Overheating, always wifi on, slow startup

Hi I had an acre of gift 5742. Its old aprox 2 years. Now when I used it, it was too hot. I use openhardwer and found it was 80 c. then I opened it and clean the vantilation and apply more tharmal spent on prosesor. now it was 60 some time go higher going 84. It's ok. What is a normal temperature?

When I got this laptop I noticed that the wify is still on. I turn off, but everytime I restarted it turns on automatically. I have reinstall the driver but this always happened. now what should I do?

my boot time is too slow. It takes 4 Mint to open. I use the restore and wipe data but it still the problem remains.

Please help someone

If I have the right processor, Core i5 480 m, Intel can indicate a maximum temperature of die of 105 ° C.

A post I saw said: "... it seems max 95 ° C (average) at 100% load. I called intel and they said that as long as the temperature is below 105 ° C, it is perfectly fine. »

It would seem that your temperature is well within specifications.

To turn off Wi - Fi, SPE key Windows + X.

Windows Mobility Center will open - click 'wireless Turn off.

This will remain in effect until you turn it back on (even if you restart or turn off your laptop).

  • G570 Intermittent wifi network / slows down as a whole

Hello. I have a Lenovo G570 and there problems of slow wifi. As soon as I opened the laptop, our entire network begins to have horrible download speeds and most of the time will not even connect to Web sites. My max download speed is about 50 kBs with this computer and even other computers/phones on the network, but only when that computer is running. Many times, the computer disconnects from the router but the router always present in available networks, but does not connect automatically, I have to manually connect to him. I contacted my ISP and they said that our internet has been operational 99.97% of the time, if the ISP is not a problem. I have a belkin router, so the router could be a problem. Simply, this started happening a few weeks ago, and it was a real pain, I thank you for the help!

Well sorry for all the display but I found the solution. It turns in addition to my Atheros card, there was a miniport Windows wifi #3 in the control panel network connections section. I disabled it and my internet started to work perfectly. I just uninstalled and my internet worked at a speed ever since. I hope this helps many people.

    Hello

I have a new laptop of HP 15-ac151dx. Right out of the box, I noticed that the company becomes exteremly slow when I unplug the charger.  As soon as I plug in the charger, the speed is very good.  It works fine on a wired connection with the charger plugged in or unplugged.

So far, I tried the following, and nothing worked:

    1. turn off the laptop, to reset the router, turn on laptop

    2. remove the checkmark beside: ALLOW the COMPUTER TO TURN THIS DEVICE OFF SAVE tab managemnt Realtek RTL8188EE wifi power adapter.  I also didi this on Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller.

Changing the value of 'WaitToKillServiceTimeOut' in the registry did not a thing. Disabling all other programs and start-up services did nothing either, only by uninstalling the driver Wi - Fi done shuts Windows down without any delay.

    Hello

Check with any 3rd part antivirus/security program where there is a conflict with a
of them. You can reinstall the driver and uninstall 3rd party antivirus then
Run the removal of its creator tool to see if that clears the issue. Use the clean boot method
to see if any conflict can be determined. (Even if the chances are, it's the driver itself.)

  • Since the upgrade to the 32 version, firefox opens always old tabs at startup, even if I don't have this option value. Version 33.0.3 did the same thing.

When I updated Firefox to version 32, he started to always show my tabs in the last session when it is started. I tried to change the "Startup of Firefox" option to all three of the available choices. None of them changed the behavior. It nevertheless opens the tabs that were open last. I waited for the next version (33.0.3), but the behavior is always the same. I would like Firefox to open my home page selected.
    I'm running Windows 7 Pro.

One possibility is that Firefox hangs during shutdown, and so Firefox is recovering from an accident each time. But if you can see it stop normally in your tests, which probably isn't.

Software sometimes external will create or update an optional parameters file named user.js. For some reason, one of the things that often turns in there is a preference to restore your previous session at once. However, because Firefox uses user.js to override your normal parameters, whenever it starts, which then turns into a permanent change. To check this and remove any file user.js, you find, try this technical support article: How to fix preferences that will not save.

    A little luck?

THE WINDOWS BAR GOING ALONG AT LEAST 15 - 20 TIMES TO HELP START!

    Hello

Maybe you've connected to some external devices to slow down the start-up procedure. You can also try to disable all the hardware components you n t need (modem. IrDA). Also check out which device is defined in a first start time (I hope that the HARD drive).

For slow closing is responsible only running processes that should be forced disconnected. It all depends on your own configuration and you are using external devices.
