• How to hide objects of façade behind other objects on the front panel

  Hello

  To put it simply I want to just hide certain objects behind other front and I need tho change an existing project. But I can't find how to put the one that I wnt forward by hiding all the others. So now, there are some face that should be hidden.

  Is there a menu item or button "move forward / back" as in many other programs?

  "Menu button" isn't really the typical expression.  Toolbar button is most appropriate.

  Looks like you need to add programming that 1) stores the x / y locations of the objects since they change 2) uses this information in position to position objects whenever you enter the picture that they are in.

  You should be able to create variables to store the information that is on a layer that extends from the complete timeline so that the data is stored as it is updated and you move along the timeline.  When you move the object update you its position data. Then, in the context where you have objects use you a simple coding to place objects using this position info... something as simple as...

  Object1.x = object1X;

  Object1.y = object1Y;

  If you are still using AS1/2 you would use _x and FLF instead of x and y

• Where is the documentation on front panel objects?

• Why objects appear in different positions when I change breakpoints?

  I have three objects .svg and some text boxes, I put in my biggest resolution breakpoint.

  When I change to the next breakpoint, the objects are near the top of the other, instead of beeing in the same position as the original stopping point.

  Is there a way to avoid this?

• Impossible to hide objects in software simulation

  I create a software Simulation - demo (in Captivate 9). Originally, I tried to hide the mouse on some slides (but show on others). I clicked on the icon from 'hide' in the timeline panel. • Help please with bounding boxes!

  I'm new to Illustrator and I have a problem with what I think are the bounding boxes. All my bounding around text and image boxes are missing, so I can't resize or change the text as a paragraph or resize objects. Instead a bounding box appears around my work plan alone, then I can only resize everything as a whole. After you have clicked several times to select a paragraph, it appears (see photo). This possibility only to remove and re-add the text on a single line, but I'm unable to select or change the entire paragraph. Also out of the tool bar above my fonts and and size appear no more.

  How can I get my return to normal bounding boxes? Or if not the bounding boxes, what do you think is the problem?    Thank you!!

• Align the largest object of two objects

  Let me explain with an example. Suppose I have two horizontal lines spaced 1 in. I have a square box with sides 2 inches wide. I would like to focus the housing vertically between the two horizontal lines. Is there a quick way to do this without grouping?

  A way of centering the box is horizontal lines of group two in an object, and then align the box in the middle of the group object. But I would like to know if I can do it in fewer steps without grouping. If the box was smaller that 1 in., about I could place the box between the two lines, select all three objects (box + two lines), and distribute the portrait. Alas, the box is larger than the space between the two horizontal lines, so it does not work.

  I am afraid that grouping is the easiest and simplest. There are of course other ways (worst).

• InDesign formatting boxes look horrible when exported in Acrobat

  I have a document in InDesign CS6 with a bunch of checkboxes, formatted in the Object Styles Panel. The boxes are pretty normal size 0.23 in.. When I export the document in Adobe Acrobat Pro XI, they turn into giant squares. If you click on it, they returned to the aspect that I put in InDesign, but only until I select another field, and then they are bombs again. The only way to solve this problem is to manually resize these boxes in Acrobat - but who completely defeated the purpose of build the form in InDesign.

  I tried to find a solution online, but I have not encountered this particular problem.

  Someone has encountered this problem before? Is there a solution?

  A friend of mine took a peek. It turns out it was the shadow on the box that was causing the problem. I removed the shadow: problem solved.

• Acquire data from a file using a dialog popup on a stamp object tabs-delimited

  I'm trying to import data from a file delimited by tabs using a dialog popup on a stamp object.  I bought the book by Thom Parker -all on the stamps of the PDF in Acrobat and paperless workflow and have worked through the examples in the Appendix.

  My problem is to understand how to integrate the data in the object of the file dialog box.

  I'm not plagiarizing his book - so am elect at this time is not to justify my code.  The script reads the file, by simply providing only not in the accounts rendered file so that I can choose which line to import into the stamp.

  I got the files directly from tdjohnson7700. Here are my findings:

  There are two problems with your files:

  You reference an object of 'Dialogue', even if you declared as 'dialogue' - JavaScript is case-sensitive, so you must use the lowercase version.

  And then you have an additional column of data in your text file, Acrobat doesn't like it and reports an error. You can see when you use the tools > forms > Forms Options more > function to import data to import data from your text file. You must either add a form field named "last" to your stamp, or you need to remove this column from the text file. After these two changes, the stamp works.

  I worked with an interactive game and I've set up my objects (drag) in a single layer with their target of the object in another. Export Flash 8 AS2 settings (requirement for the site is downloaded to).

  My objects have suddenly to their original position, if they don't land on their target, and I have this job. What I can't get to work is for the object to fit in the box, that I created.

  The object and target have been converted to the clips and the taget received an instance name (targetone) I have used this instance name in the script action that is set on the object. Both target and object have centered their anchor points for X, Y of the purposes.

  Here are my actionscript:

  After a few hours of different script code tests, including your suggestions, I tried to draw an object directly on the stage and it worked.

  I use the boxes which are .ai files and they were imported to the library with layers and effects intact (as separate components). I discovered that the boxes that I designed in Illustrator are too complicated to assign a code to-I guess it's because it has layers.

  I've got around it by drawing a simple box in Flash, by positioning on versions of illustrator and in making it invisible. Problem solved!

• Can't the size of objects

  The normal selection tool will change is no longer a cursor for resizing for objects (when near the bounding box of this object).  Instead, it shows the arrow with a small square on the bottom and X are coordinates.  When I go over an object, the cursor turns into an arrow points only, with no "stem".  At present, the only way I can change the size of something is done by the transformation > scale option, which is not good.

  Can I assume you are using the delete key? If so, and if you have a full keyboard, have you tried both keys deleting? I have the right key of the key += wide, and I also have a conflict between the keys and the 10 key pad (below the help, which is lower than F14 key).

  In addition, if you have the full keyboard, have you tried to use the command delete from the Edit menu? It could be that the DELETE key has been remapped to something else. You can also try to replace your InDesign preferences.
