PSC1410: Printer print is no longer

All-in-one HP PSC 1410 (printer, Scanner, copier)

I installed Windows 10 about a week ago everything (including the printer) worked perfectly. Yesterday, I had to change the ink cartridges and now, even if the printer is working, it won't print or copy (just his training through, good speed and with the same noise as if printing). Download HP Solution Center - cannot open (his "unavailable" when you click on it): downloaded HP Print & Scan Doctor - works perfectly - everything is OK. Uninstalled all HP programs and re-installed with drivers the most recent - still no printing. Have you tried the HP Support will not help because the printer is 10 years old (but the printer worked perfectly in all functions). Would be very happy to help, but please make it simple - I'm very much a novice and I am completely at a loss.

  • Help! HP Deskjet 6980 print is no longer in duplex

    I recently upgraded from Windows XP to Windows Vista and reinstalled the software / drivers for my Deskjet 6980.  Everything went well spent - it is printing without wire - but for some reason the automatic duplex printing function no longer works.  Even when I select the automatic duplex printing option in the printer preferences, it does not print duplex.  Is there a way to fix this?

    Vista can default the duplexer "not installed".  Go to the Printers folder, right-click on the Deskjet 6980, run as administrator, properties, parameters of the device and the unit installed duplex and duplex manual to disabled, apply, OK.

  • Printer processor no longer on my computer

    I have Windows XP Media Center Edition 2002 series, and the PRINT PROCESSOR does not exist so my Kodak printer will no longer work with her.  How can I get the processor of the printer on my computer?  It works perfectly until a month ago, then the printer has stopped working with my computer.  Kodak has been contacted and took control of my computer, and then could not solve the problem and reminded earlier.  With control even once, Kodak showed me that the error led to a printer on Ms missing processor.

    I have automated updates of Windows, so I don't understand how this 'left' my computer element.  Ms. wants $99 back on my computer... but there must be a simpler solution.  Any suggestions?  Thank you

    The computer has service pack 3.  The error says"cannot install the printer.  The print processor does not exist"... does this help?

    Not really.  I had this error before.

    There is a Microsoft KB Article that address this issue: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/906752 but I'm a little suspicious of the applicability of this article because (a) you probably have a printer standard consumer (which is unlikely to have a "custom print processor"), (b) If your printer requires a "custom print processor", then Kodak should have known on this subject and what is provided , and (c) your system apparently works OK without the hotfix mentioned in the article.

    Although I can't guarantee it will solve your problem, I suggest that you clean your printer drivers by following the instructions here--> http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm

    Before you start to follow Bruce, open Control Panel > add or remove programs and remove anything related to your printer.  Restart the computer.

    Then follow the steps of Bruce 1-5.  Restart the computer.  As Bruce wrote, these measures should be sufficient, but if you want to be great depth, download and run cleanspl.exe OR follow steps 6-14 (in step 9, do not start the spooler or you will probably not be able to delete the files in the later stages; the spooler is restarted in step 14).

    When you are finished, reinstall the printer as if you were doing so for the first time.  Do not connect the printer to your computer until you are prompted to do so by the software.  You should probably go on the Kodak website and download the latest software for your printer package; Otherwise, use the CD that comes with it.

    We have a HP laptop.

    We have a C309g wireless HP PhotoSmart all-in-One printer/scanner/copier.

    It has worked very well for a few years, until 2 days ago.

    It allows to print is no longer in black (colors and black Photo work very well).

    We have it removed... removed all ink cartridges, removed the cartridge caddy,

    clean the electrodes, replaced the caddy, installed 5 cartridges (all) new, etc.

    OK, I understand you have checked the vents and they were OK (or you clean them?).

    Have you run three rounds of cleaning of the façade?

    Did you soak the printhead?

    If you've done everything above, I've seen a few cases was a hard reset solves the problem.  To do this turn on the printer, then unplug the USB cable from the printer and then unplug the power cable from the printer for a minute.  Then replace the power cable and turn on the printer, then replace the USB cable.

    Have you gone in Panel of-> Windows Update. and checked "view update history"?  I guess it is possible that the KB2509470 somehow got reinstalled - although I don't know how that would have occurred.  If she did get resettled, just uninstall it again.  If you do not see even if the list, then maybe it's a new problem.

    Try to reboot the router and check if that can help you.

    After connecting the back of the router, wait 30-60 seconds and restart the printer and Mac.

    If it persists, try resettign the system as follows:

    * Be aware that reset the printer system will eliminate any existing queue and reset all custom settings driver.

    Click on the Apple menu and then click on System Preferences.
    Select Print & Scan.
    Right click (or Ctrl + click) your product with the Printers list in the left panel and then click on reset printing system.
    Click OK to confirm the reset.
    Type your user name and password.
    Click OK. The printing system resets.

    Now reconfigure the device by following the HP (under Utilities Applications\hewlett-Packard\Device) installation wizard.

    Thank you for the additional information. First go to print/scanners Apple System Preferences, delete the printer MFP of M1217 nfw. You can run the HP installation wizard. This will be implemented for the wireless drivers. Thank you.

  • Printer is no longer printing - multiple computers

    My embarrassing problem.  I have a home network, which has 5 computers on him; 2 corporate laptops and home 3.

    1 corporate computer has been connected via the USB switch port to share the printer and audio/keyboard/mouse for two years with 1 office home for a psc 2510

    2 mobile company ever printed on personal printer, nor has any other desktop computer

    The scan option still works for the company 1 computer, but printing does not work.  In properties, all the parts are loaded into analogues on the desktop but still nothing.

    I have re-downloaded the drivers and those developed to date, but still no can do.

    The laptop is no longer detects printer even though you can still see the home network (which is no longer the printer sees).  It indicates that the driver is not available, but I have re-download.

  • HP 990 cm print is no longer the color since the upgrade to the new iMac with Mountain Lion

    Have an older CV (990c, m series) which worked fine on my iMac Leopard PPC (X.5.8) running.

    Since the upgrade to the new Intel iMac running Mountain Lion (the most recent software upgrades / w X.8.2) this printer will print only in black and white, despite having new color and cartridges inkjet black installed - even the test pattern that prints automatically when I changed the print cartridges only in B & W.

    The detailed print dialog box that appears when I try to print a color page does not include the usual option to print in color.

    I think that HP is no longer provides this older printer drivers but guess they are in the software updates in Mac OS.

    Someone has an idea how I can fix it, or is it just time to recycle this printer and buy a new one?

    Oh, my! That was so long ago. But, if I remember correctly, when I shot the top of the printer, there was a very small wire with a plastic connector at the end which had pulled the apartment when I removed the upper part. I probably had to use tweezers to reconnect.  Sorry for the hazy details, but it's what is on the floor these days! Good luck.
