  As far as I know, this unit was shipped only with W2k, Windows NT, 98 and Win95.
  The Toshiba with Windows XP Recovery CD is not designed.
  Well, in this case, it is not possible to order one.

  The ability to rotate the screen image is a feature of your video card, to help work with instructors who rotate the portrait orientation. Almost certainly you accidentally pressed Ctrl-Alt, and
  an arrow key.
