• Toshiba P10 504 does not start!

  After running my P10 to 80% battery and close the cover (which would normally have no effect I ve turn all modes of hibernation and power saving off) he fell :( Now when I turn on the blue light comes on and fan goes and HD or DVD drive starts to make various noises. But, there is no display at all and it will not respond to all keys including the function key to try to change the mode of monitoring. Any help would be appreciated but I m guessing I got to return.

  It is not easy to saw what happened exactly, but it's obviously the hardware problem. If there is no chance to start correctly using button / stop try to contact the Service partner and let check the device.

• Satellite P10 504 does not start after upgrading RAM

  I just sticks of 2 x 1 GB of DDR 400 soddim and no start.
  After reading on what I could find on similar models, now seems that these older laptops cannot manage that fast of ram?

  With the help of some 266 DDR would be more appropriate?

  If the computer laptop doesn't boot then there is a great chance that the RAM is either not compatible or it s faulty.
  I think that it s is not compatible.

• Laptop does not power on battery

  Please can someone help? I use a HP Pavilion TX 2000. Suddenly, I noticed that my powers only laptop when plugged into the power, but once AC power is battery does not power the system.  The battery meter indicates 100% and shows loading icon when I use the laptop on the sector. I called HP support, but they can't help me after talking to their phone for more than an hour. I would really really appreciate if someone can help I did a test hard, reset the BIOS and update I tried also but its still the same problem.

  Department stores) or HP support.

• Hyperlink navigation does not always work

  I decided to use a bar of hyperlink pinned for navigation on my site and it works for the first round of the navigation / click, but if I try to click on the site a second time the hyperlinks do not work. Unless - I will return to my logo which is a redirect to the home page and then they work again, but only for a round of click. Here is the link to my site.   Seems to work ok for me in mac Safari.

  Often, when there is a problem with the hyperlinks does not always work, it's because there is an object that is located on the navigation. In Muse, open your page in design creation and "select all." See if there is a block of text empty big or rectangle off the coast to the right somewhere which will overlap your menu when you scroll. If so remove it or move behind the menu.

  Firefox won't always minimize or resize. The upper right just vibrates. Searching through forums, I found that using f11 can help, but it does not always work. Often I have to restart.

• T410 doesn't start, white screen and the keyboard does not power on.

  Hi, my laptop Lenovo T410 does not start. I hit the power button and looks like it is about to start. The thinklight flashes on as normal, the cd drive is checked, the caps lock on, then nothing/button blinks. No display and the keyboard does not respond. Power led lights up; If I leave it awhile the fan turns on. Can I stop the machine using the power button, but the problem remains the next time I turn it on.

  I tried to remove power and battery, power 10 button time then with the power to 30 seconds, before replacing the power supply and the battery but nothing happens. I tried to use a different keyboard. I tried to plug in an external monitor. No change.

  This problem appeared after I left it on overnight. I have the feeling that it entered into hybernation mode, perhaps, and that it disturbed some important functions which he could not complete. Not sure if. Any help gratefully received.

  I firstly the LCD cable or secondary LED could be damaged, but if you don't see anything on an external monitor I tend to think it's a motherboard problem.

  Last thing you could try putting running a Live Distro Linux from a CD/DVD or USB drive, using Ubuntu or Linux Mint, for example.

  My Pavilion TS 14 Sleekbook running Windows 8 made two updates today this restart required for both. I do not know what updates I updated important updates to autoload. When I tried to "flip" to enter my password to open my lock screen, the screen is nothing but show the waves of energy around my finger. Use the keyboard to open the password page. Tried to go back from the touchscreen keyboard, nothing. Standard keyboard used to type in password, then the touch screen works very well. Someone has an idea of what's going on?

  I have an unusual problem with my HP ENVY spectrum XT Ultrabook 13-2057nr.
  

  I bought this recently used computer.  The battery seems to be dead, so I replaced it with a new battery, which seems to be charge (to 93%).

  However, the computer will usually not market unless the AC adapter is plugged in.

  As a general rule, the laptop will not be under voltage battery (charged to 93%).  It will work normally if connected to the power adapter.

  From time to time, if the computer has been loading for 15 minutes or more, it will be under the battery voltage. However, if it is off, it will be only re-power-on if connected to the adapter.

  If someone had a similar problem or have thoughts?

  I understand that the battery does not load to 100% and has a strange behavior. To start, please try test and calibrate the battery. You should be able to know if the battery has problems.

  If the battery seems to be good, you can try to improve the performance of your battery.  For more information about improving the performance of the battery, please consult the following document: improve the performance of the battery (8 Windows 7, Vista).

  If none of this helps, you can try purchasing a spare battery if the computer is not in the warranty. If this is the case, you should be able to get a replacement in the HP support by phone. • Equium L40-14i does not power up if its cold

  When I push the power button down when the machine is cold, green power light comes on for about 2 seconds, then turns off. If I give the laptop a little sweet heat for 30 seconds, the notebook starts up the first time and works perfectly until the machine is turned off. The laptop is Equium L40-14i

  Hmm laptop Equium L40 is an older model, it is possible that some parts of the motherboard (maybe electronic power) does not work as it should.

  By the way: before talking about some problems of motherboard, you should check if the laptop works properly using another job good and checked power adapter.

• C55-A-100 satellite does not power down after update BIOS 1.30

  A week ago, the Toshiba software installed on my C55-A-100 Satellite suggested that I installed a new version of the BIOS to 1.3.

  Since installing it my Satellite will not turn off.
  If I close the lid the screen turns off but the laptop is running, if I open the lid nothing happens and I have to keep my finger on the power button to force it to close.

  The same thing happens if I press the power button to turn off, blank screen and it continues to run, then I have to force a shutdown by holding the power button pressed down. I also noticed that the satellite seems to take ages to power.

  Can anyone provide a solution or experienced the same problems.

• Satellite A100 does not power up - LED orange flashing but nothing else

  My Satellite A100 laptop fell on the couch and now wont power up,

  I get a flashing orange LED but nothing else.
  This only happens with the AC adapter is plugged and not with the battery.

  Try to remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter.
  Wait a while (> 2 hours) and then reconnect the two parts.
  If the laptop still not, will fuel even using a good power adapter and the battery in good condition, the problem could be related to the problem RAM or the motherboard.

  You should also try to delete one (or two modules if you have some spare parts) module of RAM and should try to turn on the laptop.
