  As mentioned by Mike, to check the steps mentioned by me, I put here once again for your comfort. Please follow the steps below:

  You can try to reinstall using the way complete three steps (the otherwise strange things may persist):

  Looks like National Instruments PSP server locator cannot be started. Could go you to the control panel > administrator tools > Services and locate the server National Instruments PSP Locator? Double-click it and make sure that the service is started. If this is the case, stop and start again (just by pressing the stop and start buttons). If this is not the case, run it, and then go in the Recovery tab and choose restart the Service as long as the action of first, second and more about chess.

  If after changing the settings for the PSP the issue to continue service I think that for some reason any PSP service will just be started late for some reason any.   It will take more time but try to copy the objects one layer at a time (assuming you used diapers, if no, then one at a time) and try to make the backup process. When you get the error again, start addressing the last items added to the new file.

  LCM 1.0.2 supports this operating system for customization. Most likely, the problem is in VCenter himself.

  Finally, I tried an alternative Windows 7/8 DISM tool to try to achieve essentially the same task by using the following syntax in a command prompt:

  "Commnand prompt > DISM.exe / Online /PackagePath:"C:\Test\test.cab Add-Package ".

  This produces a similar error:

  An error occurred trying to open it - C:\Test\test.cab error: 0 x 80070002
  Error: 2
  The system cannot find the specified file.
  The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

  I'm really not sure why I produce these errors.  Any idea is appreciated.
