  Thanks again for your response.  It turned out that the printer was not to blame.  I was using the word 2016 and he had a setting of markup that was running.  When I turned is disabled, gray Panel went out.  Unfortunately, he seems to be the default setting and returned.  But until I figure out how to fix I just check the section of markup on the Ribbon and make sure it is off.

  If you are in a service / filter, it is best to make queries as below in order to create a new (read: extra!) system database connection (and the handling/connection additional error closing you must take care of). Samples are available in the HowToComponents.

  Please could update you your username to something more meaningful - this is a friendly forum!

  I don't have aria installed here, but your places to look is probably Page 0 (which is shared across the application) or possibly on the page template. If you open the Page definition for a page that contains it, look at the models and click on the page template. It may be in the body or the footer here.

  As I say, I have not installed well so I can't give a definitive answer, but this should be a starting point for you.

  These entries are correct. However according to Jay earlier for the time of execution, you create a connection for the jca adapter factory, using the Weblogic administration console. The JNDI name ' ist/QA/aqSample' as an example from above should be listed in the factory connections.   If you do a find > anyway, the dialog box that opens has a button replace.  After selecting the replacement, one of the options is to replace all.  This should save time if you have multiple copies of the original constants or controls made from the control.
