of the files ' between inside and outside "only but it would have been more convenient to have it as in catalyst browse my humble OPINION."

  Or is there a simpler workflow that I'm missing out on?

  Thanks for the question.

  I think the function of catalyst to prepare that can solve your problem is a subset of creation. What you can do is put an In/Out point with a WB setting, and then click Log. Create a subclip (see screenshot). This will create a subelement with the color settings.

  I have a laptop Toshiba L450D-12 x, when you start the laptop, the screen is flashing / blinking on and non-stop.

  In my view it's hard to say what's wrong here.
  You said that if you connect the external monitor, the display is OK means (in my opinion) than the motherboard and graphics card should be ok.

  I think you should visit a next engineer downtown to get verified material sound much less expensive than buying the following parts.

  You should first check device manager if there is a yellow exclamation point next to the sound card. If it isn't so I guess that the work of the sound card and driver are installed enough.

  Try different audio sources (for example, an audio CD and a digital music file) to determine whether the fault is in the speaker system. If this isn't the case all sources could have sound problems, the problem may be in the source devices.
  Connect one if set headphones or external speakers. If they do not work properly, the system board is may be defective or damaged.

  I think that in this case you should contact the after-sales Service of Toshiba partner for further assistance.

  Only the creator of the it policy which is located on your BB may change this policy to allow what you want. If you're on BES, then you must speak to your BES admins... but be careful because COMPUTER on BBs strategies generally to support the policies and procedures of the organization that is associated with the BB (for example, your employer).

  If you are not on BES, then it seems that there is a latent policy on your BB that blocks what you want. You can remove the it policy, but this is a delicate procedure.

  Let us know if you are or are not on BES, and if you are not we can provide you the procedure to follow for the cleaning of your BB of the latent IT policy.

I used RAW (custom resolution utility) to decrease the resolution to something like 3740 x 2160 and found that the flicker would stop. Infact, it seemed to be a problem with the rate of horizontal refresh or something because if I put the monitor in potrait, no flikering mode.  I finally returned to the native of 3840 x 2160 to 30 Hz and it has not blinked since.

  There would also be some windows updates has fixed the problem. I don't know who.

  On your question, it looks like an adapter is physically disable it and the software of catalyst that detects and tell - lets crossfire. While you might give it a try and download another version of catalyst, its likely you will need to have portable reality checked to determine why a card is disabled.
