P2 HP: DVD no longer works, code 19
Our DVD player shows no more in Explorer. We have recently upgraded to 8.1 and it had worked after the upgrade for several weeks so far. We use VLC to play the DVD and it does not recognize it either.
Now in Device Manager when I right click on GH82N DVD - RAM, I get this message. Windows cannot start this hardware device because its information of configuration (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
Any ideas on what to do next?

Usually with the downloads you get a compressed executable file. Just keep them all together and run the executable. IT will extract and install the zipped file.
CS3 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs3-product-downloads.html
You can also download the demo version of the software through the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Don't forget to follow the steps described in the Note: very important Instructions in the section on the pages of this site download and have cookies turned on in your browser, otherwise the download will not work correctly.

Tried updated driver and the Microsoft Automated Troubleshooting service who could not solve the problem. If I put a disc in the DVD tray with the intention of reading, you can hear the disc for about 20-30 seconds then silence analysis. Never, AutoPlay opens the disc. Help!
Hello
19 code means there is a driver conflict such as two devices attempt to use the same resources.
Please start from the top and do ALL this, although you could have done some before as is often the
all operations which solves the problem.Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double-click on the device - driver tab - click
Update the drivers (this will probably do nothing) - then RIGHT click the drive - UNINSTALL - REBOOT
This will refresh the default driver stack. If the player does not then continue to the next step.Normally the above will solve this problem otherwise working your way down through them, even if you did
them before.Your CD or DVD drive is missing or is not recognized by Windows or other programs

My computer is less than two years. It came with Vista.

Also check with your system manufacturer to see if there are any updated drivers for your DVD.
Or even if there are the 'old', you can reinstall. Many use the default Windows drivers
However, some will be more special. Also check the website of the manufacturer of the car.Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

Windows cannot start the hardware device because its configuration (in the registry) information are incomplete damaged (code 19)
Help, anyone?

I tried a DVD player USB which also cannot use the info registry now damaged on the DVD drive external. Do you really want everyone (I've seen dozens of messages on bulletin boards, and it's just what I've seen) to believe that it is a coincidence that immediately after installing this BIOS update hardware failed and corrupt just pilots themselves. Please, I beg you. We have an adult discussion about this. The process of updating these registry settings can be affected if the real drivers belong to HP or not.
If you notify me that I reinstall the BIOS (guess I can do no harm, since I already have downloaded audio drivers to reinstall) the registry information for my DVD will be fixed?
BIOS do not affect or touch the registry somehow and there is no need to relocate the BIOS but you can reset the default BIOS. You could link me to these forums you're talking and if not. cases are of a scale that is having the same problem, the update of the BIOS can be studied.
Since you said that even an external DVD drive is also not recognized its certainly a matter of s/w. Could try to use a restore point was working on your dvd player? I know that you did a restore to a date before you installed the update to the BIOS, but you can try a diff. one?
In addition, you can restore your BIOS downgrade (F2-System Diagnostics) If you feel/think the BIOS update is a cause of the problem.

Hello
Do you have ANY suggestions I made in the listed order? If this isn't the case, please try again.
Panasonic is owned by Matsushita (or Mashita).
You should be able to get the drivers or firmware of your system manufacturer upgrades
If there is any. Most readers use the default settings of Windows. Check with Panasonic Mashita. You can also get information from the firmware here:

All programs freeze and CD/DVD no longer works correctly again. Help!
For about the last 6 months, my software has become more and more difficult to use: email freezes when opening one of any size; sites Web freeze only to switch from one to the other. If using the Task Manager, can stop the freezing of my word program. Lap top not two years. This isn't the time for me to buy another laptop!
Please help.
And, after taking about six months to find out how to fix my CD/DVD; It does not work well now. Just stopped working fine without any preamble.
Yikes!
TW.
Hi Tikal troglodyte,
Please try the suggestions listed in the previous post and let us know the result out of it.
If you think the freezing problem is with Norton then I would suggest you temporary disable and check if the freeze occurs, if you there is no point of freezing then I would suggest you to check with Norton supports for available updates.
I hope this helps!

Hey there,

today I wanted to install the collection because my laptop was cleaned up and I had to reinstall everything.

the product you are trying to install, is no legitimate Adobe-Evaluationdocumentation and seems to be false.
I know that's not a fake copy of the CS6 and it worked before, but this time I can not install more.
It's about what my problem is I hope you can help me out here.
Kind regards
