  Here's an alternative to the solution proposed by Whyves if you want to have the same style for true/false questions.

  You can open the object (menu Preferences or SHIFT + F7) Style Manager? Go to Quizzing, legends of the category objects. Choose the answer/FIB text option and change the color and possibly other attributes. All of your answers will now have the new color. If you want to replace the default style of origin for these legends, you can also duplicate the style, change the clone and which apply to such legends.
