• BlackBerry Smartphones Outlook 2007 and troubled synchronization schedule

  As a help to those of you who have experienced the total frustration of sync Outlook 2007 tries to date with your BB - I was able to understand what was going on with mine, and maybe this will help others:

  I found that appointments which not WERE DO NOT sync were those who were on my shared - calendar that could have thunk? I don't put them on the shared calendar-, but they were there and they do not synchronize.

  Once I moved them to my personal calendar, they sync up perfectly.

• BlackBerry Smartphones Outlook 2007 and storm Sync?

  Previously, I had a Dell Pocket PC and used Microsoft's ActiveSync through an abridged version Outlook. I bought a storm through Verizon and tried to sync Outlook with the storm. I kept getting the window... "Run-time error. Value of the option is unacceptable. Please check the properties option. "I went through Setup with Verizon Tech Support. Which included the restart of the storm. They have abandoned and referred me to Blackberry.

  I have since removed the Outlook 2002 including all .pst files hidden that I could find. I installed Microsoft Office 2007 and started again. Same problem, same error!

  I don't think there is a problem with the BB Desktop Manager configuration. Between Verizon and I have, it seems, that attempted to apply the possibilities.

  I would be very grateful for any suggestions. I'm out of ideas.

  I just upgraded to a new count and would like to keep all my mail Outlook folders and archived content.  I don't know how to put everything in my old computer to my new RESUME.  How to find the folder and how it transfer?  Thanks in advance.

• Outlook 2007 and Win7 (64 bit) of POP e-mail retrieval is SLOW

  Under XP I did not notice this as a problem.  I can download very fast mail.  I can download files very fast.  I get my very slow pop3 mail - I can see the progress of the download in BYTES, KB even not... I'm talking about several minutes for a simple message k 5.  My work PC, connected to the same network, use XP and Outlook, and it's very fast (although not of POP e-mail).  I've run the SCANPST - no problem.  I tried Outlook 2010 - same result.  I have not found anything useful to solve this problem.  Roadrunner, says its number of Outlook.  I just want to go fast :)  I keep it on all updates from Ms.
  My wife has a Macbook on the same network for the Roadrunner-the retreival of mail is very fast.

  Any help?

• Why MobileMe first synchronization alert several times with Vista Outlook 2007 and iPhone 3G?

  I'm in long discussions with Apple Support, which are very polished, but we are not making much progress, after some time and effort. The installation program is Outlook + Vista Business + MobileMe, iPhone 3G. Everything correctly the program installation insofar as Apple is concerned. Everything worked OK. Now, all of a sudden, every time there is a new entry or deletion on Outlook or iPhone, sync (for the most part successful, sometimes not) is followed a few minutes later with a first synchronization Alert, telling me that MobileMe has needed attention because "this time around the first of may you have synced or you have reset your data." The First Alert Sync then you offers a number of options for resolution, including data to merge or replace. Fact is, even if I agree to "merge data" or choose another options presented to me (for example replace MobileMe with data from Outlook), MobileMe never stops with its first Sync alerts, no matter how many times I followed the instructions from Apple mail. What is important, Apple did suggest trying a new Vista user account - and the problem do not appear to arise here, although perhaps a handful of test on a new installation of Outlook inputs would be very difficult. My questions: (1) are there the obvious things that might spoil MobileMe on a particular user account, because of this problem? (2) at - it's not a "bot"? or diagnostic application that Apple or MS could foresee that would actually identify what actually firing off the illogical Sync First Alert? • Transfer the email addresses and folders from one system to another using MS Outlook 2007

  I spent more than 5 hours on a ton of sites including this menagerie without value on Microsoft. It's ABSOLUTELY ABSURD...

  All I want to do is copy my email addresses in my XP OS MS Outlook 2007 on my old system on my Windows 7 MS Outlook 2007 on my new computer. I would like to do this, use an external drive.

  Then WHY does IS IT NOT SIMPLED DIRECTIONS (maybe even include screenshots) on how to do it in less than 2 days?

  Open Microsoft Outlook 2007 and click on 'File' on the upper left side.

  Scroll and select 'import and export '. You will see several selections here search for "Export to a file" and then click Next.

  Select "Comma Separated values (Windows)" and click Next. Select "Contacts" and click Next. In the file name type exported in contacts...

  You can press 'next' and by default your contacts will go to your "My Documents", but can also hit browse and select a destination such as a USB key or external hard drive and then press "next".

  Connect hard drive on your new computer.

  Open Outlook

  Click on file.

  Click on ' Inport and export.

  Find your hard drive and inport contacts

  I sync with Outlook 2007 and everything seems perfectly until now.

  Most of my contacts have OL categories associated with them.

  Can I display multiple categories at once, or only 1 at a time?

  I have it by default for certain categories?

  If I put in place of the groups in the BB it will affect something in Outlook?

  Groups are easier to use than categories?  So far it does not seem like a quick/easy process to filter by category - takes a few clicks... of missing me something?

• Zone with Desktop 6.2 problem calandar and outlook 2007 after a HotSync operation

  After having recently upgraded to 6.2 Desktop, I have a problem with Hotsync-Palm-calendar and outlook 2007.
  When I create a new appointment in outlook 2007 and then do a HotSync, it is stored in PalmTungsten-E2 calendar with a time zone it IS (= 2 hours earlier than it should be).
  At least I won't be late for these appointments, but it's a little embarrassing.

  I've already tapped and untapped the box-new events use time zones - in calendar preferences, but it does not help.

  Yesterday, I bought KeySuite of Chapure and now everything works well again.
  I regret that a bit I upgraded to 6.2 PalmDesktop because it was the beginning of my problems. The reason for upgrading to 6.2 was I wanted to using outlook 2007 instead of palmCalender.

  I use Outlook 2007 and before that 2003, with one e-mail account I have the problem that the sender's response appears not on my mail message.

  May I ask why you post this question here in the forum of Toshiba and don t ask for the support of Microsoft?
  Toshiba has nothing to do with the settings in Microsoft Outlook and in my opinion it s recommended asking Microsoft service for assistance.

  I found this solution Outlook 2007 on page MS Center:

  But maybe it s not your wrong setting but the 3rd person answering your mails doesn't send the message to your original content.

  Hello, I use MS Outlook 2007 and Windows Vista.  I get an error message when it is sent and receipt that States - "your IMAP server wishes to alert you on the following: 100 (1032), that mail is not currently available."

  I have studied this issue online and I was unable to find a solution.  I went to the MS Office support, they have major problems, but they do not have a space where you can type in your question, which was not helpful.  I also went to Outlook - Tools - account settings - then I fixed the 6 emails that have IMAP.  It will setup process and once finished it is said: "Congratulations," I have sent test emails to other emails to all IMAP accounts and I received.  The error message constantly, and I don't know what else to do.  Help, please!

  I also have two accounts pop.

  I thank anyone who can help me with this in advance.

• Sync Blackberry with Outlook 2007 on Vista

  Hello. A brief introduction before my question. Recently, I tried Outlook to XP on my computer which uses Vista and I was not able to sync Outlook with my Blackberry curve calendar. I looked at Outlook 2007 and it is certified for use on Vista, so I expect that my blackberry should synchronize with outlook. My question is; has anyone who uses the OS Vista and Outlook 2007 has sync issues? Thank you

  I checked several Forums Blackberry and Outlook forums and you should be able to sync without problem.
  You will need to install Blackberry Desktop manager and synchronization with Outlook 2007. I saw where it syncs with Outlook 2010 beta.

  There may be some problems for some people with the Outlook calendar.

• Could not import the address book OE (with folders) for Outlook 2007

  I installed outlook 2007 and I already transferred my email accounts and my emails from outlook express.

  I have a problem with the address book.
  I can't import it not entirely because it is some folders inside the address book who are not giving in to outlook contacts.
  Only the "main identity" contacts are successfully transfer.

  Can you please advise me if there is a solution?

  I just installed outlook 2007 and not work ok but have a few questions.
  At the bottom of my Inbox with no message screen, it shows 4 items filter. Have I got 4 hidden messages, and which applied filter medium. My settings are nealy all the value default ones.
