Oracle: deletion of tables in the diagram of the SYSTEM

I executed by mistake full structure of database creation script with the user of the SYSTEM.
Script has completed its work without any failure, then I fancy tables, indexes, sequences, views and some stored under the scheme of the SYSTEM procedures. All creation and change operations have been committed by the script.

Is there a solution to distinguish these objects created from original SYSTEM schema objects? I would all drop them and come back to my original SYSTEM diagram. I don't want to see anything except original objects belonging to SYSTEM.

any comments please

Generate a Table DROP script and check it.

You can use ALTER TABLE... MOVE. It offers a TABLESPACE clause, which allows you to choose a different tablespace as target. Refer to the documentation for your version of the database.

  • Can I safely delete staging tables after the migration?

I followed this link and finished migration from SQL Server to Oracle.
    http://www.Oracle.com/technology/OBE/hol08/sqldev_migration/MSSQLServer/migrate_microsoft_sqlserver_otn.htm

Now, I have a user "mwrep" and "mwrep_orcl" connection When I develop in this regard, I noticed that there are a lot of tables with name starting with "MD". In addition to those, there are some starting with "Outphasing".

Given that the imported tables are schema 'mwrep' and I want to continue to use that user as my user development. Can I remove these tables that I mentioned above? Thank you!

MD_ tables that you see are part of the migration repository. Migration repository is used for capturing migration related third party processing database meta information. Once you are convinced that the migration has completed successfully, you can use the command "Delete repository Migration" to get rid of the migration repository tables. You can do a right click on the oracle connection that actually hosts the repository and choose the menu 'Remove the Migration repository' get rid the repository tables. In a nutshell, the answer is Yes, you can delete the migration repository and the objects associated with them have a negative impact on the migrated objects db and the clean is to do it by selecting the menu item "delete the Migration repository.

  • View, add or delete background jobs on the system on the taskbar tray

When I install some applications they but the background tasks on the system tray on the taskbar that initiates at the start.  How view, add or delete?

Generally, the best way to manage applications that start at Windows startup is to use each such application 'options' or 'preferences' menu instead of directly editing the Windows registry entries.

Also, remember that not all tasks that start at Windows startup in fact are using much in the way of your computer's resources.  Many tasks have a burst of activity at startup right and then are paged out the file paging and just sitting there waiting do not use cycles CPU or RAM.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, there are sometimes when you change a registry entry for an application that starts with Windows.  The best tool for this is Autoruns.  Because it shows (and allows you to change) starting for tasks information much more that start at Windows startup that tools like the one you mentioned, Autoruns can be daunting and dangerous.  If you want to make changes in the entries in the 'Connection' tab, you will be OK.  Do not the changes elsewhere unless you are sure of what you are doing.

Moreover, Spybot Search Destroy & used as a recommended anti-malware tool.  Nowadays, the best choices are Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and SUPERAntiSpyware.

  • Import/Export security and also to import exchange rate table in the system 11.1.2

The requirement is to automate access to a new user. The pain is now that I need to go to the SSP, open each group and add the user to all groups. So if I know how to export a single user (this is a domain user is not a native user) and all its access and import back by changing the user name. This export and import I can avoid all the manual steps.

We are the system 11.1.2. I tried using LCM, but he has the ability to export only native users but not external users. Y at - it no utlity that I can use to export and import in 11.1.2. I know there of one in 11.1.1.3 CSS import/export utliity.

    Question 2.

We have a planning application of currency that is built with EPMA. Is there a way I can import excel form exchange rates to the schedule?

    Any suggestions are appreciated.

Yes change the output so, then you can enter.
Of course, you can do your own input file but just making it easier to understand the format, if you first export.

The user of the network has the privilege of role DBA, which means that they can see/edit/delete any table in the case, as long as the request is correctly formed.

If the database says that the table does not exist, the right table should maybe be requested - add the schema name (owner of the table, the database user who owns the table) in sqlplus:

    describe
    ...
    ORA-04043: object does not exist
    ...
    describe the .
    Name... Type

    ...

There are many views catalogue to find information on what is in the dba_tables database lists the owner and every table table_name. And dba_objects has all types of object tables, procedures, functions and so on.

  • Problem with granting/revoking of privileges on the SYSTEM (and other) tablespace

    Hello

I'm new to this forum, so I hope I posted this topic in the wrong section.

    My problem is the following:

I need to create a user that should have access to certain storage spaces. I read a lot of articles, tutorials, etc. (and google it of course :)), but I couldn't find a solution to my problem. I created a user with this command in SQLPLUS:

SQL > create user identified by test test
    2 default tablespace users
    3 quota 5 m on users;

Privileges to user test given, like this:

    SQL > grant connect to test;

    Grant succeeded.

    SQL > grant create table to test;

    Grant succeeded.

OK, so the user must be able to connect and create dashboards on USERS tablespace. My problem is that the user can also create tables on other tablespaces. Also on the SYSTEM tablespace - I don't want. I have not affected all contingent on any other tablespace users, yet it can create arrays of anywhere. I'm obviously something wrong, since I tried this on two different installations of Oracle (we were under Linux with D Oracle version 11.2.0.2.0 and the other was Windows with 11.2.0.1.0) and I got the same result.

These are all tablespaces on my db instance if she will give useful information:

    TABLESPACE_NAME
    ---------------
    SYSTEM
    SYSAUX
    UNDOTBS1
    TEMP
    USERS
    EXAMPLE OF

P.S.: I also tried: SQL > change the quota of test user 0 on SYSTEM; but it did not help. The user can still create tables on the SYSTEM tablespace.

I used this test user command to create a table on system tablespace:

    SQL > create table testtest (num number (8)) tablespace SYSTEM;

Please, I would appreciate greatly any help on this.
    Thank you in advance.

  • Problem in the SYSTEM tablespace

    Hi all
I have a problem when I try to load data into a temporary data store. Data are loaded from Sybase to Oracle with the KM 'IKM SQL command Append', but in the step "To insert a new line" the answer is "error: impossible to extend the table TABLE in the SYSTEM tablespace". • Can I remove random photos in the system volume information?

I understand very well this file.  I rarely restore, but sometimes I do.  The problem is that some files, aka viruses that have been removed, take place that I prefer to use for something else, aka my plans f #.  Can I delete random files in this folder?  I understand that I can remove the control panel restore point, but I want only to remove a specific file.  In fact, I don't know if this file is the file that I want to delete because of all the file names.  I made fair carsick enter this folder.  I want to just delete large files.  So the question is simply: is there something important it?

System Restore uses log files to keep track of things, if you try to restore a point and System Restore detects that which is missing files or that it has been tampered with the restore point will fail.  Bert Kinney, one of the greatest experts on the restoration of the system, explains that the individual restore points can not be removed because... "Each restore points is chained (or related) as well as the previous restore points." When you choose to restore a system all him previous restore point are required to perform a restore, so if one is missing the chain will be broken and cause all the restore points are corrupt. At this point, all restore points will have to correct the corruption. So the best advice is DON'T touch the content of the System Volume Information folder. " http://bertk.mvps.org/html/Tips.html#8

If you removed a virus if the deletion was successful and the system now works fine the best thing to do is to purge ALL restore points after having removed the virus successfully.

You're overthinking this and you're too attached to restore points, if the computer is running well at the moment and if it has been so for a week or two then you can get rid of and then restore points create a new.  Set maximum disk usage that is suitable for the points of restore and you will recover some of your disk space for another use.

In his blog Raymond says that 'folder contains casual interference could cause problems with the correct operation of the information system.  It could, but not necessarily cause problems.  For all its value, you can disable the system restore and other services that might use the IVR (indexing, Volume Shadow Copy & Distributed Link Tracking Service) (services that you might not use anyway) and then delete the entire folder, Windows simply creates a new brilliant when you restart!  Then when you restart the system restore or other services that use the folder they will just repopulate the record with their files.  People who make use of indexing service will generally not want to clear the folder because it takes a lot of "disk churning" to build a large catalog of indexation.

    Hello

Recovery mode and security system are two different things and in safe mode lets you access Windows Diagnostics mode and that you will lose all the data in this mode. System and Windows.old files have not been deleted during recovery of the system was carried out. Try to throw the disc to clean the disk and see if you can find and remove unwanted files that could be to fill out the hard disk.

    1. open Disk Cleanup by clicking the Start button picture of the Start button, tap all programs, accessories, click System Tools, and then click Disk Cleanup.

    2. in the Disk Cleanup Options dialog box, choose whether you want to clean your own files only or all files on the computer. Need administrator permission if you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    3. If the disk cleanup: drive selection dialog box appears, select the hard disk you want to clean and then click OK.

    4. click the Disk Cleanup tab and select the check boxes for files that you want to remove.

    5. When you have finished select the files you want to delete, click OK, and then click on delete files to confirm the operation. Disk Cleanup on delete all unnecessary files from your computer.

    Delete files using disk cleanup

Also check hard disk in disk management and see if you can see any differenc in the capacity of the hard drive partition which is in question right now.

    1. click on start.

2 type diskmgmt.msc in the instant search box.

You need to talk to Adobe, not users on the forums, because only Adobe can reactivate something on their end.   I guess the numbers increase during the work week.
