OfficeJet 4620: 6 months and I don't know how to get help

I changed the ink (all) it will not print a full test, it doesn't print enough on the page to align the print heads and no I don't know who to call or how to get HP support (with out having to pay more of $$).

I just wrote you a long to try version. But I forgot something you can try first.    Go to charms. When the charms come up, click anywhere in the black area to make it go away.  Display of your applications.  Browse for apps until you see HP Apps under that there should be some Hp support Assistant. Click on the application.  It will take you to the troubleshooting, downloads, try troubleshooting.  It could set.  Follow the instructions. He feels the problem he will try to fix it. If it isn't the computer will ask you if you want to test printing. Click test. See if it is fixed.  Try a couple of times. If it doesn't solve your problem, you would probably have to uninstall, then reinstall.  I gave you these instructions in the last very long message.    I add printer problems & usually it suits it or go to www.hp.com/support on the web.  It will list under this topic downloads & troubleshooting. Good luck.  But if you do not use the configuration of ink cart. supplied with the computer, it is not a chip that has been downloaded into the printer.  As I said, borrow them from the square that bears this printer from the box.  Or contact Hp and tell them that you do not have them with your computer. They're going to ask to model, serial number & see if your printer is still under warranty, if you saved it when you brought it.  But you can always send them proof of purchase.  I don't see anything else, I tried computer wise.  Once again, good luck.  If I can do it. You can. I've had mine for more more than one year & this is my 1st computer & printer.
