  If you are not able to open the Photos App images directly in Photoshop then, this is the expected behavior as App Photos does not allow for any third-party application interact with it directly.

  You must export images from the Photos App and then open in Photoshop.

  Premiere Pro doesn't support backward compatibility, cannot open project made in higher version in a weaker version of this application.

  Workaround is that you can export an XML of the CC version and import that into CS6. This might work.

  Core Duo processors don't support 64-bit. Basically, if you can run OS 10.7, CS6 apps are very good. Your machine will work not 10.7 (due to lack of 64 bit support). You need to a Core 2 Duo or higher. If you indeed have a processor Intel Core Duo MacBook Pro, much older than 3 or 4 years. The Core Duo MacBookPros were machines of 2006.

  3.6 Lightroom is not and will not support files of 5 d Mk3.  Your choice is either to upgrade to 4.1 LR or convert the files to DNG.

  At the beginning I couldn't open any of my CS4 projects but could import sequences simple one at a time only, not all projects. If I finally worked fine yesterday and today nothing opens that includes images of 5 d from canon. I get this error.

• CS4 is consistent with each time the open project

  My system has recently been upgraded from CS3 to CS4. Now I find that some but not all of my projects are in line with all the files in the project, every time I open this project. Even if I have Prime Minister to close then immediately reopen this project, all files will be again in line.

  My system is a Matrox RTX2 with the latest versions of the tools of MX and CS4 usinf Window 7 OS updates.

  OK, I had the same problem and nothing was out there regarding the fix. Support didn't know what to do, so I decided to think about it on my own and I think I have a solution. Keep in mind, I have experienced the problem in CS5, but it can work as well for older ones. Here go us.

  Steps to follow:

  1. I made a new projected and it called "delete"(I did to avoid loading the trimmed project permanently)

  3. in the Edit/Preferences/Media UNCHECK 2 boxes that talk about XMP files. Save and close the first.

  3. I then deleted all previous ' compliant' media IN the media Cache files. (Was my location of records: c:\users\"username"\roaming\adobe\common\)

  If your are not there simply to review it your "scratch disks" is assigned to.

  4. in the same location that the files above, you should see a leader ("MediaCoreQT...") XML, copy the file and put in place course (incase your project does not open) and delete the original. This will force the first to another XML file to reference the media.

  5 when opening project you you will see it in accordance with your media. Hopefully it will be the last time.

  6 save and exit after compliance is complete. Open it again and see if the problem persists. If it worked to remove the copy without danger and the newly made project files 'remove' and you should be good.

  Just like the post said.  I accidentally fat fingers and when I did I lost my navigation bar that has my open projects and the outline view bar that allows you to minimize, maximize, and close Adobe.  Any help yall could give would be great.

  OK, I can see how you could get into trouble here. You should look to HIM for advice on the installation of updates for your enterprise software.

  N ° generally, your COMPUTER service package of updates for you to install. You can request a package update on their part, when an update is available, or if SHE decides that the update must be installed on your computer.

  I try to open a project file that was sent to me. It was an After Effects project that has been converted to a project of creation, that I don't have any After Effects. I can't open it, as first appears with a box saying that the project was created using a newer version of the program and cannot be opened in this version. I'm under CC and I'm updating. What is going on?

  Open the Cloud creative application, go to the applications tab and look in the section to find new applications for first Pro CC (2014).
