• Folio preview does not?

  I use InDesign CS5.5 with the last updated with the last Folio Builder Tools v20. Trying to get an overview of the articles using file > preview of Folio to Folio overview Panel opens and is empty. With the help of the preview of the Overlay creator I have Adobe content viewer for opening and there is an overview. Is this a bug or am I missing something. Never had this problem before.

  I found a solution to this problem. It seems that, when using a view object programmatic that has a transient as its primary key attribute, you need to override the methods in the ViewObjectImpl so that he knows how to locate the line related to the primary key when the view object records are not in the cache. That's why it would work properly sometimes, but not always. Here are the additional methods that you must override. • Folio Preview error with the Vertical Articles

  I'm trying to build a basic folio.

  I get an error noticed when I try to preview it on an iPad.

  After several sessions of trials and errors, I created a new brand folio, allegedly with guidance a portrait and landscape.

  If I insert a section of landscape, it works as expected.

  If I load a portrait article it throws the preview error dreaded.

  Here are the details:

  • InDesign CS6 (8.0.1)
  • Mac OSX (10.8.5)
  • Folio dual orientation, containing:
  • A single, single article page (standard 1024 x 768, in vertical)

  I have rebuilt the folio as the article page probably 6 times in the last three days trying to isolate this problem.

  Apparently, Miss me something.

  Someone at - it recommendations?

  

  If you preview of Folio Builder Panel you * must * have a portrait and a landscape of article of the folio version when you have selected the double direction otherwise, you will get this error. If you preview the Folio overlays Panel, it will be just a glimpse of the open document and everything that is on your folio is not serious.

  After typing this... don't do a folio dual orientation. It doubles your time of design, almost double the size of your folio and does not provide any benefit to your reader. To do this, choose a direction and design.

  None of my article text shows preview Adobe Content Viewer. There is no missing fonts, I cut down all InCopy links and updating of the articles and the folio. Do I have to use certain types of OTF fonts? Or is it a setting I'm missing?

• InDesign crashing on the update of the article in folio

  I'm trying to update an article in an existing folio and InDesign continually crashes to the stage of 'Writing PNG'.  I tried updating to the latest version, reboot, logout of folio Builder, rename the file or reissue of links there.  Nothing seems to work.

  Is it because of the update that was made yesterday? and is there a work around or a fix?

  I understood the question.  One of my buttons that is set to open a specific State makes the crash of the upload.

  I don't know why, but as soon as I delete it the article perfect update.

• The overview of the reactive site. "Preview size" grayed out?

  This is my first time on Muse. From Dreamweaver, I thought it would be easier to build my 1 reagent on Muse site, because I'm very familiar with Indesign and other programs of layout etc.

  So Ive started to design the site. But when I try and get an overview of the site on the tab preview of Muse, I am not able to view this site on an iphone. Or any other device.  So I do not see if my reactive site works. See picture attached.

  I'm sure its something simple that I need to do first.  Any help would be appreciated with gratitude

  Thus it is not live until you get an overview of the site in other devices, however, for the same Business Catalyst site as temporary download test url and then can display the same url in the browser on the device.

  Also note that download your Business Catalyst as a temporary url is not living, this facility is only for preview of our site in different devices and can make the necessary adjustments.

  For the edition of Business Catalyst, you can click file > publish on Business Catalyst.
