  Apple can sell content in a given country that they are allowed to sell - likely the Canadian rights holder for the English version did not to Apple a license to sell.

  This year, like the past (at least) of seven, we ordered five Apple picture books (Christmas gifts). We live in the Canada, and books are shipped from Ohio. I received a FedEx Bill for the costs of promotion $10 (plus taxes). I assume this has something to do with customs, but I really don't understand the Bill, so I'm not clear (there are a lot of details of the customs, but I have no idea what this means). Last year I got a FedEx Bill for only one of the five books that we ordered. I remember never receive invoices in the several years prior to last year.

  Anyone know what it is for or why I seem to only get the Bill for the book casual and not all of them?

  I had this problem about 3 years when I ordered several photo books (also in Canada). Of 7 books I ordered, only has been concerned by this problem of FedEx, although all of them have been shipped from the United States. I called Apple and they had dressed him in a few minutes. I checked my visa account and in a few days my account has been credited. The Adviser to Apple indicated that it would be better to pay for FedEx to avoid delivery delays or future issues.   To answer your original question, usually, I advise to use HP recovery media to restore your PC to its original state. That would erase the entire disk, format the drive and install the operating system, drivers and utilities HP. Unfortunately, there is no support of HP recovery related to HP for your PC Product Page.  You can try to contact the HP customer directly, using the links below, to see if you can order them if:

  The delivery address and your billing address must be in the same country.

  In order to have the calendar delivered to the Canada, you will need to use an AppleID with a Canadian billing address and a credit card valid at the Canada.  And you will need to have the calendar printed by Canadian Bank produced print, then select this store in Photos preferences > General.

  The warranty on an iPhone is not international. It is limited to the country in which you bought unless this country is part of the EU whereby the warranty is valid in any country of the EU.

  I recently visited my family in the region of Halifax in Nova Scotia, Canada. Time turns on automatically at the time of Halifax.

  When I came home two weeks later, the time on my iPod touch 4G and iPhone 5

  are always in time of Halifax ADT = Atlantic daylight time.

  I have both the value, the value of time from my current location. which should be EDT = Eastern Daylight Time.

  When I put the clocks manually they lose time of 8 minutes per hour on my iPhone 5 and 3 minutes per hour on my iPod touch 4G.

  How can I make them automatically set on my time of current situation?

  I've never had this happen before. I visited the Canada several times also Europe and they have never done this before.

  As I understand it, you can't play an Apple shared music playlist. Being able to listen to shared playlists is a great way to discover new music.

  When music is allowed for music from Apple, the license States that the countries that the song can be played in.  Most likely, some of the music on these playlists simply are not available through Apple music to the Canada.
