  I'm working on PC, Windows 7, InDesign of CS5. I had several problems with executives of color filled not appearing is not in the preview of an exported pdf file, different file, same problem. The files 'prints' very well. For example, I have a page that contains a logo, two lines of text in the Arial font, two photo .jpg (CMYK) and a background color solid process. When I export to PDF (I tried all the options available to me) the colorful background does not appear in the preview. I can send this file to the printer and it prints exactly as set upward in InDesign. I also systematically deleted each item separately and re-exported the same results each time. I even deleted everything on the page with just the colorful box. Same result. I did drag the elements on a page in a new document. Same result.

  Thoughts? Does anyone else know this? I looked for further discussions on this topic, but couldn't find one just like her.

  I had this annoying problem:

  After that I cut (randomly, sometimes after every 10th Cup, sometimes after each cut) the preview screen freezes and displays 2 images side by side.

  I have to wait 1 to 5 minutes, until what it thaws.

  If I want to close Premiere Pro it displays 'no response' and I can just shut up in tast Manager.

  I'm fighting to get my iPad to show preview in Adobe InDesign DPS. I first thought that it was because my iPad has not been listed as a portable on my computer, but I finally managed to do and I can not even seen.

  I mean I can still update and see the FOLIO via download through the Adobe Content Viewer application, which is fine. But I'm still curious.

  New here and of course with an insoluble problem.

  Since the upgrade to: (10.8.3), one Mountain Lion iMac and new HP printer, I cannot preview either no Mac or TeXShop to PDF print correctly on my printer HP Laserjet 600 M601 (this by the way is a "new" printer so I can't compare with how it was before the Mountain Lion or the iMac). I have the following software to print:

  Abobe Reader 9.5.5

  Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.5.5

  Adobe Acrobat X Pro 10.1.7

  TeXshop 3.18

  and I can print for

  HP Laserjet 600 M601

  Laserprinter LBP5300 color Cannon

  Are the combinations that will never give a correct output (bad fonts, spacing of mathematical fonts bad garbage)

  Other combinations work OK. PDF created in TeXShop will also print correctly if printed through Adobe or on the barrel.

  I would recommend that you download the driver through Apple Software Update and try to install it this way on computers running OS X 10.8.

  I have not tested on Mac, I'll test it tomorrow. It should be the same result.

  On measures to apply the hotfix on Mac.

  (1) open folder to use finder applications/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS5 / Plug - ins/panels//Content folder

  (2) you can see a file with name .swf, rename this file in . swf.bak

  (3) copy the PHSP12Template.swf.gif downloaded to the same folder and rename .swf

  (4) open Photoshop.

  (5) you can have to drag the 'Resize' icon a bit until manually, that Photoshop already recalls his last size.

  Re-export Panel 6) will overwrite the fix, so need to do 1) to (5) again.

  Overview GPU: Smooth look Image files; vectors and text look in staircase

  However, it becomes obvious that the GPU preview mode is not working as expected on my system.   It seems that there is still some work on getting the performance of the GPU to work properly. And activated in the preferences, must be activated in the menu display (overview on the CPU or cmd + E)

  Try to disable the GPU performance by clicking above the icon of the rocket in the App bar and deselect the box Performance GPU.

  Here's the situation: I have an iBook Clamshell G3 233 MHz 265 MB SRAM 16 MB of VRAM with 1xUSB port 1.1. I need an operating system installed and the only alternative for Mac OS 8.6/9.2 or OSX 10.1 - 10.3, who is eligible for this machine is PowerPC Linux, which I can only install a copy CLI (Command Line Interface only) of Ubuntu, I strongly prefer not to use. I tried all the methods of creation of the copy USB Installer, I mentioned in paragraph three of this post:install OS X 10.0 - 10.3 from USB on Mac New World? for Mac OS 8.6 and 9.2 disks as well. I have the installation disk OS 8 detail (8.6 green disk with large 8 and photo inside the loop at the bottom) as well as the installation of retail 9.2.1 universal disc (with the big orange 9 on the label), however the CD - R drive is completely shot, as mentioned in the above linked post it can read the disks, but it cannot initialize a boot drive and takes an hour to recognize / + 20 minutes to read a disk sector so the direct installation of disk option is completely.

  While unlike the case in the post above, I can actually get my 9.2.1 installer USB disk copy to start, the copy of 8.6 installer refuses to even be recognized in the boot selection menu (Option at startup) and when I boot the 9.2.1 USB install, I get the notorious "the software of the system at boot drive only functions on the not so copied original media on another drive." message.

  Mac of this generation will only boot from the internal drive, CD or Firewire.  I just heard rumor a few PPC Macs can boot from USB and it is probably for some OSX version.

  Hi, I use Windows 7 Enterprise and I recently lost my overview of the taskbar. As usual, I went through Microsoft Community and checked for solutions. Bouquet of ideas were just to use the theme AERO or through advanced Visual effects and by selecting the Advanced setting to improve the appearance etc. etc. NOTHING HAS WORKED. Then I tried opening 'gpedit.msc' and checking if "Disable the taskbar thumbnails" is enabled or disabled. He showed "not configured", so I changed to disabled and restarted my laptop. Yet once, IT did NOT WORK for ME.  So I thought to post this question myself.

  Please if anyone has the solution to work, help me. Its quite difficult to work without a preview when you need to keep switching between different tasks.
