  I have two files in a book (on 5) who are always asking if I want to save changes - even when I did no.

  I checked this several times... it just open the file and close immediately without touching the document. The other three files (with very little content now) do not exhibit this behavior.

  Since his happens with all files, my suspicion is that your application data are damaged. Try this:

  1. close FrameMaker.
  2. Delete the following directory: C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\FrameMaker\
  3. reopening of framemaker and see if the problem is reproducible.

  I bet you have alerts (xrefs, fonts, etc.) deleted via preferences. Thing substitute to open, but you do not see the messages.

  In addition, the FM followed by a lot of things (symbols text, leaders, etc.) that you probably don't consider 'changes' to your document. Change these setting results in mssg even after closing.

  You can set AE to use less space on the hard disk for its cache. I wouldn't delete it if you don't have to since it allows to work with projects more quickly when you open them again.

• In remote desktop, when I run Lotus Smartsuite, the dialog boxes are empty when there should be messages!

  My CRM is created through Lotus Smartsuite approach and it is sitting on a server. Access us this server via remote desktop.

  When you access via Windows XP and older, you can consider all messages dialog box. However, when you access it through Windows 7, all messages to the dialog box disappear.

  In my case I really only use .png, .jpg and .psd. When you browse through the recording process several elements it slows me down to have to scroll through a list of things like the .pxr and .sct which I assume that the vast majority of users never use.

  In the same sense, if I saved the last 20 things like .png, it would be nice if Photoshop fails in .png. Some word processing program takes assumptions like this a bit too far, but I'm all about smart features that save me time on the menial things.

  A lot of time and effort was exercised in an attempt to find out WHY. I wanted to not just fix the symptoms. It concerned me greatly as a basic function of the operating system does not work.   So I downloaded the MS debug tools and confirmed my suspicion of dllhost.dll using REGEDIT to set debugging on that.
  To cut a long story short, it's DivX 7.2 which caused me grief.  In particular, the file DivXDecH264.ax 'has an access violation - code C0000005 (first chance).  It has been autonomous in DivX Plus DirectShow Filters.     Thus, when it has been deleted (starting other Articles to original install DivX) through Control Panel of configuration/programs and features my system worked perfectly well.

  I know SFA on the architecture of Windows but why was this DivX file loading and cause an access violation whenever I used the windows Explorer?  How an operating system may fail in a basic function of by a third party issue?  There are some newspaper where this access violation was recorded?  It was only possible to identify it in debugging?
