ORA-01110: data file 1: ' / opt/oracle/oradata/pd1perf/SYSTEM01. DBF'

HI Experts

I'm trying to convert the window (oracle 10g) to using linux (oracle 10g) in the light of the tutorial link. My database is in archivelog mode

http://kamranagayev.com/2010/08/20/RMAN-convert-database-video-tutorial/

When I'm trying to change the open database resetlogs then his error giving

SQL > ALTER DATABASE OPEN RESETLOGS
*
ERROR on line 1:
ORA-01194: file 1 needs a recovery more match
ORA-01110: data file 1: ' / opt/oracle/oradata/pd1perf/SYSTEM01. DBF'

even I tried
recover database using backup controlfile
and
recover database using backup controlfile until cancel

Check your version to minimum 10.2.0.4. And I think that version should be one even on two machines

    Hello;

    It looks like how you restored the control antagonized file a copy who did align with current data files.

    I just tested this I'll now what I did different here in a moment.

    My test:

    http://www.Visi.com/~mseberg/RMAN/simulating_loss_of_control_files_rman.html

    The link shows all the details. What jumps out is two things. I put the DBID and I let RMAN decide what control file to restore. View I had the same ORA-01589 like you and how I recovered from it.

    RMAN > restore database;
    SQL > alter database open resetlogs;
    RMAN > reset database;

    and then the test data.

    What's wrong?
    Thank you.

    Ok. First of all, did you restart recovery with ALTER DATABASE RECOVER MANAGED STANDBY DATABASE DISCONNECT; first? Since killed yo9u things you must get the day before to a consistent state.

    Now, that error means generally that you created the standby controlfile (that you used to create the previous day in the first place) before you took the backup of the primary. You need to take backup of the primary, and then create the standby control file. You can try to recreate the standby control file. Stop the day before, go to primary and create a new standby controlfile, replace the day before with this new controlfile and restart the day before. Start the recovery, let her run a little and then try again.

    And if you use ASM follow Note 734862.1 "Guide step by step on how to re-create the standby control file when the data files are on ASM and Using Oracle Managed File."

    I then use db_file_name_convert setting as you had originally.
    I hope this will solve your problem

    for example
    Set DB_FILE_NAME_CONVERT = '+ DELAFLOR', '+ DBDG1', '+ HISTDG', '+ HISTDG1 '.
    and
    whole set DB_FILE_CREATE_DEST = "
    or if you use a file pfile deletes the line with DB_FILE_CREATE_DEST

    Hello

    The process of database have a file handle for the data file - this remains even when the file is deleted (it disappears from the normal file system navigation)

    You can see if you have lsof installed

    just try

    lsof | grep datafile_name

    Once the database is restarted and the released file handle so you will not be able to do this any more - and in fact you will get errors when it can't find the file.

    See you soon,.

    Now my doubt is:

    1.Pourquoi Media recovery is necessary once a data file brought to online from offline mode?

    2. why DB not open and throws the error message after brining online of offline?

    3. Why is he asking for recovery of the media?

    I'm very confused...!

    Kind regards

    Ritu

    In order to make the UNDO4 data file. Coherent DBF with other UNDO tablespace data files, when you bring it from OFFLINE to ONLINE, the changes that happened during the period offline needs to be applied to this data file hence it is requires media recovery.

    It is directed by my understanding.

    What I've done so far:

    -Restored and recovered the data file (24)

    -Restored the controlfile and start the database

    None of the above worked.

    The following options are.

    -Re-create the control file-> I don't know how this will work.

    -to drop datafile 24 and add it-> I don't want to lose the contect.

    All the tips of this crew?

    Problem solved:

    OK since no more comment, I'll close this thread by posting the fix.

    Backgroud, this is a database of development. So had the opportunity to do a bit of what I did to solve the problem.

    Solution:

    Given that I had a backup of the table space in a different database, I could drop the tablespace and re-create.

    How to--->

    First, check out all the tables related to this tablespace

    Select dba_tables owner, table_name, nom_tablespace where nom_tablespace = 'FLIGHT ";

    Then, I realized that a single table was in this tablespace (lucky me).

    Secondly, I take all the constraints for this table. Disable constraints and drop them.

    Thirdly, once the table has been released from constraints, I drop the tablespace

    DROP tablespace flight including content and data files;

    Fourthly, to recreate the tablespace

    CREATE TABLESPACE FLIGHT DATAFILE ' / oraappl/pca/vdevl/vdevldata/vol01.dbf' SIZE 200 M reuse autoextend off local extended management;

    And fifth, after you recreate the tablespace, I imported the data using the data pump in

    Impdp system /@ TABLES = pcvdbms. DIRECTORY of PCV_VOLUNTEER = VOLDEV_DIR DUMPFILE = vdevl_full_b4upgrade.dmp TABLE_EXISTS_ACTION = REPLACE

    Finally, back up the entire database using RMAN and DATAPUMP.

    It seems that the recovery was stuck between the two.
    Please advise me how to kill the recovery session that is stuck. because I don't want to bounce the database pending.

    Thanks in advance.

    Dataguard and MRP, you run a script before.

    In a standby scripted, a session to RETRIEVE the DATABASE would an UNTIL clause (SEQUENCE up to THAT most likely). At the end of the recovery at this point (SEQUENCE #), he left and stop at the database.

    In addition, the script is such that when a RECOVERY session is active, another session is not authorized to start. It can loop in pending state or go out and do it again the next scheduled interval.

    Apparently your startup script is not strong enough to prevent another session of RECOVERY to start even though the first is active (or it doesn't have a good up to THAT clause and stop, exit, closing stocks)

    What you have is a custom implementation of a database of pending. Without all the details of the script, the 'blocking' between sessions (to avoid a second RECOVER start when one is already running) etc... We can't really do much to help you.
    Your scripts must be standing with status information. It should be possible for you to discover the 'other' sqlplus session which emanates a DATABASE to RECOVER, but not yet out (p. ex... How about a simple "ps - ef |") grep sql' and ' ps - ef | combination of grep ora"?)

    s/o-error: (OS 112) there is not enough space on the disk.

    01237 00000 - "cannot extend %s datafile.

    * cause: year Operating system error has occurred during resizing.

    * Action: Resolve the cause of the error of operating system and start the command

    I understand that the OS space is full and I guess this isn't specific Oracle error, but certainly an OS level error, someone could suggest me how to deal with the erasure of space, is it possible to erase and reuse the data files? Please suggest.

    Help out me

    Thank you and best regards,
    Cabbage

    You need create more space by deleting unnecessary files or narrowing of the files.

  • recover data file

    Hi all

    DB: in mode Archive No. 10g
    OS: windows

    I can't recover my data file after renaming the same. Here are the steps I took:

    I have an old controlfile trace and the last controlfile is lost. The old controlfile is not the new entry of data file. So I mount the database with the old track with option resetlog, and then I will be renaming the unamed data files.
    STARTUP MOUNT
    Then I create controlfile
    ALTER DATABASE OPEN RESETLOGS;
    Now, newly added the data file is as below:
    SQL > select name from v$ datafile;
    NAME
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    D:\ORAHOME_XPRESS10G\ORADATA\XE\SYSTEM. DBF
    D:\ORAHOME_XPRESS10G\ORADATA\XE\UNDO. DBF
    D:\ORAHOME_XPRESS10G\ORADATA\XE\SYSAUX. DBF
    D:\ORAHOME_XPRESS10G\ORADATA\XE\USERS. DBF
    D:\ORAHOME_XPRESS10G\ORADATA\XE\TEST01. DBF
    D:\ORAHOME_XPRESS10G\APP\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\SERVER\DATABASE\MISSING00006
    then I rename the data file as
    SQL > alter the change of name of database file 'D:\ORAHOME_XPRESS10G\APP\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\SERVER\DATABASE\MISSING00006' to ' D:\ORAHOME_XPRESS10G\ORADATA\XE\TEST02. DBF';
    Altered database.
    SQL > select FILE #, STATUS, NAME from v$ datafile;
    FILE # NAME OF STATE
    --------- ------- --------------------------------------------------
    1 SYSTEM D:\ORAHOME_XPRESS10G\ORADATA\XE\SYSTEM. DBF
    2 D:\ORAHOME_XPRESS10G\ORADATA\XE\UNDO ONLINE. DBF
    3 D:\ORAHOME_XPRESS10G\ORADATA\XE\SYSAUX ONLINE. DBF
    4 D:\ORAHOME_XPRESS10G\ORADATA\XE\USERS ONLINE. DBF
    5 D:\ORAHOME_XPRESS10G\ORADATA\XE\TEST01 ONLINE. DBF
    6 RETRIEVE D:\ORAHOME_XPRESS10G\ORADATA\XE\TEST02. DBF
    After that when I am trying to retrieve the concern datafiel I get the following errors:

    SQL > recover datafile 6;
    ORA-00283: cool cancelled due to errors
    [ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [krhpfh_03-1202], [fno =], [6], [= fhcrt], [794948267], [cptim =], [0],]
    ORA-01110: data file 6: ' D:\ORAHOME_XPRESS10G\ORADATA\XE\TEST02. DBF'

    and also,.

    SQL > RESTORE DATABASE AUTOMATICALLY using BACKUP CONTROLFILE until CANCEL
    ORA-00283: cool cancelled due to errors
    ORA-01124: cannot retrieve the data file 1 - file is in use or recovery
    ORA-01110: data file 1: ' D:\ORAHOME_XPRESS10G\ORADATA\XE\SYSTEM. DBF'

    This looks at published Bug 8980513 : ORA-00600 [KRHPFH_03-1202] WHEN RECOVER DATAFILE SPLEEN in CREATE CONTROLFILE, who is set to 11.2.0.3 and no work around is listed.

  • Deleted data file update the control file?

    Hello!

    I deleted a file from data in a tablespace. It was done on purpose because I have no more need. Unfortunately
    I have not updated the database control file, now I get an error message:

    ORA-01157: impossible to identify or to lock the 202 data file - see DBWR trace file
    ORA-01110: data file 202: "D:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\ORADATA\MINOTAUR\TMP_01.DBF."

    How update the control file to get rid of this error?

    I use Windows and exit DB 10.2.0.2.

    Thank you very much for your help!

    Christian

    I think that I made a mistake of reading here.
    Looks like you have deleted a TMP file.

    You then have to join v$ tablespace with v$ tempfile in the statement.

    It's a 10 G (or higher) database?

    Try to drop the tablespace that belongs to this data file, otherwise recreate the controlfile (needs database is offline)
