Hello, my problem is that my drivers might be damaged I was fresh and reinstall several times and Windows Update indicates several times after I stop and start for the next session. Please answer these questions to better understand the issue.
(1) Windows update are you trying to install?
(2) are what Service Pack (SP2 & SP3) you referring?
(3) what is the exact error you get when you try to install Windows Update?
(4) you have any third-party security program installed on Windows 8?
On Windows 8, you can upgrade to Windows 8.1, it not Service Pack 1, 2 or 3 as the previous version of Windows. Windows Update may not install because of the connection to the internet, or because of some third-party programs. Follow these methods and check if that helps.
Method 1: Follow the steps in the troubleshooting section of Microsoft. You might be able to fix some problems automatically by running the Windows Update Troubleshooter:
