ORA-29516: Aurora assertion failure

Hi all
I tried to run java code in PL/SQL via SQLplus. What I have before running the code, have been:
1. created and compile the code.
2. load the class
3. creating PL/function SQL, which is a wrapper for the java function.
All the steps have been executed successfully, but when I tried to run the PL/SQL function, I got:
SQL> EXEC DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE (fdelete('/home/oracle/some_file.txt'))
BEGIN DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE (fdelete('/home/oracle/some_file.txt')); END;

*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-29516: Aurora assertion failure: Assertion failure at eox.c:359
Uncaught exception System error:   java/lang/UnsupportedClassVersionError
ORA-06512: at "HR.FDELETE", line 1

What is the problem?

Hmm, you could test your class with the target indicator, compilation setting the classfile to 1.5 compliant. I.e. "javac - target 1.5 '.»» I'm not at all familiar with this Java running inside the thing of the Oracle, but it's worth a try.

  • FlexUnit 4 assert failures have traces of battery "explosive."

With FlexUnit 4 in Flash Builder 4 Beta Plugin, I created 1 suite with 1 class 1 default, lack of test method. When I ran, the failure of the assertion had a battery call 60 high methods. Is this a bug?

The stack trace has several "async" methods, for example applyExplosivelyAsync(). This seems odd, because I use any async. Is this expected behavior?

FU4 and FU1 support as well as theories and set tests are all runners actually pluggable already. Furthermore, the community has written pluggable runners that support FUnit, structured log testing and a few other test infrastructure that will be available soon (projects not under my control, so I don't think I have to comment immediately). Effectively, this means that FU4 is responsible to identify a test but that it then passes execution to a separate category.

To be a plug-in, simply implement the 1 interface (org.flexunit.runner.IRunner) and be able to provide the descriptions and the necessary handshakes. You specify that you want to use a runner plugable through RunWith metadata

You could write your own to eliminate part of the stacktrace charges absolutely (but there will be some while FU4 introspects classes and numbers that you plan to run in a separate rider).

  • Windows Mail can suddenly throw up error "Assertion failure"?

On Vista, 32-bit, Windows Mail (which worked perfectly fine) now guard throw up a "Assertion failed!" error when I click on my POP3 Inbox. I can see all the message headers but can't get their reading. Pressing on 'Retry' just quit the program. Nothing has changed on my machine, no new antivirus software is uptodate and no malware found. I have a screenshot of the full error message but can't see how to post here. Help, please! Thank you, Cheryl

Try to compact and repair the database (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/).  Which tends to fix any corruption in the database which can produce strange errors like that.

And pay attention to the antivirus interference that may also contribute to the database.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3

  • Aurora R5 - failure of the OC - Ubuntu

    Hello

My problem seems that so similar to http://en.community.dell.com/owners-club/alienware/f/3746/t/19987400. My setup

    • I7 - 6700 k
    • FE GTX 1080
    • 16 GB of ram of FURY 2400 (xmp ready)
    • 850PSU (liquid cooled)

I'm not using windows install HDD, I installed SSD and Ubuntu 16.04.1. But when I restart the computer, whenever I get this message in the bios: ( http://imgur.com/a/wVFRJ )

"The parameters of OC has been reset to the default value.

First time, I got the BIOS OC failure message but couldn't do screenshot. Is it possible that Ubuntu is causing this error or failure? If this is the case, it must not? Any suggestions?

PS: I also added the menu of the bios for the configuration of the overclock. ( http://imgur.com/a/wVFRJ )

Not sure if this helps bro but my phone that I said I contacted technical support and they told me, it's a BIOS problem and there is a BIOS update "in the next few weeks."

Currently ship all R5 with BIOS 1.0.4 which appears to be a lot of problems of OC, basically R5 of all shipped with a * BIOS.

If the BIOS update does not happen in my time back I'll just at the end of the refund of my R5 as its faulty and we paid for OC factory at least. Also, according to Mr. Fox, the i7 6700 k should be easily able to run 4.5 ghz on all hearts, so we even liquid cooling it should be no problem at all.

    Good luck to you!

  • Message on my Avast antivirus download assertion failure

    Original title: error message

I have a failed assertion message on my Avast antivirus download. What makes, it's mean and how to fix

    Hi Lynne,

    Symptoms

Some of the components of avast antivirus stops with the error message. The title says: Debug

The assertion failed! The error message may also mention the avast! Component that has been affected.

    for example:

    Program: C: program FilesAlwil SoftwareAvast4ashWebSv.exe

File: C: program Program Filesmicrosoft visual studio 8vcincludextree

    Online: 293

    Description

Avast! Antivirus is not distributed with debugging information and debug libraries. Errors in avast!

Components are managed by its own dialog boxes and no debug Assertions (errors) are displayed to avast! If you see this message, another program runs inside avast! antivirus is executable

files and this program has stopped with an error. Search for any non - microsoft DLL loaded in the affected component. A very useful tool for this research is "Process Explorer" Â download-able to Microsoft or 'Hijack this '.

We have seen these errors with the following software:

"Hide my Ip - reported as C: WindowsSystem32securenet.dll

    Solution

    Uninstall the conflicting application.

You can Uninstall and reinstall Avast Antivirus program and check if the problem persists.

For further assistance, you can contact Avast:

  • the lightroom 5.7 assertion failure

Hi, I got the following error while trying to open Lightroom 5.7 "failed assertion. I am running windows 10, but I think that the problem is not due to the update of the operating system (it worked fine for awhile because I've upgraded). Lightroom seems to rather be trying to open a catalog that has been removed ("opening catalog... ("is displayed with the message"assertion failed"). How can I solve this problem to open lightroom once more? See you soon.

  • Anyobody can help with errpor "Assertion failure" after upgrade to Windows 10

    Hi all

I used to run successfully Lightroom 5.7 on Windows 8, until recently, I've upgraded to Windows 10. Since then, I get an "Assertion failed" error and Lightroom does not open. I looked this error and seems to have been a common theme for LR 5.4 days. So I tried all suggested fixes, but even register controls and reinstalling did not help. I can't make it work. Now: What can I do? Any idea?

    Hi oliverl,

    Greetings.

    • While you hold down the ALT key, open Lightroom.

      • New catalog, click on create a new catalog.
    • If the step above does not work, then provide the pictures read and write access folder.
      • Right-click on the folder images
      • Properties - Security - Edit - Add
      • Type everyone
      • Click ok
      • Now check all boxes (full control)
      • Click on apply, then ok

  • ORA-29273: HTTP request failed ORA-06512: at "SYS." UTL_HTTP", line 1130 ORA-29024: certificate validation failure

    Hello

I explore APEX so that I can use it for ETL in BIC. I created a RESTful service in http://apex.oracle.com using the Oracle video and available documentation and then created a database application in the apex with form and reports. It is all good but when I run the form and enter the value of the variable I get this error below.

I think it must be something to do with the certificate or user identification information, but where can I create and import the wallet. I'm not trying to access the url outside the site of the apex.  I tried to get some information about Ko, but he talks about the creation of portfolio and import, but it does not make any sense to me.

    Hi Kiran

    Thank you for your response.

I understand the part of the certificate that you mentioned, but I'm not able to get a clear picture as to where should I create the portfolio and import certificates. I use https://apex.oracle.com , I don't have access to the servers where this forum is hosted. I'm missing something basic here or I've got it all wrong.

    .

You must configure the portfolio and ACL to the database instance where you want to consume web services HTTPS.

In this case if you want to consume the web service on an application workspace apex.oracle.com, you must set up the portfolio and ACL on apex.oracle.com.

And as apex.oracle.com is hosted Oracle apex Forum and it is intended for the purpose of demonstration only according to the warning posted on the site I think it is not possible to set up the wallet and the ACL because this requires access to the DBA database.

The best possible alternative is to host your own instance of APEX.

    I hope this helps!

    Kind regards

    Kiran

  • Is there a new build for 5.4 that solves the error "assertion failure"...

    .. .to win 7/64 users?

I don't know about the technical note that probably solved the problem but the 'My pictures' folder is in its default location and I don't want to mess around in the registry.  My Lightroom 5.3 works very well.

    Update:

If you want to install Lr 5.4 and make sure it works on Win7/64, first install DxO Pro 9!

Yesterday, I received a notice that a new version of DxO is out so I thought I'd install it on trial.  This morning I tried something in the folder my pictures and now there are now two of them.  We got some stuff in it (because I use it), the other is empty.  The second folder MyPictures appeared yesterday.  So apparently there was something wrong with my folder MyPictures that neither loved program (why is a concern is still a mystery) but DxO has been smart enough to create what it takes, and Adobe was not!

So I tried to reinstall Lr 5.4 and now it installs and runs without incident and is still using the old folder MyPictures, just as it did in previous versions.
