  Of course, not as the sorting, the viewer sees is defined by them not by you - given the same USB you can use the finder to display in alphabetical order, last updated order etc. size - files have no command - the viewer defines the order

  You can select Photos and export using a file for sequential access to export name so if the Viewer uses an alpha sort they correspond to your order desired - you can facilitate this, but they must define their queue viewer correctly for them to see it as you wish

  When I try to order a photo book, it says "country not supported. Orders must be shipped in your billing country', but the United Kingdom is my billing country. My apple ID must be registered in the United Kingdom. I have a valid credit card that is registered in the United Kingdom. I don't understand what the problem... I spent all weekend, making this miserable book. It is cruel and unusual punishment!

• Order of photo - lack page map book

  I recently ordered a photo book - I did several times with several books of photos before without any problem. This time the two copies of the book came with the blank map page. It's never happened before. Because the book erased when I ordered it page-by-page and the map page was marked not as a problem, I don't think that the problem comes from my computer. It has something to do with photo book printing. I couldn't find anywhere else to post my question. I hope someone can direct me to whom I have to contact to ask questions about how books reproduced with the included map page.

• I can't order a photo album as keep to say that I put in an invalid address, even if it does not indicate with the field is missing or incomplete. Help please

  I try to order a photo book but get the error message for an invalid address, but this message is not shown which fields are missing or incomplete. Any ideas?

  Make sure you set the correct print product store country in the preferences of Photos and then if the problem persists, go to your Apple account and re-enter all your information

  Apple Photo 1.3 serious problems - how can I SOLVE all these problems?

  (1) breaks down without rhyme or reason no matter where I am in the workflow.

  (2) pictures will not be Shut Down Every Time, even after several days of waiting.

  (3) aPhoto frequently badly chooses picture in the EDIT picture option, I get a picture different than the one I clicked on which is on a 100 pictures in a row.

I ask because I see where there could be Add-ons, but I can't find.

  Apple has taken a serious decision by turning his back to iPhoto and tens of millions of loyal users.

  Is it possible to change the display order of photos once they are downloaded on my Storm 2?

  The order of display on the computer does not appear to match how they appear on the Storm 2 and actually, it seems to have much to do with the name of file, either.

  I would appreciate any idea that someone has!

I even tried to delete the shared album, rearrange photos in my album, I shared this album published, but the photos are still in the wrong order.

  Shared albums the photo order depending on how they are added, you can not change the order later.

  Returning from a trip abroad with 3 other members of the family, I imported shots of all 4 cameras in Photos.

  They are NOT like an album separate for each camera (as in the days of 'old'), but only by day of the month.

  BUT NOT within the day: many times 2 of my photos from iPhoto, dismantled the seconds, find themselves separated by 10-20 + pictures of the other cameras.  If there is a lot of pictures in each day (as there is in my favorites), it is incredibly long to identify similar delete.

  QUESTION: Can I re - sort pictures of travel by the camera used?  Can if not this, I sort by time-of-day better?

  We cannot see you, but generally, this is caused by the settings of different times on different cameras

  You cannot change the sorting - Photos is only by date/time with the most recent pictures down

  You can make a smart album for each camera (menu, file == > new smart album - criteria camera is [select from the drop-down list] and if one or more adjustments of seed for correct settings, you can choose for your travel photos and use the image menu == > set time control to correct)

  In Photos 1.3, you can sort photos by date in an album.

  Select the album in the sidebar, ctrl-click, click "Sort" and select "keep sorted by...» ».

  Adjust the dates of your photos with "Image > setting Date and Time", as well as the date of the photos match the order desired.

  It was possible to select all the photos in an album in iPhoto 1.0 and then use ' file > Create book "and the pictures would be displayed in the book on the order that have been put in the book, but that does not work reliably.

• Sort the photos by file name (and change the order of photos)

  After working on my photos in PS I ordered in a slightly different order in Bridge, before you rename them all in the sequence number in the order.

  Now, I have added JPEG files resulting to the LR catalog and I want to see them in the order I put them (IE by file name). In LR, however, they are still on display in order of date (time). It's probably very obvious (usually is!), but what I have to change to show the order of their file name?

  I'm also guessing, it would have been possible to sort/rename in Lightroom, but cannot understand the rescheduling part - anyone know?

• Sort order in Photos when using insert pages

  Writing reports using Pages and photographs uploaded to the works of really good Photos. Except that I can't choose to launch Photos but must scroll to choose when I have to scroll again to access the correct album.

  I can work around the album by ensuring that it is at or near the top of the list of Photo albums but I find it really frustrating that I can't set default Pages to access the Photos, because it's almost the only thing that I need to "insert" in all documents.

  I really don't understand why people don't use the Drag and Drop as Finder has many brilliant ways, transparent, flexible display and sort images.

  The notion that you need another application to hold all your gear (usually in a format incompatible and numbered from Apple), that to have Apple stuff that, everything for you in their next series of musical chairs of the Titanic, are so weird for me.

  All do as you are told just because they told you to do what you said and can't imagine doing anything else?
