Order "pending."

IM an outsider of the United States, today I placed an order online, once it appeared that cancelled on motorola page, so I am in contact via webchat and support guy told me that the refund will be in 3-5 working days, and that he knew not why it was canceled. Then, I received an email saying that the order was "pending." Entered in the webchat with someone else and I was literally she didn't know what was the status of the real order and what will happen if I just waited and offered to call the number indicated on the enamel of th, after a great effort (cause I live in another country), I tried to call a TI was impossible. Meanwhile, charges on the credit card appears floating... so I want to know what will the order be really "cancelled" and recover the money on my credit card? everyone at motorola really gives me answers ambiguos...

If you have received an email asking you to call, and our team for review of order does not hear from you within 24 hours, and then the order was cancelled. The authorization hold will automatically drop your card. Normally, it takes 5-7 business days, high, but when it's a foreign credit card, it may take up to 30 days. The delay is on the Bank, not end, however.

    I ordered Adobe Creative Cloud Student Edition Monday, but my order has been marked for a reason, and I received an email telling me that the order would be confirmed today.

    I was never contacted, and there is no record of an order pending on my account. I spent 3 hours on Live Chat get transferred autour where I got a range of different responses, including I've ever spent ordering, processing my order failed and wait.

  • How can I stop CHKDSK to start each time that I boot?

    Under XP, SP3.

    I tried a fix and received a message that said it was only the relelvant to SP2 or an earlier version.

    CHKDSK runs when you restart either because you have scheduled to run at the next reboot or because your hard drive has been marked "dirty".

    Maybe engaged Microsoft Support Engineer "experts" don't know that you don't have to change the registry to remove a regular chkdsk pending.

    To delete all waiting for the command chkdsk scheduled, click on start, run and enter in the box:

    chkntfs /d

    Click OK and you will see all the messages, but which erases all orders pending regular chkdsk.

    XP will automatically check the "dirty bit" on all your volumes when it restarts.  If XP detects a volume that has been marked "dirty", it will run a chkdsk with correction of errors on the volume afflicted to try to clear the dirty bit and you will see a message indicating whether to start XP.

    A volume could be marked 'dirty' after something like a cut of current, power failure, aborted restart or an abnormal termination.  One of these events?

    You can query the dirty bit on a volume from the command prompt window.

    Click Start, run and enter in the box:

    cmd

    Click OK to open the command prompt window.

    For example, to query the bit of impurity on drive C, type:

    fsutil dirty query C:

    The sample output:
    Volume c is dirty
    Volume C: is dirty

    Is the volume of your sale or it is not dirty?

    The only thing that can clear the dirty bit is a success running chkdsk with error correction, sometimes you need to run it more than once, and sometimes that does not work and you will need see if running chkdsk with the XP Recovery Console error correction can clear the dirty bit.

    If you want to do this, we need to learn more about your system:

    Unfortunately, MS Answers forums does not prompt for any information system when a new question is asked, so we know almost nothing about your system.

    Not knowing the basic information a problem prolongs the frustration and the agony of these issues.

    Please MS Answers, continue to make solving simple problems as frustrating and a lot of time as possible.

    Provide information on your system, the better you can:

    What is your system brand and model?

    What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?

    Your system's disks IDE or SATA drives?

    Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..

    The question was preceded by a loss of power, aborted reboot or abnormal termination?  (this includes the plug pulling, buttons power, remove the battery, etc.)

    The afflicted system has a working CD/DVD (internal or external) drive?

    You have a genuine XP installation CD bootable, which is the same Service as your installed Service Pack (this is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?

    If the system works, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did not work properly?

  • (Redirected) Need to phone number or by e-mail to complain to upper management

    During the 2 months, personal support of Dell lost more than 23 hours of my time leaving me on hold, forward my calls back to the same Department, running the same diagnostics time and time again and hang up on me without recalling. I also had several emails be ignored or returned no repaints. It seems that nobody has the sense to recognize when there is a problem or incitement to the resolution of the problem. (For Dell) customer service amounts to nothing else than to the verbal apology without any real attempt at resolution.

    I firmly believe that senior managers should be aware of this lack of effective customer support if Dell is to maintain its reputation in rapid decline of quality and support.

    Initially, I had sent my phone fully functional in for a power cord problem and receives in return a laptop that automatically stops when the lid is closed, regardless of the settings of the computer. A representative "fixed" the problem by putting my computer to be always on, which has eliminated the problem of closure, but gave me the new problem of having to be constantly plugged since my battery so quickly. Several other representatives spend 1-3 hours, running the same diagnoses and installing drivers of those before them, which leads me to believe that they were not properly document their actions, or that they hoped that I could get so fed up that I give up and stop to remember.

    After 15 hours of this, I finally asked them to send me a box to solve the problems of obvious material with my system. It saddens me to get to this point, I had to resort to raise my voice as being polite had led to a significant waste of my time. I sent my computer on 5 April, and I still have not received no return. I have been informed verbally that I had received the 18th day which is what I conveyed to my manager. On 18 April, I've been sent tell e-mail, that the part had been ordered pending which meant that there was no way my computer would do to me on this date they received only to her. As I was able to inform him that I would need more time off since I got the e-mail about the delay when I was waiting for my computer to arrive, I was unable to make other arrangements, and I lost my job.

    In addition, I am a student, and when this test started, I've been in the last month of my education. I need my computer for assignments and my thesis, and instead of working with me, Dell also lost a time I had to devote to these things.

    I called again this Friday, last and after an hour of transfer and try to explain my situation, my case was only increased, and repairs speeded up when I threatened to reach out to senior management (my question of climbing was literally ignored by the representative twice before that I said that.) The officer would call me at 4, so I lack of class in order to be available for the call. He called 2.5 hours later, not so much as an apology. After some pushing from me, he promised to raise the highest problem and told me that I would be in 24-48 hours to set up a call. I have not received any contact and after sending a follow up email him 4 days later, has not received a response.

    I'm not unreasonable, and I don't blame Dell for a part of residue. But the time I spent, the loss of my job and the general unhelpfulness tech support representatives and the customer has been quite shocking for me. It really seems that Dell doesn't care about its customers at all and feel impervious to any negative experience because the path to remedy is so complicated that most people will give up rather down there.

    If anyone can provide information on contacting someone directly in management I would appreciate this information.

    Sincerely,

    Aishwarya Vijayan

  • Adobe Premiere elements 14 can't buy through Adobe direct

    On March 3, 2016, we tried to order the Pack Adobe Premiere elements 14 student teachers online.  It does not work if well so we tried to phone Adobe and place the order.  We are a Lutheran Church, who directs also that a State of Wisconsin accredited 4 Pre - K school on site.  After many trials and many disconnects Adobe on the phone we have abandoned.  This suite Tuesday morning we called Adobe again starting at 10:30 to 11:15 trying to move our agenda with no luck.  I've only connected to a live chat from 11:15 to 12:30 with an agent.  My story of Adobe on March 8, 2016 showed that I had 2 two orders for Premiere Elements pending verification of our school status.  After 45 minutes on the line with the service agent Adobe customer, I was told that they had to cancel my orders pending 2 and I was again my order.  I told the agent was going to "take responsibility" and to place the order for me.  I've been to wait 24 hours for verification.  It's been 48 hours and I have not received any communication from Adobe.

    I've never been so frustrated trying to place an order for simple software with what I thought to be a world-class company that I have been in my relationship with Adobe.  I see by this thread that a lot of people have this same problem and I didn't know one answer to the action that the client has taken to purchase to complete or receive any satisfaction from customer service.

    I would like to buy software from a different manufacturer if I could find a good software, or even to another reseller for Adobe, but I am afraid that, if I had trouble with the Adobe of a reseller program, I received support.  What a waste.

    Hello

    Sorry for the inconvenience!

    I see the two elements of Photoshop, order has been cancelled.

  • apply the new item model not stored for elements of existing stocks

    Hello
    I have a requirement where an element which currently exists as a stock item (IE a stock model has been applied to him)
    Change to a supplier managed inventory item (stock)

    The seller has agreed to buy the entire onhand back and the company now wants to apply the model of stock not to the element.

    Is this possible?

    The company returned to the vendor transaction and then tried to apply the model not stock the item. After that, they tried to update manually
    the storable and transactable flag as they were not "cancelled" when the model no stock has been applied.

    There was an error saying "this field cannot be updated as it in the form of open sales order lines"

    IM under the impression that if an element has transactions in this topic... .the transactable and storable flags cannot be disabled?

    If so any ideas on how to solve this problem?

    Thank you
    Rigel

    IM under the impression that if an element has transactions in this topic... .the transactable and storable flags cannot be disabled?

    This is not true. Once you have deleted the offending data (for example open sales order, pending transactions), you should be able to change the indicators. In your case, cancel (or ship) sales order lines first and then do not stock the item.

    Hope this helps,

  • Need help working Oracle/PHP to ASP/Oracle conversion

    I don't know if it's the right place, but I was pulling my hair out trying to convert a PHP page in VBScript (ASP) without a bit of luck to all. Hours of research on Google and trial and error and grrrr... I hope someone can help.

My boss wants me to convert the PHP ASP script (I know, but I have to work within those parameters. Sorry). On the one hand, I can't find many examples of the use of ASP with Oracle procedures. And those that I find are not complete examples or are displayed as questions. Everything I've tried so far either causes an error message I don't understand or not errors, but no data either. What I've learned so far PHP code somehow seizes the dbmd_output buffer and load it in a table before you display it on the screen. Fine. I can even take a stab at some ODBC in VBScript with ASP commands, but it almost seems like it is not yet possible. Just a stab here's to it in ASP which is not error, but also returns no data.

    < %
    Van Goethem = request ("don")
    If van Goethem = "" then
    Van Goethem = "asdf1234".
    End If

    Set gv_con = Server.CreateObject ("ADODB. Connection")
    gv_con. ConnectionString = "Data Source = dsource; User = username ID; Password = password; »
    gv_con. Open

    the value of cmd = Server.CreateObject ("ADODB.Command")
    cmd ActiveConnection in the Group gv_con

    cmd.CommandText = "begin data_pull_views.x_doc_num_query ('" & van goethem & "');" end; »
    cmd.CommandType = 1

    Set the param = cmd.createparameter ("OutPut" 200,4, 50)
    cmd. Parameters.Append param

    cmd. run

    Response.Write "strText =" & cmd ("OutPut") & "< BR BR > > <" "»
    % >

    So I obviously have no idea what I'm doing. Any help getting this race would be appreciated greately.

    Hello

    I don't know anything about PHP either, but a quick look at the code, it seems that the procedure is pretty much just "all wrong", and unfortunately now it is your task to continue the tradition rather than fix the stored procedure.

    The thing that makes me say that it is "all wrong", it's that he uses dbms_output to communicate data. DBMS_OUTPUT is not intended to be used to return the results of a procedure, or be used as a reporting tool; It's supposed to be used to add debugging for troubleshooting instructions. The right thing to do is to return the results of a procedure stored via a parameter, refcursors, etc.

    Anyway, as you can not change the procedure, the problem boils down to the buffer that was completed by telephone dbms_output.put_line obtaining using calls to dbms_outout.get_line and here is a simple example that shows how you can go about this using ADO and ODBC.

    It will be useful,
    Greg

    procedure
    =======

    create or replace procedure populate_dbms_buffer as
    begin
    dbms_output.put_line('foo');
    dbms_output.put_line('bar');
    dbms_output.put_line('baz');
    end;
    /

    VBScript

    Const adInteger = 3
    Const adParamOutput = &H0002

    set con = createobject("adodb.connection")
    con.open "dsn=orcl;uid=scott;pwd=tiger"
    set cmd = CreateObject("adodb.command")
    set cmd.ActiveConnection = con

    cmd.commandtext = "begin dbms_output.enable(32000);end;"
    cmd.execute

    cmd.CommandText = "begin populate_dbms_buffer(); end;"
    cmd.execute

    cmd.CommandText = "begin dbms_output.get_line(?,?);end;"
    Set prmv2 = cmd.CreateParameter("",adLongVarChar, adParamOutput, 32767,"")
    Set prmnum = cmd.CreateParameter("", adInteger,adParamOutput,,1)

  • my order is pending

    I just ordered a force of z motorcycle with aspeaker and awireless version of battery charger and I have not received a confirmation e-mail. After you get a certain i email that says that my order is pending without no reason. I talked to a person on the support chat and he said I will receive a call from cancellation service but I did not receive any calls and do not want to cancel my order if motorola promised me to send my items on time. I checked my bank account that I saw that the charge was made. There should be no problem then. When I type 'online order status' I don't see my order as well. It's like I never bought the items. I have no confirmation of anything. I also wonder about the battery mod that can load wireless. This is a pre order and if it'll take a lot of time to receive that I want to cancel this purchase.

    Please do not create a duplicate messages. Your question has been answered here:

  • wait 48 hours until - pending order - giving

    wait 48 hours up to - order still pending - I spoke with someone in the chat room, and she said I should use another card to buy.  It was the second time I ordered. I checked in the section my account and it shows I have a pending order. The order has been placed 48 hours ago and I have not heard one way or another on my order. I really don't want to reorganize for fear of charges twice on my credit card. I'm spending way too much time on something so simple. Please help me someone!

  • Why is - my pending order

    I bought adobe cloud schoolgirl and her teacher edition online August 15, crossed the transection and I received a receipt of the order immediately in my email box.

    But I never had the serial number after waiting for 2 days, and I also checked my account > my plan > product, there is nothing shown.

    The status of the order is listed as pending. What should I do at this point? Why is the transection pass already, but I'm not receiving the product?

  • My order is still pending

    I bought first items more than 5 hours ago and it still says pending. Download trial help not because of the stupid question to watermark when exporting my videos. Usually, this process is instantaneous, but for some reason, Adobe can quickly take my money but take their time giving me what I paid for.

    Jcf2017 my apologies, but we are currently in the middle of scheduled maintenance that may impact on the ordering process.  I encourage you to contact our team of assistance directly to http://adobe.ly/1d3k3a5 once the maintenance is complete.  You will find more details about planned Creative Cloud Maintenance maintenance scheduled for this weekend. • Cancelled order, money always pending

    Hello

    On 19 January, I tried to make a purchase of Dell Inspiron 7000 15 notebook PC series. The problem is, while the shipping address was the United States, I live outside the United States and tried to make a payment using Visa card international, while (as I later understood it) Dell accepts only specific Visa US maps.

    Soon, I was contacted by the Department of checking order by email with a request to call in order to clarify some details of credit card. However, I couldn't do - make international phone call is not cheap. I tried to contact Dell by e-mail, but which failed - Dell.com site is pure cancer, a support contact by email form number order as a required field, but for some reason, he pointed out my order number as "invalid" and won't let me. and for even better UX, it not there no submission of free-form or regular mail at all.

    Anyway, after some opinions has cancelled my order, and I agree with that. However, it was missing money I paid initially for the laptop. I went to the Bank and they said that this sum is on hold/frozen/locked/whatever-is-the-fix-term by Dell. I tried to contact Dell by phone (Skype) since then. So far I've gotten many hours of conversation is empty, even more hours of waiting, many, many telephone numbers of the various departments of appeal and total incomprehension of anyone I talked to.

    I understand now that try to pay wih no - we card Visa was a mistake (*, before that I didn't even know there is a difference!), but please at least get MY money back so that I can cut contacts with Dell forever, for good?

    Hi frozenspider,

    Thanks for posting in the forum.

    I apologize that your funds have not yet been made public. In general here in the USA they release within 24 to 48 hours.  I don't know what the policy on international cards.  If it has been some time that your order is cancelled, please contact your Bank and Visa to determine your next action plan.

    If you need assistance, please contact me private.  Thank you.

    Kind regards
    Robert
