Offline activation needs a claim code?

I do offline activation, and it requires a serial number - I have had - and request code. Problem is, I don't know where to find this code request.

    I see you are trying to print to your Officejet 4500 using your iPad.  EPrint does not support the printer you listed.  You use the mobile ePrint?  The mobile app ePrint can allow you to print to this printer.

    I bought lightroom CS6 in May and installed on my laptop without a problem. I have recently built a computer and unfortunately forgot to buy an ethernet cable, so it does not currently connect to the internet. I went to install lightroom 6 on this desktop (which I had ordered lightroom using the CD) and followed the instructions for offline activation-(vous devez entrer un code de demande dans un ordinateur qui n'a pas internet, ce qui génère un code de réponse àlequel vous accédez ensuite à l'ordinateur qui n'a pas internet); but whenever the code is generated in my laptop, I am told by my office that "the response code entered is invalid." "Please re - enter '. Here, I was literally an hour trying to find where I could have gone wrong, but the response code that I entered, it is certainly what was given to me on my laptop. Any ideas of how I can record?

    As you have already tried the activation method offline, but it fails everytime you enter the response code, I recommend you try the steps here: Offline Activation.

  • Photoshop elements 13 - can't get a response code in the offline activation method

    Hello

    I have problems with activation Photoshop elements 13. The program itself won't let me even in my adobe ID (seems like it can't connect to the internet, even if my internet connection works fine in the case;) I even tried to disable my firewall and my antivir program). Then, I tried the offline activation method but I can't get a response code; I'm in (and verified) both my serial number and my activation code, but the latter seems to be invalid (even though it worked very well when it is used to get the serial code). I have already consulted the troubleshooting page and looked in my host file and the certificate - nothing helped.

    I have to say that this process of installation of a program are not as painful and tedious as it should install photoshop elements. Any help for this to work? Operating system is Windows 7.

    This could a technical problem that you are unable to activate PSE 13 and get error message.



    If you receive error message like "try following steps:"

    Adobe end all processes from the Task Manager.

    N ° 1)

    Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

    Type below command and press the enter"" key.

    Then go to the Local > Adobe > OOBE. Open the OOBE folder and remove the filepm.db O.

    Step 2)

    (1) open Control Panel and then click on the network and Internet"" option.

    2) click on Internet options, click on the tab "connections".

    (3) in the 'Connections' tab, select 'LAN' settings, you will be able to view the LAN settings box.

    (4) check the box-"automatically detect settings" and then "uncheck" all the other boxes as "configuration Script auto use", "Use a proxy server," proxy server ", then click on the ok button."

    5) click on the "Network settings" button once again, make sure that "Automatically detect settings" is the only option you select, the window of properties of LAN so clear.


    Once you have deleted the file Opm.db and set the network settings to detect settings automatically, launch the Photoshop Elements Installer and try to enter the serial number and check.

    Step 3:

    Go to C: Program (x 86) > Common Files > Adobe.

    Under Common Files > Adobe.

    If necessary remove Adobe Application Manager folder.

    Click on the link below and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

    Once the installation is complete, look for the icon of Adobe Application Manager launch on desktop and double-click it.

    It will start the update process.

    Once finished, try to activate the serial number and check.

    I just purchased Acrobat Professional DC2015 12.0 MLP AOO License installed on the connected client to internet but the company firewall does not block the activation process and I don't see option "having trouble connecting to the Internet" during or after the installation so I can't generate "Code request.     * Offline activation works only for CS5 and CS6 CS5.5 products. Online activation is necessary for the creative cloud, Acrobat DC and the subscription memberships.

    I will recommend you for the adobe Web sites meantioned in this KB doc. Creative Cloud help | On Creative Cloud Packer whitelist administrator network society for activation can be performed successfully.

    There is no claim code for this printer. The claim codes are used to set up ePrint (the ability to send content to your printer) and web services are needed for this - your printer is not active ePrint.

    You can however print wirlessly from your mobile phone using the instructios I've included below:

    The simplest is to print wireless from your mobile device to download the HP eprint app and make sure that your printer and devices are connected to the same network wifi - once the operation is finished, you will be bale to print wireless from the eprint app.

    You can also use direct funtion wireless to your printer by turining on the button on the front of the printer wireless. This allows to generate the printer it's own singal wifi that you can connect through any wireless device. To find the wireless password, simply hold the direct wireless for more than 3 seconds and it will display the password on plain paper (make sure that the paper is loaded).

    Let me know if you have problems with the installation.

  • Error trying to generate a claim code

    I received the CS6 production suite and try to deploy it on a number of machines offline. After what I can make out instructions for the package of commissioning, I need to open the tool in service on the machine offline and then type in:

    adobe_prtk - tool = Type1Exception accept - series =

    and then the serial number I got from Adobe in order to receive a request for activation code, but when I do that, I get a "command not found" message in the terminal. I have copy and paste the command-line directly from the document. I can short turn the machine off line (although I do not do because it destabilizes our system) wireless but I suspect that if I have this and enter the serial number in this way, then this is the only machine I can install the package on. Any help would be appreciated.

    In Creative Suite 6, users must be online for the serialization succeed. However if there are customer

    machines that are not connected to the internet, the following process, called the Type1Exception process,

    can be followed to serialize a package.

    This process requires the generation of a key code on the client computer in offline mode. The key code is then used to

    generate a response of a machine code online. The response code generated using online

    machine is then used to serialize the package on the client computer in offline mode.

    This process can be used for retail and Volume customers.

    1. on the client computer in offline mode, generate a request for activation code by running the following command:

    adobe_prtk - tool = Type1Exception - generate - series serialNum =

    where serialNum is the serial number

    This command returns a code of request of 44 characters.

    2. with the help of a machine online. Visit the airports:

    http://www.Adobe.com/go/getactivated

    3. on the AIRPORTS website, sign in with the Adobe ID.

    4. Once authenticated, enter the serial number Adobe and request code that was generated in step 1. Once the activation service it is successfully activated, the response code is displayed.

    Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I appreciate that you try to configure the ePrint on your Deskjet 3520 printer feature.

    If you have the inkjet printer Deskjet 3520 with a C8994 product number this printer does not have the ePrint service.  The Deskjet 3520 printer only has USB connection and ePrint to function the printer must have an independent internet connection through a wireless or a wired ethernet network.  I've included the specifications of the printer for your reference.

    If you have the e-all-in-one printer Deskjet 3520 then we obtain the claim code.  You can request the information sheet of web services from the front panel of the printer, and there the claim code printed in blue. Instructions on how to get it can be found in the section titled "to print a document using ePrint' in your on page 15 user's guide.  Please follow the instructions in step 1.

    I have a HP Photosmart 8550, this is not web active or wireless.  I registered my HP Laserjet 425 without problem, claim code have been automatically generated.

    Is it possible to join HP connected to this printer?  If so, how do you get a claim code?

    I see that you have a question about the implementation of ePrint on your printer.  Can't stand not the 8550 Photosmart Hp's ePrint.

    So, you will not be able to add a printer to your connected Hp account.

    I put my HP printer with ink instant before and that's why, my printer currently has instant cartigdes of HP ink inside. However, I cancelled my registration for a while and I would like to implement a plan of education again and I need a code of request to be printed by ePrint. However, it says "Cartidge can be used until the printer is registered with ink HP moment" and so I can not get my claim code to register my printer because my cartridges need to be connect to a snapshot of HP ink plan.

    It all sounds very complicated!

    Alternatively, you can try the following steps:
