• Satellite U300-13U - iTunes has detected a problem with the audio configuration

  Please can someone help me? I have a laptop U300-13U and that you have installed iTunes on it. However, when I open iTunes I get an error message saying 'iTunes has detected a problem with the audio configuration and may not play correctly' which is an understatement - it does not at all!

  I uninstalled, reinstalled iTunes and Quicktime, but in vain. I have searched and exhausted the iTunes support boards but have nowhere either. The sound is fine as I can read CDs with no problems at all. The only suggestion I can get is that there may be a problem with the audio device magnet is not Apple and vice versa.

  Does anyone have AN idea at all as to what might be going on here? I'm completely out of my depth, I'm just a simple girl who wants to play his music!

  I don t use iTunes so I m not an expert player but first of all, you must give us some important information:
  -What operating system do you use?
  -Are you using the factory settings (Toshiba Recovery disk) or your own version of Windows
  -Do you have the yellow exclamation marks in Device Manager?

  OK, iTunes says that there is an audio configuration problem so do you trying to update the audio driver? If this isn't the case, you should try it.

• CIAC 4.0 manual installation, problems with the procedure

  Hi all

  I m trying to install the latest version of the CIAC and I m facing some problems on the configuration phase.

  I m using the following document:

  Cisco_Intelligent_Automation_for_Cloud_4.0_Installation_Guide.PDF

  Downloaded from the portal of Cisco.

  On page 34, we can found the procedure for installing the adapter of REX.

  The procedure is very confused and not able to find where to put the REXAdapter.xml I m, that it points to C:\Rex\Deploy, but the CIAC device is based on linux and not able to find this file on the server of the portal I m.

  Also the adk.zip is absent from packs of automation CPO.

• Windows 7 RC installation problem - select the driver to install

  After that I chose the time & language, Keyboard Layout (the first step of the installation), then I got the message "no device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click ok"on the screen"Select the driver to install"(which is the second stage of the installation).
  My computer is currently installed with Windows 7 Beta Build 7000. I intend to reinstall 7100 top.
  Previously, I have installed Windows 7 RC on another laptop Compaq, which means the ISO and DVD that I burn is fine.

  Thanks for posting on the Forum of answers.

  I am sure that you will have a clean install, if this isn't how you try.
  According to the material, you may need to install a driver for the hard drive to be recognized.

  If it is a computer that you created, you may want to check the documents provided with the device or check the manufacturers Web site, for more information about the installation of the player.

  If there is a selection of pre-designed OEM computer programs, you have a disk that came with it with the drivers for the hard disk.

  Just before the beginning of step 2 reset the sys password
  2 started the patch set 3 Installation [ patch 5983622 ], and to the sys password screen I entered the sys password and click Next. Got the below error message
  
  «Impossible to validate the connection of the < NomServeur.nomdomaine.com > database SYS user: 1521: < sid.domainname.com.» Check your SYS password is correct and that the database is running'
  
  I even tried to reset the password and restarted the installer, but the same error

• What is the problem with the BizTalk configuration tool?

  I just installed BizTalk Server 2010 (developer edition) and I restarted my computer, but the Configuration tool will not charge. Instead of loading the configuration tool, a dialog box displays saying "another instance of this program is already running" with the title saying "error". I am sure that no other instances of the configuration tool are already running. What's not here? If anyone can help me, that would be greatly appreciated.

• Installation problems using the .img download Microsoft Action Pack on DVD for Windows 2012 Server Standard x 64

  I tried to install Windows Server Standard edition 2012 x 64 who got burned on the delivery of download Microsoft Action Pack DVD.  Download of the ISO image is a file .img, site Web de Microsoft Action Pack.  I have downloaded several times and burned each image on a DVD.

  When I try to install Windows Server 2012, after that select install, I get a pop-up message indicating, "a media computer driver needs is missing."  It could be a driver DVD, USB or HDD.  If you have a CD, DVD or USB flash drive with the driver on this subject, please insert it now. »

  However, I don't know which driver it needs.  During my tests I initially wanted to install Windows Server 2012 on our VMware ESXi v5.1 environment, but got this error.  I then tried to install it on a physical server that I am able to install Windows Server 2008 x 64 and Windows 8 Pro on without no additional driver needed.  The system's hard drive is a standard IDE 120 GB drive and the DVD drive is an IDE drive as well.

  I called Microsoft Action Pack support and they wanted me to pay for support to get this resolved, which I do not think that I would have to evaluate the software at this point.  They guarantee me that the download available for Action Pack Subscription holders is the necessary "correct".img file.

  I also downloaded the eval FREE for Windows Server 2012 version, but not what I need for my tests.  This download version is a .iso file real vs file .img but won't install Windows Server 2012 Standard Evaluation (Server Core Installation), (with a GUI server) or data center evaluation edition.  This version will install, but isn't what I need and is very limited in functionality.

  Someone else has had problems like this with the Microsoft Action Pack Windows Server 2012 Standard multimedia software installation process and found a solution to this?

  I have bad to configure a virtual machine for Windows 98 is running VMware Workstation 7.0.1 in a 64-bit Windows 7 host. Normally, the operating system installed without error, and then I went to install the VMware tools. No problem here, either. I am then went to the Device Manager and, as expected, the sound card is driverless and listed under "other devices", with a question mark and named "PCI Multimedia Audio Device. I don't care because I knew that Windows 98 had no driver for the sound card workstation provides. I wasn't expecting to see another unknown device, however, this one called "PCI peripheral system. As recommended, I went to the website of Creative and sought "PCI 128. I found three different drivers there for the use of the device with Windows 98. Then, I installed the newest one and hoped it would also take care of the other unknown device. However, what happened is that I had a blue screen to complain the vxd ctpci9x (05). The sound card is now recognised as "Creative Sound Blaster PCI128" but had an exclamation point on the corresponding icon and did not work - no sound was available. The other device is remained unknown. I also tried the other two pilots, but the results were exactly the same.

  I enclose two screenshots, one of the blue screen and the other from Device Manager after installing the driver.

• VMWARE Newbie - installation problems with the guest operating system

  I heard a lot about the use of VMWARE for a long time so I downloaded and then installed ESXI 3.5 on a test area.  I installed the client and have been able to create a new virtual machine.  However, I run into some difficulty with installing a guest operating system.  All the pdf that I could find have suggested that simply by putting a CD in the server's drive and then turn on the virtual machine would start the my guest operating system installation process.  Unfortunately, my VM doesn't seem to see my CDRom and tent drive a start-up network, followed by a brief wait for the message 'Operating system not found' timeout.

  Can someone please help me find a way to create a new guest OS on my VM so that I can.

  If you have installed of course the VI Client to create the VM, and you insert the CD into the ESXi host? You can go to change settings on the virtual machine, click the CD/DVD and select the option use the host device. Also ensure the connection to turn on is checked.  When you turn on the virtual machine, it should see the CD that you inserted in your ESXi host. Once you get the operating system to load, you can configure to allow remote desktop connections and access the VM as a traditional physical machine, rather than relying on the console of the VI Client view.

  Have you tried to run mdsum check on the zip file to ensure that it is not corrupt? Have tried to re - download the patch (using a different computer than the first time you downloaded) to see if you get a different result when installing?

• Installation problem recognizing the BONES

  I'm trying t install my 1410 PSC All in One. When I run the install disc, it says "the operating system on this computer is not supported.  Current OS: Windows XP 64-bit. Supported: Windows 2000, Windows XP. »

  I am running Windows 7 64 bit. Why it doesn't recognize that?

  OK stupid question, but have you tried using a different USB port?

  In addition, you are able to see if windows is to see the printer when it is connected to the computer? Everything that happens when you plug in usb?

  Go to the computer and right-click on it, choose manage.

  Then go to Device Manager and see if the printer shows up in the printer or go to Bus USB controllers and check if the HP device is listed here in one of the usb ports.

  If you can check that Windows is to see the printer via the usb port, try running the download version of the software from the link I gave earlier.

  If your not seeing the printer at all when it's plugged in, try a different usb cable and also try to connect to another computer to see if its recognized here. If this does not work, either the printer has malfunctioned, or you have something to do that I can't help with.

  Edit: I would also uninstall all of the printers that you don't use anymore, if you had everything.

• Problem with the new configuration of the computer

  You could check in the Device Manager; Make right click on my computer then left-click on Properties, and then click the hardware and Device Manager.  Check if there is no yellow exclamations next to all audio devices, if there is then try to uninstall all the drivers sound card first to the Add / Remove Programs, restart your system and then reinstall the audio drivers. You need to restart your system to see if your audio works again.

  The problem you are experiencing may have been caused by an infection, but may also be due to a failure / interrupted the update of Windows.

  In some cases, that I've been able to solve the type of problem you encounter in doing a complete reinstallation of Windows XP, but this is a last resort!
