• Search for content of a file in Windows 7 does not work. What I am doing wrong?

  I read a bunch of messages on this website, as well as others, on the way to search for content in a file. I followed the instructions, but it does not work for me.

  As I understand it, if I'm looking for a file containing the word 'pelican', I must type

  content: "Pelican".

  It does not work.

  I also read that it speeds up the search if I turn on indexing. This is not feasible because there is more than 4 TB with a value of files on my company's server and indexing is apparently intended to apply only to files that are frequently used in areas that are frequently used.

  I guess I'm doing something wrong, because I've seen post this question even others and tell then the answer has worked for them, but it does not work for me.

  If you do not want to reserve a site indexed, there is an option that you can set to make a slow files manual scan (although it might take hours or days or weeks for the search engine to open and analyze inside 4 TB with a value of files over a slow network connection.  I hope that the server is indexing on, even if you do not have.  If this isn't the case, you'll be sorely out of luck.

  You can create cards and put forward that you have content, but at least be content to back up you will not see something useful on the device.

  What to do if I want to uproot just a few items to the prototype of the structure of an application and play with cards/layouts is that I create banners instead of articles. Banners are created quickly and don't have a file .article, yet always behave like the articles for the purpose of maps/layouts. You can even have their points to a URL in order to get some feeling for what content would look like by pointing to things on the web.

  I'm creating an application and I have 52 pages of editorial content that charge very well, then I started to add in our ads and to get the screen to keep "content not found" on my Preview app. I removed these ads and started adding small amounts of back in, I discovered that I can only add in 48 ads in addition to my 52 editorial pages until I get the same answer "content not found" on my iPad. Is there a file size limit or other moderation I don't know for the preview of the app on your iPad? Is there a work around?

  There is no limit on the number of items in a collection. I suggest calling the technical support service with this, you can find the coordinates the DPS looking into the rail on the left and selecting the support portal.

  Hi there, this is not necessarily a problem, but I was wondering if you could awnswer this. I recently adding some new contacts to my contact list, who are both using android phones is said by the way and noticed that options for these contacts, such as: Send Message, share contact, add to Favorites, block this caller, as well as the options of call and text, are all displayed in blue text. I could have sworn at a certain point my contact options were displayed in green text for users of android and blue text only if this contact was using an iPhone. So I looked through my contacts, I needed to update some of my contacts anyway information and discovered that even the options of contact for non-iPhone users were posted in a blue text. I know that iMessage is always displayed in blue, and that regular messages always appear green, it is always the case when I text someone. I know that's really not a big deal, but still when I really could have sworn that the colors are different depending on whether my contacts using iPhones or not. Don't know if a blue font for the selection of these options would have is part of an update or not, or if it was always supposed to be the appearance of these options. If you could tell me what colors your iPhones display when you select a contact from your contact list, and if this would be something that would be possible to change if these colors are supposed to differ, it would be highly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this, once again, I know this is really not very problematic, but I am always curious about it. Thanks to a bouquet.

  This text is blue, no matter that the person has an iPhone, Android phone, landline phone or not phone. Contacts don't 'knows' what kind of phone is connected to the number.

I am disappointed that it doesn't give options for this model - for hard drives, only "2 TB 7200 RPM SATA Hard Drive 6.0 Gb/s + 256 GB SSD"-which is obviously a good combination, but for me, I think that a smaller SSD drive would be nice. A friend who built his own PC says it has installed an SSD of 128 G and it is sufficiently large with Win8, MS Office, Photoshop and other large programs installed.

  Thanks for your comments. It isn't that much of a difference in cost between the 128 GB and 256 GB SSD. Dell is probably buying in bulk from the right and customer demand now, most people want 256 GB or more. You are absolutely right that 128 GB is plenty for the OS and applications. I have a 250 GB Samsung Evo and have used less than 50 GB for the operating system, office and all my other apps.

• Windows 8 to 8.1 update is not an option for me.

  A story as old as time: I do not wish to upgrade Windows 8 to 8.1 reasons.

  Before anyone insists on the fact that I update, I want to mention that I've updated several times (each time thinking "maybe my programs and drivers will work this time!") But unfortunately - even after the 8.1 update third - I still can't run some of my programs/drivers that are very VERY important in the area that I work in. Whenever I have to restore my OS to 8, a window prompts me to upgrade again! I always see, but eventually I'm forced to upgrade and then I have to go through all the trouble to restore and re-installing EVERYTHING. It's frustrating.

  I know that upgrading to 8.1 is useful, maybe even better, but it isn't just an option for me right now, because I have to work with these programs and drivers everyday. Maybe when they're compatible 8.1 (Yes, I check the updates) I will be happy to join the club, but I can't, so my question is:

  Is there a way I can stop this 'forced' update? Is there a power option in the settings? Or am I convict?

  In short there is no easy way to not upgrade.  Microsoft is pushing it to all the users of Windows 8.0.  At some point in a close future you would be forced to update anyway.

  Your best bet is to solve the problems when you do not upgrade. (Or jump and move win 10 beta).

  He should know that Microsoft will push updates to all users on the new OS in the future.
