Offset of Wacom stylus (stylus) in 2015 CC

I had some very annoying problems with Photoshop cc 2015 on this computer. While drawing, he might suddenly have this nanosecond little lag, especially if I'm short fast LINES or brushing, in most cases it will suddenly run at full pressure and opacity for this line. It doesn't matter if I have a simple brush or a brush with many parameters. If I want to transform, rotate or all these things it is almost impossible to use the pen but the mouse works fine. With the pen, it just seems to hang there and get stuck. Colorpicking with the pen also works once out maybe five attempts.

Now I have the same photoshop on another computer with no problems at all. I bought a new MB, ssd and ram, installed win 10 pro and yet the problem persists. I tried a wacom Intuos 3 and 4, same thing. I tried the different gfx card, but alas... That being said, that they were not really high-end cards, could this be the issue here? I got the scratch disk on an ssd...

I have an Intel i7-6700 3.40 GHz with 16 GB of ram.

I can't get my pen to work. The mouse works fine. Reinstalled all the drivers, applications, and all are up to date. Preferences dumped, tried with pen windows on and power off settings. Single monitor. Pen works so far in other adobe applications. Far as I can tell it seems to be a rendering problem. I can draw boxes and hit fills and all that but if I draw a mark or you try to move a box it freezes completely until I have move the cursor outside of the application Indesign (bar of tasks to win or second monitor). That change will be. I'm completely puzzled wether I can not turn it or if it is the thing of the pilot or something from adobe.

He solved. Looks in Wacom properties, you must do a custom for Indesign Application profile and disable Windows of ink.

  • Bug Photoshop brush resize with Tablet wacom + unable to use liquefy with wacom stylus

    Hello! I use:

    Adobe Photoshop Version: 2015.1.2 20160113.r.355 2016/01 / 13:23:59:59 CL 1059143 x 64

And whenever I try to resize my brush with alt + right click and you drag, there is a slight delay to make me wait 3/4 seconds before it switches the color brush picker resize them and recognize that I want to make my brush smaller or larger. However, I do not have problems when you use the mouse.

Quite similar problem is when I use the liquefy tool. When I use my pen and move something with the Liquify tool, it goes immediately to the previous state, and does it at random. Sometimes, he remembers that I've made changes, sometimes it's not

    Any ideas?

with regard to the lasso tool: it can be done indirectly.

Make a selection using any selection tool, and then use the option "pen" to soften the edges of your selection.

There is no better. It's just what works for you to do the work and depends on your style of illustration.

Both are high-quality, versatile and professional tools. The arts community for both is huge and dynamic.

At the very least, if you learn together, you always want to have the right tools to do your work and collaborate with others.

  • Angle control via the Wacom stylus wheel - how to?

    Hello

At school, I started using a Wacom Intuos4 tablet with Photoshop CS6. And that's it works really well and give me nice results, but one thing I can't understand.

I want to control the angle of a specific brush through my the intuos pen wheel.

I thought I found all the important parameters, but somehow I can't make it work.

Photoshop brush Panel is configured for that, right, correct?

    Bildschirmfoto 2013-12-17 um 11.32.59.png

Somehow this small exclamation mark beside him, bothers me a bit, but if I choose 'tilt of the Pen' I also this exclamation point, but it still works...

would it be because of some pilot things?

Although I use the most recent available for intuos4 wacom driver.

Maybe I have the wrong settings in my system prefs?

These look like this, but unfortunately only in German.

    Bildschirmfoto 2013-12-17 um 11.33.15.png

I thought, 'anwendungsdefiniert', which means something like "defined by the software itself" should do the trick. But then I don't see anything happening...

Someone who can tell me how I should configure things?

Thank you very much in advance.

    See you soon

  • Bridge stops responding to the Wacom stylus clicks in Windows 8

When I use Adobe Bridge with the pen Wacom (Intuos 5) work first one or two clicks but then the program stops responding any pen clicks until I move the mouse or press the touchpad, and then all of the clicks on which are read at the same time. This problem appeared with Bridge CS5. So, I upgraded to CS6 hoping he would go, but he didn't. Now, I downloaded the new version of the CC of the bridge and it does the same thing. The pen works irregularly in other Adobe programs like this but the anomaly is even more evident and occurs regularly in bridge. All Microsoft programs (Office 2010, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Windows 8 itself) work fine with the Wacom pen.

I searched the Adobe and Wacom support forums and this problem does not seem to have an impact on everyone. Although, I found these two posts by people with similar problems:

    http://forums.Adobe.com/message/5359741

    http://forums.Adobe.com/message/5262754

I talked to Wacom tech support and tried all the troubleshooting steps they might think, including going back to earlier versions of the Intuos driver. They have released a new driver Windows 8 yesterday (6.36) but it did not solve my problem.

Since I'm using a Logitech mouse, I tried the update and completely uninstall the Logitech drivers back to earlier versions, but the problem has not disappeared. I also uninstalled, cleaned the parameters and reinstalled Adobe applications several times without any change.

This morning I tried to disable all non-Microsoft services and all non-essential programs start on reboot, but it made no difference.

A clue, I noticed which may help the Adobe engineers to understand this mystery, is that when I click on the small triangles to extend the metadata in the Panel (with my first click Pen because it is the only one that records) they will highlight but not turn and the Panel never develops (see photos below). It is a unique behavior, which I can't reproduce with my mouse. If someone can identify what would make the triangles react in this way, we could be on what message the program is when I click with the pen.

    bridge-1.jpg

After the pen click metadata Camera Raw triangle

    bridge-2.jpg

After the mouse, click on metadata Camera Raw triangle

For me the problem has not returned since I turned on Windows 8 "keep" in the Panel "Pen and Touch. Latest Wacom drivers have a checkbox 'Use Windows Ink' which seems to do the same thing (and replaces Windows settings that a "hold" on by default.)

So what I suggest try, BrightWork, turns 'press and hold' Windows 8 (Control Panel / settings of the Tablet PC / Goto Pen and Touch / Pen Actions / press and hold /Settings / activate) and off in Wacom driver (uncheck "Use Windows Ink" under the pen of mapping).

  • How to change the name of the layer with Wacom stylus?

Someone at - it just good advice on that?

50% of the time that I do this menu style come to the place.

With the mouse, no problem, with Wacom pen, it isn't the case.

  • Can not put the image to 'Fit to screen' on the third screen (wacom) .d Photoshop cc 2015

In the update of 2015 when I open two windows of the same file both images zooming in and out together. I'm working with a Wacom tablet screen on which I do hide photos and so I want the image to 100% or greater. But on my main screen 24 inch, I used to keep the same image to 'Fit to screen' to see the entire image. I can't do that more. I don't know it's a preference that I can't find.i

I use two monitors and the Wacom tablet such as one-third of the screen.

If you use the Zoom tool, please ensure that you do not have Windows all Zoom checked in the Options bar.

    I hope this helps.

  • Offset of Wacom, Windows 10, Lightroom CC

I use Intuos 5. After moving to 10 windows, I have updated driver Wacom and Lightroom. But now I have the nasty bug: when I first click and drag a slider (exhibition, for ex) in the develop module, it begins to respond after some gap. Then it jumps to the current position of the pen, but after that it moves smoothly. Am I the only one who has this bug? I tried to turn on/off the GPU acceleration - it does not help. With the mouse, everything is ok

I had to go back to 5.4 Lightroom and Photoshop CS, because there is no so lag. Thanks for tip on "Use Windows Ink" - after unchecking this option, everything works fine)

  • Should what pen I use with my Inspiron 15r touchscreen portable computer? A "Wacom Bamboo Stylus feel" will work with him?

I need to know if there is a stylus I can use that looks and feels just like a pen, I don't like the compressible rubbery feel of a pen, they are not quite smooth.

    Hey Phillipe,

    Welcome to the Dell Community.

Yes you can use the stylus with this system.

15z has 15.6 "screen LED backlit LCD capacitive multi-touch, so you can use Targus stylus with this system, which recommends Dell. For more help, you can click on the below mentioned link:

    http://bit.LY/VoK4ml

Wacom Bamboo Stylus feel is the new pen from Wacom that a user of this forum says works well. The site, http://bit.ly/WSqVAQ , says that it is compatible with the 10 latitude. Technically, all of without batteries (somehow the Tablet PC-powered wireless) motor Wacom stylus should work.

Please answer me if you need additional assistance.

  • Horizontal offset shift with Wacom creative pen 2

When I use the Adobe with Wacom pen creative 2 draw, there is a horizontal shift, hence is the tip of the stylus and where the drawing actually happens. Someone has the same problem? How can I fix thief? The application and the pen is updated to the latest version. This shift is not there in other applications such as childbearing.

The problem is with the Wacom stylus 2 Creative. I bought back when it first came out, and the result is that it simply doesn't. The Wacom site will give you all kinds of advice on how to 'calibrate', but it's nonsense. It was designed and published just before that Apple has changed the screen on the iPad technology, starting with the Pad 2. (Although I've tried it on an iPad 1 and it worked much better)

Despite the gigantic nib, the WCS 1 works much better, you can probably get one for $ 20 online at this point.  I used this right until I upgraded to the pencil of Apple and the iPad Pro, which is light-years beyond the Wacom pens.

You have configured 2015 for cc use the Wintab API for pen holder. If so you may copy the configuration file is not a normal Adobe file.   Also make sure that you have configured the support of Windows pen to turn off the key and hold.  Who can get rid of the boring circle.  ALT + Right click and hold is difficult with a support of IMO Wacom tablet pen.
