  You can use your operating system to search for all JPG and TIF all RAW, etc.

  Then import you them into Lightroom. Once you have located the files (as explained in the previous paragraph), just select the files in your operating system and drag them into Lightroom. • Can attach any photos from photo galary or photo folder to Incredimail email.

  We bought a new computer with Windows 7. I have Incredimail 2 installed as e-mail by default. The next day, we installed the computer I could send pictures in our photo album live, now is no longer automatically opens the e-mail program although it will resize the photos you small window that asks you if shows progress. I know someone asked a similar question and her solved the question himself. Because it is two weeks since the last time we sent photos I do not know what updates, if any, would have caused the problem.

  I tried your first suggestion but she did ' t work, so I contacted Incredimail and they have sent a link to a downloadable configuration file that solves the problem. I found that I could not open Incredimail documents - as has been fixed too.

  When you try to import the camera images in Lightroom, please change Destination in the import window.
  Or try to import images to another location.

• Import from Photo Library Organizer

  I can't understand how to make the elements Organizer to import a photo in the library on the Mac.  It has an icon to download from iPhoto but iPhoto is no longer used on OX El capita and this library was merged into the picture.

  I have El Capitan on an iMac and the PSE 13. I find by default when you insert an SD card in your camera to a Mac, a 'Photos' window opens and asks if you want to download your photos on Photos. Simply, I clicked on the red dot to close the screen. I then had an SD card icon on my desktop. I opened the SD card icon, highlighted in the photos I wanted and dragged into my own images to the folder on my desktop (the folder resides in the Finder). From there, you can import in PSE as you want using the import PSE icon on the upper left of the Organizer window or you can open photos selectively in the editor and organizer too.

  To switch to the folder view, use the display of the menu (top-right) and choose the location of the folder. Or use the shortcut Ctrl Alt 3.

  The organizer of elements (any version) does not alter the location of the files in your folders. It saves only the locations in its database.

  Not necessary, you can leave your picture files where they are now, like most of the users of organizers. To organize logically, not physically, better use of all the tools like tags, albums, batteries, games version... They do not change the location of your files in folders.

  I have a new top of the tower with the Windows 7 operating system and that you have installed Adobe Elements 9.  I have a .jpg picture files on my hard drive.  I followed the steps to find in importing the photos.  When I click on my pictures files and Organizer file Elements 9 stipulates no files were found.  I can see the photos in the files and know that they are there.  Help!  Adobe have never consumed for photos, this first step is very frustrating.  I've not found applicable aid seeking help included & tutorials.

  How can I use Organizer and import these photos?

  Open the Organizer, click:

  File > get Photos > files and folders

  Then navigate to your folder.

  Press Ctrl + A (select all)

  Media Get Hit or Open.

  I use Lightroom 5.7. I have used for a while now. I tried to import pictures of card compact flash. I can see the images in preview, but when I click Import pictures I get a message saying that the files cannot be read. Is it possible that I can import these photos without it again?

  The "import" tab appears only when the iPhone is connected to the Mac via a USB port.

• How can I get 13 Organizer to show digital photos that I import, as thumbnails instead of an icon which looks like a piece of paper with a folded corner and a tear to the bottom?

  I have PSE 13 V13.1 and I use an iMac (2.7 Ghz Intel Core i5 with 8G of memory). I analyze my color of medium format (6 cmX6cm) negative at my scanner Epson Perfection Photo V550 and save them in a file on my iMac. Then I import the photos to the Organizer to help either import or get photos and videos of files and folders. Pictures (jpeg format) are imported, but appear as icons instead of photos.  If I pass them to the editor, I can see the photos, but once I have edit them and save in the Organizer, they appear as icons.

  This only seems to happen with this negative size.  When I do the same process with negative 6cmX 4.5 cm, the thumbnails in the menu Organizer are pictures.

  If someone can help me with this problem I'd of course appreciate it.  Then I could go back to restore my old photos.

  This means that you don't have the WRITE permission to the folder where you try to copy the photos to. Determine so, you try to copy photos in the folder (this is in the dialog box import on the right to the title of the Destination), then go in your operating system and change the permissions on this folder SPECIFIC to WRITE permission.

  Are all these photos in the camera roll or have they been synced to the iPhone using iTunes Photo sync?  Only pictures in the film can be downloaded on the Mac.

  If the pictures are on the Filmstrip, but Photos of them appears, exit Photos and launch the Image Capture instead.  Image capture shows more photos?

  Can download them using Capture images in a folder on your desktop and add them from there to the photo library.

  • You cannot re-import photos synced from your computer to your device to your computer. You can only import photos from your device, or record, in your device to your computer. If you need recover photos synced from your device, send photos of the unit yourself. Then download the photos from the emails on your computer.

  The camera on my iPhone now has 2000 + photos on it which have already been imported. photos (not iPhoto). At least I am sure that I imported the. Photos knows that they have been imported, but I see no easy way to just delete the photos that have already been imported. What should do?

  I ran a test, import of some of them and by checking the box "delete after importing", and it was successfully deleted photos off the phone. BUT each of the imports is now duplicated in my photo library. What a drag! I don't want to have to go manually by the bias of 2000 + photos, manually remove duplicates when Photos already know that they were already imported at first.

  In iPhoto, you can plug in your phone, import your photos but not the remove immediately after the import, and the next time you connect your phone, iPhoto would say "XX pictures have already been imported. You want to remove them? "It's ideal for cautious people who wanted to verify that the photos had successfully transferred before deleting.

  Any help? Is there something that I am missing in Photos?

  You can selectively remove from your phone with the Image Capture (in the Applications folder).

  When you install a new version of the items, you are prompted to update the current catalog. Creating a new catalog with the data in the old. The new catalog has the same name as before and can be opened in the new version, the old catalog is unchanged, but renamed with a suffix-1 can be opened in the old version without any intervention on your part.

  If you do agree to the conversion prompt, you can do it later from the Catalog Manager; same for the other catalogues.
