  This occurs generally when there is an inconsistency in the application of ILO version and the version of ODP.NET bits.

  If you compiled/built the application with Any CPU option, please modify X 86 or X 64 and build and run the code.

  11 g, there is an extended tracing which happens for reasons best known only to Oracle. But if you want to disable, Coskan had published a small ticket mentioning a parameter not documented (which means you should think twice before using it) to disable it - disablehealth_check *.   I installed the latest version of the ODAC (ODAC 11.2 version 3 and Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio (11.2.0.2.1)) on my Windows System.
  However, when I check the version of the ODBC driver in ODBC Data Source Administrator I see:

  I expect version 11.2.0.2.0

  There is a bug filed for this. The driver is actually 11202 (you can check the date of construction), but did not obtain the INF version number.

  You should be able to. They will have separate directories.

  On the top of my head... the only thing I can think can be a problem, that is your tnsnames.ora file. You will need to make sure that your environment variables are configured to use the $OH/network/admin/tnsnames.ora you want to keep.

  You could probably set TNS_ADMIN to point to the desired directory...
