  a. you are able to install some other updates?
  b. do you receive error messages when you start Microsoft Office Outlook?

  If you have a problem only in the Office Update installation, then I suggest you to report your problem in the Office Discussion groups. If not, try download office update from the link below and install it in clean boot mode.

  To enter the mode of clean boot of your computer, follow these steps.
  1. click on start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.
   
  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.
   
  2. in the general tab, click Selective startup.
  3. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.
  4. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable all.
  5. click on OK.
  6. When you are prompted, click on restart.
  7. after starting the computer, install the update.

  Adobe Acrobat Reader is free, it shouldn't charge for continuous use.  Packages of creator Adobe (Adobe Acrobat Standard, Pro, Pro Extended) cost money.  Microsoft Office is often loaded on a computer as a trial package.  You need to follow up with Sony on these items to make sure if they sent packets of the trial or fully paid packages, and if they are supposed to be freed from the packages that your only relief must come from Sony - we cannot help you here.

• The on-screen display is too large for my monitor

  I have a HP Pavilion dv4 Notebook PC model WA695UA #ABA after the installation of windows updates the screen display is too much for the monitor. I do not see the scroll bar or the minimize/maximize/exit keys, and the top of the screen overflows down so that I can see at the top of the screen under my taskbar at the bottom.   Please try to delete the in mimeTypes.rdf the Firefox profile folder right out of Firefox. You can also open the profile via Firefox help (Alt + H) folder > troubleshooting information > Open the containing folderand the release of Firefox. The file will be recreated the next time you start Firefox.

• Creative cloud office 'Apps' tab does not work

  I bought the license to CC a couple of days, but since installing I couldn't install/manage applications. Office CC 'Applications' tab will not open correctly only saying "download error".

  I got the CC on this computer in the past by another employer, but I uninstalled it when the project took end. I never encountered this problem with the CC of this time. I also got CS5 on this computer all the time and in the past with CS5 and CC has not caused any problems.

  The option that you chose "Create bookmarks" aims to create bookmarks in Acrobat, which is a completely different concept of Word bookmarks. Is it creates bookmarks? The option isn't about bookmarks to links, and it is not clear that it should work.  Acrobat and PDF has never supported links TO a bookmark in a PDF document, somehow. Bookmarks are a feature of navigation manual, not a destination.
