  One thing you should know is that cast a DBL (or table DBL) requires eight bytes (or an integer multiple of 8).

  The sender must send 8 bytes, which is easier to do by remodeling (padding) of the Boolean array with 8 element (using the table to reshape) prior to cast to a string.

  It's not too weird. It's normal. The Help Viewer uses Internet Explorer settings, which the user can set to display any desired color scheme. I think that maybe your Internet Explorer settings changed somehow. Go to Internet Explorer/Tools/Options/colors and see what you have there. You can override these settings, but using 'auto' will use the settings of the user.

  I am an AO output in the buffer using a single channel. I have a stamp with a ripple of 200000 points with a triangular waves of a 1000pts each repeated 200 times. If I want a frequency of 1 Hz, I simply update this waveform 1000pts and if I wanted to 5 Hz, then 5000pts and so on. But there is some frequency that I won't be able to use like the refresh rate (the number of samples that I ask to update) is different from the sample clock frequency, which makes synchronization with the other difficult to trigger (incomplete cycle).  Frequency 3 Hz (update 3000pts), as (update 7000pts) 7, 6 Hz (update 6000pts), 9 (update 9000pts)... 11Hz at 15 Hz and is not valid in the sense that the refresh rate is different from the sample clock frequency. That makes a whole lot of inaccessible CONFIGURED!  Can someone tell me what determines the banned frequency?  Is this something to do with the material?

  One thing you can try is to change the number of samples per cycle. This cannot give the precise frequency accurately, but can reduce the average error.

  120 Hz, the error is currently about 400 parts per million (ppm). The accuracy of the time base is 50 ppm, then this error is less than 10 times the inherent error due to the time base.

  Consider this configuration: the closest nominal sampling you rate, you can get is 120048 Hz (1000 samples per cycle at 120 Hz). If your buffer contains 1200 samples per cycle, 100 copies of it would produce 1 second of data to 120,048 Hz. But if the buffer contained an average of 1200,48 useful Samper by cycle, you get the exact frequency.  Of course getting 0.48 of a sample is delicate. But the kind of feasible. If you use 48 cycles in the 1201 samples per cycle and the cycles of 52 to 1,200 samples per cycle, the total number of samples per second = 120048. Average frequency will be exactly what you want. Instantly, the frequency is slightly higher or lower than the exact value.  By an alternation of 1200, 1201, 1200, 1201... 1201, 1200 100 cycles that the Jig is fast.  If you group all 1200s whole and all 1201 s frequency hopping may be more sensitive.  If this kind of jitter is acceptable depends strongly on what you do with the release.

  This technique is used in some systems of frequency synthesizer.

• Script runs differently from the ESTK and Scripts panel

  Recently I talked to a problem with one of my scripts, which packets of identity papers: a guy wrote to me that when it run ESTK, the script works fine, but when it is run from the Scripts panel - creating empty folders, does nothing more but an error (there is an error handler in the script that records the errors in a text file) :

  Error: Invalid value for parameter "versionComments' event 'packageForPrint '. Expected String but received TRUE.

  It's strange, because I do not use this optional parameter in the script.

  BTW, on my computers, it works well, both ID and ESTK.

  Someone has experienced this problem? Any ideas on why this is happening?

  It probably has its version scriptPreferences value 5. To make your script foolproof, you probably set the scriptPreferences (and restore them when we have the gift of being nice...)

  BTW, kAppVersion = parseFloat (app.version) is a more readable form to get the version number...

• Moved from my hard drive from one system to the other. Now Windows XP that was on the disc will not be activated.

  My daughter has two old PC, which one was not being used. The hard drive has failed in the current PC, so I transferred the hard drive to another PC having failed in the spare PC. Windows XP Pro Startup OK up to the point of requiring activation but when I enter the product key of Windows XP Pro that I bought from Microsoft in 2006, does not recognize that and I think that it is because the hard drive is from another PC. Because we want to keep the old data on the old hard drive, how can I fix this problem?

  Also, that the PC is at less than 7 years and we cannot afford to buy a new, the activation request happens halfway during windows startup is to early for WinXP to recognize the keyboard and mouse USB PS2 only boots off the coast of motherboard and everything in a computer repair shop gave me a PS2 keyboard on this occasion they can't do it again. Is there a solution for this because you can not buy a ps2 keyboard longer?

  I have installed this now on my iMAC, looks a little different. Free of all data.

  There is a concept of pipe several scripts into open script. I am able to share variables to chained scripts. I'm not able to do, is to share a method or function to chained scripts. Is there a way to share a user defined function or method to the chained script.

  I would like to send the metronome (and speech signals) for monitors to the scene in the ear.

  I understand that I can do this in MainStage using different output for the above titles vs. the rest of the 'Concert '.

  I tried to follow the instructions of the Manual:
