Office Jet 3520: my printer does not print as is a document to demand that I can't remove.

I made a mistake, while printing a document that has caused a problem catalogue scheduling system. There is a box to 'See what's printing' on my computer that should enable me to cancel printing that I tried to do a number of occasions however the document remains always there whose status is indicated as "suppression" and in this condition for 24 hours now. Is there another method to clear or remove the document from the Scheduler please?
