Oracle error in OBIEE 11 g reports

Hi all

We are facing a strange question to OBIEE 11 g. We have about 10 pages of dashboard. in these pages a few reports throwing below error.

ORA-01722 invalid number to BEAK

These reports have worked for at least one year. There is no problem. But since yesterday, this error is popping up. got session SQL and executed in DB, physical SQL works very well in DB, but logical SQL throw (same error) in the database. What could be the problem? any help will be much appreciated.

Also you include, contrary to the recommendation in the post on Forums label, the complete version number of 4-digit.
This is important because they either has an error in your script that does not find RMAN or you hit a bug.

Error-2584 occurred in DIAdem report

New to tiara,

I am running DIAdem 2010, LabVIEW 2010 and Windows 7. When I try to run the control example Multipage Report.vi I get the following error.

LabVIEW: Tiara could not be started. You have DIAdem 9.1 Service Pack 2 or later installed to use the report Express VI tiara.

If I open the tiara Express vi the target and Select Layout fields are grayed out.

I have download the Toolkit LabVIEW DIAdem connectivity but "broken vi".

I'm using Outlook 2002 on the XP Pro operating system.

It lasts for almost a year, but I managed to work around the issue since it was started using a different outgoing SMTP user name and the password. (More settings, outgoing server tab, log in using...) Now it has stopped working.

There are four machines at this place and all suffer from the same problem. I use a LinkSys RVS4000 router. The previous Linksys router has also had the same problem so I replaced, thinking he can correct the problem, he didn't.

a. I am able to recreate the account on another machine to a different place and it works.

ToolTip in OBIEE 11 G reports when we spend on its data.
Hello gurus,
I have a requirement where I need to display the ToolTip in OBIEE 11 G reports when it hovers over its data. For example, if I have a column in a report that shows "serial No." say the column data is 1,2,3,4,5 etc. when I hover over 1, it should display name corresponding to it. When I switch to 2, it should display a different name.

Those values that will be displayed on score action can be hard-coded, they are static values.

Am import of production dump in our UAT environment.

Import failed with the below error:

ORA-00959: tablespace "TMEDX11" does not exist

This means that the import was stopped with this error? or it will continue after this error?... am tracking this... import don't move any more than that.objects after that have useful, likely created in the target DB tablespaces?...

Do I have to kill this process and continue to import all the items again?

What to do to fix this problem?

Of more, when I try to connect as "sqlplus / as sysdba" he says "TNS: protocol error" and if I tape "sqlplus sys/passwod@oracle_sid as sysdba" she says "Segmentation Fault (core dumped). Under $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/lib and $ORACLE_HOME/bin, 'oracle' is 0 bytes.

Oracle connection error installing OBIEE 11 g

Hello
I am getting INST-08030 error: cannot connect to the DB with the current credentials.
Then that easily able to connect to the schema through SQL Plus am.
The connection string is localhost:1521:orcl
and I ping localhost and checked on the service using tnsping and they are all successful.
Can you please help here to understand what is the problem, is it to do anything with the Java connectivity or something?

Also one thing now, I noticed is that when I try to connect to the instance of sql * plus it work very well, but whenever I try to connect enterprise manager from the linkhttps://localhost:1158 / em

The format of the string above did not work, I found it in some blogs which was not correct.

I found the problem, for some strange reason that localhost is replaced to 127.0.0.1 (from a few DNS settings?) as in the hosts, that entry has been commented on by a "#" so I do not know where he is picking up.

After replacing the default localhost defining 127.0.0.1 it worked fine, infact I also disabled MS Lookup adapter from the network and settings and it worked.

Oracle 12 c not not opening Report Builder

I'm installing Oracle 12 c forms and reports.
For me report generator does not open. It throws error as ca.dll not found.
and I started the report server using startManagedWeblogic WLS_REPORTS
when checking the url http://localhost:9002 / reports/rwservlet/showjobs ?
It shows error like REP-52266: the current report server
How to solve these problems?

I think that you should start the rwbuilder.bat not find files exe for rwbuilder.bat file and double click it it will start the generator of reports for you.

After you have started all the below

startNodemanager,

startWeblogic,

startManagedWeblogic WLS_FORMS,

startManagedWeblogic WLS_REPORTS

2 - connect on AdminServer.

3 run the following command from wlst.

createReportsToolsInstance (instanceName = 'reptools1', 'AdminServerMachine' = machine)

B. create the stand-alone reporting server

Example of

1 - run wlst.cmd/wlst.sh ORACLE_HOME/oracle_common/common/bin

2. connect to the AdminServer.

Connect ("WebLogic", "weblogic_password", "hostname:7001")

3 run the following command from WLST.

createReportsServerInstance (instanceName = 'rep_server1', 'AdminServerMachine' = machine)

This will create a new independent Reports Server named "rep_server1".

4 - launch the report server.

Note: The examples use ports and the default credentials.

C. start / stop the stand-alone reporting server

Go to the DOMAIN_HOME/bin folder and issue the following commands:

startComponent.cmd or startComponent.sh [name of report server]

or

stopComponent.cmd or stopComponent.sh [name of report server]

Then follow my approach I gave above.

We have improved our linux at 11 GR 2 report server. Now when we run Oracle reports over https, the parameter page shall submit the parameters via http. Initially successful, the user connects to the report server with sso and https. When the user submits the page parameter, an error occurs and the server logs show REP-51019.
If you look at the page source on the web page displayed in the page parameter, it displays'form method=post action = "http...". » . If we run the same report server reports different (10g or 11g R2) the parameter page shall submit to the server with https and working properly.

Normal configuration is SSL between the web browser and the OHS and the communication between the SST and WLS_REPORTS is in HTTP.

Here are the steps:

1 backup of file INSTANCE_HOME/config/OHS/ohs1/ssl.conf

2 - Edit the INSTANCE_HOME/config/OHS/ohs1/ssl.conf file inside the directive add the following section

[+] Go to WLS Console--> servers--> WLS_REPORTS--> Configuration--> General
[+] Click on 'Advanced' link at the bottom of the page
[+] Click the "Lock & Edit" button to allow the changes to this page
[+] Check the box for "WebLogic plug-in enabled."
[+] Click 'Save' to save the changes
[+] Click on the button 'Activate changes' to activate the changes of WLS_REPORTS managed server
[+] Restart the managed server WLS_REPORTS

Note: Even in a cluster environment that this setting ("active plug-in WebLogic") should be checked at each WLS_REPORTS server in the cluster managed

Now when you get the form of reports displays parameter and check the HTML (view page source) you will see references to the HTTPS protocol.

I installed following the customers oracle

Oracle - instantclient11.2 - sqlplus - 11.2.0.1.0 - 1.x86_64.rpm
AND I put below variables:

Then I tried installed
