  Once you log in to your account on eSign you will get create Widget option tab dashboard down to the left with the title of additional functions.

  If in case, you do not get this option, can I find out the type of account you have, because it is not available in the Pro account.

• How do I re - center outlook Express Screen (my file option is sliding to the left)

  The screen of my Outlook Express 6 slipped to the left so that I can barely access (click on) "file.

  Just enter the blue banner at the top and slide it into place. Close other windows first, including minimized in the taskbar and this last one and Windows will remember its position.

  If you can't catch the blue banner, right-click on the tab of the window in the task bar and select move. Now, use the arrow keys to get to the screen.

  Thanks for joining the Forums of HP Support with your request.

  I understand that you have installed the software and drivers for a HP ENVY 7645 e-all-in-one printer on your Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan and ask yourself if there's a widget available to her. I would like to help.

  If the widget for the printer was available it would have been an option to install during the installation of the printer software. If there is no option to install it may not be a widget available for this printer. The widget comes with printing software older would not work with Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite and may have not been prosecuted.

  If you want to try you could uninstall the printer software by following this document of support - Uninstall HP Printer (Mac) software

  Then follow this document by downloading and installing the printer software - download and install the HP printer software and drivers (OS X). Shows an option to install the widget, it could also be available with the offer to install the addidtional software.

  You can also consult the HP folder in the Applications folder on the Mac. If the HP Widget is shown here, you can create a shortcut for this. If the Widget from HP is not listed, the widget is not available.

  If you don't get an option to install it when you perform the installation and there is no one in the HP folder in Applications, it is not available.

  Please let me know if that solves the problem, or if you need assistance.

• Question about cart Counter and position header J-26 of the widget in Muse conflict

  I recently purchased the award-winning J - 26 ecwid widget. I must say handguns are a beautiful set of enhancements and tools design for Muse. The conflict in question is the Cart counter Widget. I corresponded with the promoter to get this resolved and I was wondering if someone had this problem; As far as I know, this widget was designed to work with the store to trade Ecwid. (You must ask the developer if there are others) When the "Meter of Cart" widget is placed in the header of my page on a master page of cart or basket, I can't work properly. It could be something I'm not set up correctly or something else. But when the widget is placed under the header, it seems to work. The problem above the header area is that the counter disappears and does not make the connection with the store ecwid or something? I'm not sure. I am currently using a widget of J - 26 called a light cart followed the v2.3.1 and works very well in the position of the header. So all that being said, is there anyone who has tried the trolley counter in the header that works? Added note: I created a site skeleton with a connection to my storefront as a tester site, thinking that maybe there was a code problem. After bad and without success, I gave up. Currently, I'm looking for a work around to make a secondary master page for the storefront and to build a fake header move real heading to zero, so I can place the counter of trolley in the body of the page. Even with that there are a few problems.

  If anyone has had this same problem, please let me know, or better yet if you have a workaround or some instructions on how to make it work just in case it might be something I do not correctly.

  Again, the widgets are a great addition and I rent the developer for these. Any person who sets up an ecommerce site and wants to mark their page with many options, check on widgets. Well done.

  Bravo for the professionalism of J - 26. After a repair my muse files, the developer of J - 26 set to update some of the widgets behave nicely with MUSE. Yet if you look at my first post here, award-winning J-26 ecwid widgets are well worth your efforts. Especially when developers are willing to look at the questions that pop up... and offer a solution! There are a few questions, I have about some of the settings, but all-in-all the characteristics fixed it are resolved.

  I give J - 26 an A +.

• ToolTip widget on touchscreen device

  Hello:

  I have searched the forum for more help with this issue, but have failed, so I thought I would try a post. My apologies if this has already been answered.

  I use a ToolTip widget on a website that I have developed. When I look at the site on a screen touch, mobile device, I may appear ToolTips but can't seem to hide once they were brought to the top by pulling the trigger. Doing reading, it appears that the widget don't is not supported on mobile devices, although I can't find in the documentation that this is the case specifically. So I have 2 questions:

  (1) is there a way to set the options for the widget to allow him to work on a touch screen (that is, to do so this case the user clicks new or somewhere else on the screen of the ToolTip disappears).

  (2) if the answer to (1) is 'no', how I can disable the widget in the mobile breakpoint? When I right click on it, there is no option to hide in the breakpoint.

  OK, so in fact, I found something on the forums who helped with that (the research could not find a reason, but I found the navigation!).

  New question. Is it possible to put the widget to be present on a breakpoint, but not the other? I can't get the functionality I want on a touch screen with the widget (I would that he go away when someone clicks outside the balloon, but it seems that this is not an option, so I can't get things to work well on the touch screen). I can't find any way to make it appear do not smaller breakpoint. Any ideas?

• Is there a way to set an anchor to a tab Accordion from outside the widget?

  I have a panel tabs on my page. In one of the tabs, there is an Accordion widget. I would like to create a link from a text on the page that leads to one of the tabs of the accordion. Is this possible?

  Unfortunately not... the link you will come to the Accordion widget, but it is not a mechanism/option in the widget to open the specific tab.

  I have enabled client customizations and you've restarted my application server. The transfer option is always there. As a test, I changed my c11n/allDomain/js/widget/option/Navigator.js file and changed:
  
  iwc.api.removeOption ("/ Mail/Local account/shipping");
  TO
  iwc.api.removeOption ("/ Mail/Local account/vacation Message");
  
  and the vacation Message option disappear. This tells me everthing in regards to customization work and I just cannot provide the correct reference for the transfer option to get rid of him.
  
  Any ideas?

  In c11n/allDomain/js/widget/option/Navigator.js, just change "the reference to 'Before'.

• Not dreaded 'a valid Widget' error

  Hi people,

  I get the error 'Not a Widget valid' dreaded when I try to import my Flash (CS5 Professional) as a widget in my Captivate 5 project. I did my research on this problem and find a previous post of mouloud copying the AS3\static ActionScript in the first frame of the Flash file regarding:

  However, I don't get enough details exactly where past this actionscript in Flash.

  Is this really the solution? Even for the latest version of the software, fully updated? If that is the solution, I'll have to do every time I build a Flash widget?

  You should only use the widgets if you want:

  • manipulate features of Captivate module during execution
  • provide configuration options to the widget user so that they can change how the widget will interact with Captivate runtime
  • provide interactivity
  • create a new type of question slide

  If all you want to do is have something to animate, then a simple animation SWF created in Flash and imported into Captivate will do generally well.

  For best results, just make sure that you have all the animation unfolding on the main timeline in Flash, not buried down inside a symbol.

• AutoPlay a video that can be liquidated?

  I looked around different methods suggested on the creation of a pop-up video. What I have on my Web page is an intro video that I want to play as soon as the site, but that would disappear if the user closes it or clicks. Basically a pop-up ad. I tried the Lightbox widget with little success, as the auto run function doesn't seem to work for a video embedded in the slideshow. Moreover, the small x-out close button appears, even if it is checked in the options for the widget. I can see it in Design view, but it is not reflected in the preview. Some tips to achieve this effect?

  You can use the ToolTip to achieve, in the container, the video can be inserted where the trigger can be placed behind any element on the page and configuration would be auto-play with hide as sliding trigger and target.
