  I was wondering if someone could help me with the transition between CS5 and CS6 (cloud Creative). I am on a Mac with Mountain Lion.

  I would like to migrate all parameters (i.e. workspaces as appropriate), personal actions of Photoshop, plug-ins (i.e. Type DNA, FontShop [Photoshop], [Illustrator] Scriptographer and Blurb Template Creator [InDesign]) CS5 CS6 possible. What is the simpler and the gentler way to do this?

  Some settings, actions, and plug-ins may not work with CS6, I don't know. I can not find where my Photoshop actions are archived atm.

  Can I import the Adobe CS5 Extension Manager extensions to CS6 Adobe Extension Manager?

  Should I uninstall all CS5 applications? I like to keep InDesign CS5 for backward compatibility at least.

  Hearing completely replaces Soundbooth? What Flash Catalyst, Device Central and OnLocation?

  Edit: I installed applications Cloud Creative btw. But I did uninstall all CS5 apps yet.

  When I google plug-ins, I get a bunch of plug-ins sites, but these won't work for PSE8?  Also, how do I save plug-ins?  Should I just move to a different folder?  Sorry, I'm new to this.

  Some plugins are installed automatically, while others need to be added manually.

  In addition, you should also check if plugins 3rd party compatible with CC or not.

  Third party plug-ins can be installed in one or more of the following locations:

  • The folder of Photoshop Plug-Ins, or in a subfolder in the folder plugins in Photoshop. (Most third-party plugins are installed in this place).
  • Third-party plug-ins can also be installed in a location that is personalized and then loaded in Photoshop by activating the option of additional Plug-Ins folder in the preferences.

  It miss all the default Plug-ins for Photoshop CS6 creative cloud. I uninstalled. Use the Adobe cleaning tool. This done over and over and over 4 x and Plug-ins are still missing from the new facility. It's as if the cloud is only re-installation of the previous version of bad. • Tried to download plug-ins for CS4, but problems.

  I just found out that CS4 doesn't have the extract filter, so I went to this link to download more plugins:

  I downloaded it, but I'm unable to install. The instructions tell me to 'access the application.
  "folder, double-click Setup and follow the on-screen instructions ' but there is no installer or the application folder. I also tried to open the download, selecting English > Googies > optional Plug-Ins > Filters > Extractplus.plugin, but it says that "cannot complete your request because Photoshop does not recognize this file type."

  I'm at a complete loss here. All that I want is the filter extract. I tried 2 different downloads, the two nothing helps. Help, please!

  The only document you need to read is the "OptionalPluginsReadMe.pdf' in the folder Goodies/Optional plugins your mounted diskimage your uploaded.

  I want this, so I can print multiple items and save the paper/waste canvas. I downloaded and followed the instructions. However when I go to Photoshop I don't see the Picture Package option, where it should be in the file - automate? I have a mac. Any ideas where I'm wrong?

  Are you use MAC CS5 32-bit option.  When I looked are the optional Plugins for CS5 download I you I remember only a 32-Bit plug-ins for Mac CS5.  Where both 32-bit and 64-bit plugins for Windows CS5.  I was able to install the 32-bit and 64-bit versions the in perpetual Windows CS6 not the version of the subscription.   There no Mac 32 bit only option in CS6 perpetual. Therefore, the last place allows users of Mac Picture Package using CS5 32-bit option.

  You will need to reinstall them using their original installation programs. If you used just Advanced Options before clicking on the button install, you would have been able to uncheck the default option removes earlier versions of CC in your player. Then you probably would have got with their copy of the previous version to the current one. Adobe continues with the default Setup behavior is really unfortunate and they should probably provide a video tutorial on the consequences of the wiping of your previous versions - as the bug of printing on the Mac side.

  Well, I fixed it, I found the old folder photoshop 2015 in my Applications folder, I copied the plugins to the new folder. Restart photoshop and it worked.

• Photoshop stopped to see the plug-ins

  Two days ago, only Photoshop stopped seeing all the plugins on my Mac. I checked the system information and it says I have no plug-ins. But the all the plug-ins are correctly stored and listed in the plug-ins folder. I tried a variety of troubleshooting techniques: restart or shut down the MAX. Unplug the computer, reinstall the existing plugins, installation of new plugins, copy plugin Photoshop 2014 files and reinstall the directory of Photoshop since 6 days ago using Time Machine. Nothing works. It's like Photoshop does not see the plug-ins folder.

  Before that happened, Photoshop worked perfectly. It worked after the latest updates of Photoshop and Apple. It worked fine in the morning, but everything went in the afternoon.   I installed Photoshop and Lightroom and both work very well. I installed a few plugins and photoshop I saw both. A clean install of Mac OS x made things any better. I hope you can understand yours soon.
